Open the Adobe Creative Cloud application then go to preferences then sign out and then sign back with the same Adobe ID that you used to purchase the subscription photographers, that is to say the same e-mail address and password.

If the wi - fi button is blue, which means that it is enabled, it can be excluded that the issue. I do not see a physical switch on this laptop be so that is also excluded.Then I would like you try to remove the device from Device Manager driver. Then restart the laptop without having to reinstall and see if Windows detects new hardware and invites you to reinstall the driver. Doing it this way should erase all settings disable the device and force it to reset itself.

This looks like a utility Acer protect disk hard & possibly also the BIOS. You will need to consult your manual for Acer. You have configured a password of HDD that you are now trying to recover, by chance? This recovery is not possible if the hard drive has been password protected.
If it was a Windows login screen then it would show your user/admin name and password entry area & would be clearly identified as a Windows form of the version of Windows being displayed at the bottom of the screen.
