Is it possible to buy the 'plan of photography' and "Single App (Illustrator)" at the same time? For individual use.

Yes, you can buy it, but if you buy under the same Adobe ID, then you can activate it only twice, in which case you purchase the two CC under different Adobe ID, then each Adobe ID can be activated twice.

Photoshop in terms of photography is identical to Photoshop in the single application plan and Photoshop in terms of applications.

Adobe has made a special offer for the community of photography in Photoshop + Lightroom group for $9.99 / month. This has surprised everyone - and delighted photographers - a couple of years when it was introduced, but Adobe clearly believes it is money to be made by appealing directly to photographers with such an offer. In addition, Adobe clearly intends to make a workflow of Photoshop + Lightroom by grouping together.
There are subtle differences between the photograph and the App plan unique for example 2 GB of Cloud storage with the Plan of photography vs 20 GB of storage with the single App plan.
If that bothers you then photography Plan is the way to go, even if you don't need Lightroom.

Plan of the Adobe photography on a second computer

I have trouble finding a way to pass the plan of photography with photoshop and lightroom paid monthly $9.99 to the creative cloud for education - all apps for $19.99. When I go to the plans that the $19.99 option does not appear, only a $53.10 option is even if I am a student. I'd like to get some clarification as to why the option $19.99 is not visible under the plans switch to section to manage your plan.

In the case you do not get the opportunity to switch plans, please Contact Customer Care for assistance and information.
If they get the opportunity to pass the plan, they will change it for you, otherwise the left option should cancel the subscription and buy a new one.

2. under "Unique App", select a product and then try to select the "monthly Plan" in the second menu drop-down.
3. for some reason, it isn't get selected and the price is replaced with the ellipsis (...). I expect the monthly price to appear.

The best way to not add that an app is to subscribe to the single app plan in addition to your plan of photography. If you wanted more app then one, then you can move to the comprehensive plan for all.
