  However there is no way to identify if the text in Word format of the file being converted with OCR.

• Problems by placing the text of the word

  I am placing a MS word doc text in my master pages in InDesign and it imports only the part of the text, the first 8 pages and after a lot of blank pages, I see the little red as well as in the box in the lower right corner of the text box, but no matter how many times I continue the flow to the next column the rest of the text will not appear. The MS doc is in the fonts, I did not, but I thought I could do a search and replace once the text flows in because there are a lot of bold and italic, put in shape that I don't want to lose by copying and pasting from Word into InDesign. Anyone have any idea why this is happening, or what I can do to get around all of the 36 pages of text?

  I often see complete Word of the nonbreaking spaces files, too. It is disabling the break a too large number of nonbreaking space online to send the rest of the doc in excess. It is not rare AT ALL when you crop in ID, especially if the column width is different. A picture of great line that would too.

  In addition to reviewing the file in Word, you can place the cursor to the last point see you text in ID and open the story editor to see what is beyond. If it's not obvious (turn on nonprinting characters that you can see the nonbreaking spaces), choose the first two paragraphs in excess and leave the Dungeon options (can be on all lines solidarity or solidarity than hass all the lines together and have too many lines to fit to a page) or No Break is applied to the first line in excess. Check hyphenation, as well.

• Editor Windows Mail problem: copy the text only - no formatting.

  I send each week a report that contains digital data tables.  I used to copy the report from the previous week and simply insert new numbers (most of the entries are zero, so there is relatively little that really needs to be changed).  Then, a few weeks ago, when I copied the previous week report, none of the formatting got - just text copied.  And it's a terrible mess because all the columns compressed on the left margin with only a single space between them.  Column headers do not cover, etc.  It's more work to fix this mess only to re - simply type everything.  Once I get a line put in place in the columns, you would think that I could copy it as many times as necessary to re-create the table - then go back and fill in the changes - BUT NO!  Everything I copy is copied without any formatting being recorded.  What used to take me a minute or two now takes half an hour.  HOW CAN I MAKE THE COPY OF THE EMAIL AS WELL AS TEXT FORMATTING EDITOR?  I think that this problem started with the first report, I tried to create after the installation of Internet Explorer 9.  This is perhaps related to my problem.

  Helv Neue Roman TT is the police. I have all Helv Neue but this one. If I buy it I change it?

  You ran over to one of the problems with the editing of PDF files. They are not really designed for this type of installation.

  You would need the "exact" font on your system and even in this case, it may not work.

  If the creator of the file being used mean and Open Type Font (works on Windows and Mac) and you had the same one, that would be your best bet.
