  My printer worked flawlessly for a little more than 2 years, and without visible reason to do it, now folds of paper for almost every print job.

  When I print from an application (Word, WordPerfect, Excel, MS Paint, etc.), it is a page scale crinkle approximately 2.5 "high.  This is not the case when I have a diagnosis or a test page. It also doesn't happen when I print from an Apple device.

  I tried to use different types of paper.  No difference.  I tried using different paper settings (thick paper, photo paper, etc.).  No difference.

  Any advice on how I can solve the problems?

  I forgot to mention that I tried a generic driver and that failed, too.   After my announcement, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, which (at least so far) has fixed the problem.   Thanks for the tips.

• Printer prints objects about 1 inch high on paper sticker Avery

  I set up a project using the online program Avery and my own program (Print Center Deluxe by Expert soft ware.)  Everything aligns well on the test sheet. (Ordinary paper with the positions of the various stickers printed on it).

  When I try to print the project on real sticker paper pictures print about 1/2 inch from top.

  When I try to adjust the position of the image in a program it prints on the same short distance. I even tried to cut half a inc on top of sticker paper. The results has been the image being still low 1/2 inch.

  My printer is a HP Deskjet D1520.

  When I contacted HP support, I found my printer out of warranty and they wanted more than half of what it would cost for a new printer to help me.

  Is there a solution to the problem or my printer unable to be used with this type of paper. If so, should I choose to replace how do I know if the following will work with sticker paper.

  I printed on clear labels full sheet without any positioning problem

  HI - if it prints well on paper, but not on labels, it sounds like there may be something to do with the document on the printer type sensor.  In whatever program you use, go ahead and try selecting "plain paper" in the type of paper in the printer driver field, after selecting the file, print and choose preferences (or parameters).  Sounds to me like the printer is grateful the paper as a photo paper and maybe move all to print without margins.

  I am trying to print business cards using Avery 2 faces of business cards printable 5876.

  When I print a test out of my biz on plain paper # 20 cards and adjust the settings so, everything goes well and a walk test using the regular stock # 20 everything comes out great!  But when I put in the stock cards Avery and hit go, the printer goes much more slowly while the scenario and images very dark with excess of toner on the card only stock.  But not on the paper stock. Why is this?

  Should I should change the settings for the automatic printer paper what setting for business cards?  If so, in what context? -Special papers, greeting cards, paper brochure or what?  PLEASE NOTIFY.

  Hmm...  I just did a search on the card stock you use, it is designed for laser printing, do not ink jet.  That being the case, I suggest to try the thick paper or plain paper for the paper type.  The product of 8877 Avery may be a better choice for your inkjet printer.

  I was wondering once more what metrics to use for memory capacity planning. Since the information from different sources (for example your ESXi host needs more RAM to Iwan Rahabok or VMworld 2012: Session VSP1729 - virtualized memory understanding performance management - Eric Sloof - NTPRO.NL Kit Colbert) pointing all assets (vROPS request), I expect that when we have high memory consumption / use in vCenter there will be no balloon / compression / permutation.

  Also the metric active / request should not be used for all workloads (e.g. Java / DB), why is - this? I have not found the reason of this anywhere, only the fact.

  Other sources such as Mark Achtemichuk suggests using consumed/use, which is the opposite (Understanding Active Memory - VMware vSphere Blog - Articles VMware vSphere).

  So I thought I'll with active / demand as metric and ignoring the warnings inside of vCenter.

  But the last time we have fixed half of our group, we had consumed/high memory usage and the vCenter began to inflate, compress, and finally to Exchange. Not a lot but I had not expected that, because memory active was only a small percentage of consumed.

  Can someone explain to me why this happened and who is right on this issue.

  It is always good to attach screenshots, background to the issues, and what exactly you are trying to solve.

  My answer: you are right. If you do not have access to the guest operating system, then Active VM and VM consumed are better guess. Better than nothing :-)

  Sizing sizing of VM and ESXi are 2 different things (2 use cases) different. Please don't mix up the as soon as they are confusing. Do not try to resize the virtual machine when you are sizing the ESXi, unless you have a control total on them.

  My answer: it's a different topic brother :-) It is different, because it is within a guest operating system (Windows in this case) and is no longer at the level of the ESXi. Suggest that post you another, possibly under Windows or vSphere too :-)

  Please follow the steps below to reset the photoshop preferences.

  > Hold down Option + command + shift (Mac OS) when you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. New preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

  Note: Using the hotkey, preference files for custom shortcuts, workspaces, and color settings will also reset to the default.

  If you are still facing the same issue, please uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers and check for the issue.

  Any webcam should work, but a higher resolution can improve the accuracy of tracking. Adequate/same lighting on your face is too important.

  Create a full backup of your Thunderbird profiles folder.
  Uninstall the old version of ESR.
  Download the latest version from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/all.html and install it.

  You can connect otherwise?  USB or FireWire or love at first sight?  You can connect both machines and start the one you want to transfer to target disk mode.  If your other machine is up and running with an account on it and you just want to move files, you can simply drag and drop the FRO the machine mounted TDM, or you can use the migration wizard.

  Or, if the other machine still starts and runs, you can start both computers and connect to the same wifi network and share the hard drive like machines on the network.  Access them in the finder on the new machine files and drag-and - drop, or use the wizard migration, on wifi.
