Ping.exe usurps RAM; How to fix

When I'm online ping.exe as shown in my task manager continues to use more and more RAM one I finally get insufficient virtual memory warning.  While my RAM is not huge it is used otherwise until the ping.exe takes longer.  I tried another registry cleaner and Registry Booster and have a subscription to McAfee actibe; I changed the security settings and pretty and all that I can find to fix and he continues to prevail.  How can I solve/fix/cure this situation?

' lo once again, Aziz.  Following my last submission, I think I can finally control my situation that included annoying "redirects" to websites, I had no desire to see.  I do not start in own State as the button to download the instructions for us droolers led to a path that only told me that the download was not available now, try later... and later... and later... ad nauseam.  I start in safe mode and signed as an administrator.  I then ran McAfee scan which found 15 cookies that had not been thrown into previous efforts with various cleaners.  As a result, when restart the c/f chkdsk safe mode, I had tried to make a different point of view finally ran... once for each time that I tried to let him go.  What finally did was to remove corruption from a file in the boot registry.  When it was finally started in normal user mode I noticed enough bit that the ping.exe (tcp/ip malware) consumed no longer massive amounts of my RAM or even obvious at all.  Also, I had stopped be 'redirect '.
