• How can I play memories work?

  I am very disappointed play memories. I had my camera cybershot DSC-WX70 for more than 6 months and still not get this software to work. A Sony tech has taken over my computer and installed remotely, and it STILL does not work. About to give up and buy a camera from someone else. Frustrated!

  Please explain exactly the problem that you experience when you try to use the PlayMemories home (WPH) software to transfer videos/images.

• The Play memories home calendar

  I am using Play memories home of organizer for ALL my images, and I have a lot of images that are scanned slides from many years ago. These images appear on the display of the calendar in PMH that day, that they were responsible, and I will try to find a way to correct the dates back to the actual date, they have been taken. I found utilities that allow the modification of certain dates in EXIF information and also the dates in windows file data, but none of them has forced TDC to display these images on the calendar correctly.  Does anyone know of a way around this?  Is there an EXIF tag that TDC uses in this regard?

  You are welcome. It is regrettable that the program will not run the way you want. I have some suggestions that might help.

  One thing you can try is to record some images so [Update Database] will not take too long. You can save the other folders or files again later once you're done test. If it still does not, re - install the TDC, sign up only a few pictures and try the procedure given by Francis.

• Services to play Google crashes when sharing location via Hangouts

  Perhaps this topic is already discussed, but since I have not found the answer with Google in 10 minutes, I look to you guys.

  This problem is very simple: when you try to share your location with anyone in the den, Google Services to play crash. I have a friend who is running a Z3 with Marshmallow has no problem, but at least with the Z5 3 people have the same problem. Is there a fix or does just have to wait for an update?

  Last updated (32.2.A.0.224) solved the problem!

• Play memories for Mac after update A6000 Firmware V1.20

  After sucessuflly firmware V1.2 update, I downloaded the memories of playing for Mac software. The download seems to work very well. But when I open the program, it would not. The symbol of loading (spinning wheel) keep spining and locked the Mac. I had to force quit to exit the program.

  Any ideas on the problem?

  May I ask if the problem persists after restarting the computer? What is the version of your OS? If you use the Mac OS X 10.10 and above, I recommend to uninstall the software and the driver loader download before reinstalling.

  NOTE: After you download the loader driver, restart the computer before reinstalling the software Home PlayMemories .

• MTS files take so long to import with play memories Downloader?

  I have a Sony HDR PJ650.

  I tried to import the MTS files to CS6. This worked OK for cam, but the files won't save to hard drive.

  It seems that I have to import them to the hard drive to play importing memories. It takes more time than the form files

  the Canon 5 d.

  Does anyone have advice?  I'm doing something wrong?

  Connect the camera to the pc or pop the card in a card reader and copy paste all content with Windows Explorer on your hard drive.

  Then import them into the Prime Minister.

  Just signed up, hope I'm here for a/heads-up feature request for engineers.

  That is: I love the Android App memories playing with my a7s. The image quality is far superior to any other implementation of manufacturers and third-party solutions from the other device. I'd love to use it for video. However, I can not choose the settings manually (in particular the profile picture), he just gets cooked in a time that I start video recording. I'd like to be able to use S-LOG2 and all the manual settings.

  I would really appreciate it and I think a lot of video shooters would love this.

  Just a friendly advice: do not post in uppercase.  It's the Internet equivalent of screaming at people.  Now for your problem. has this program works well before you update for 10.11.5?  You have a Time Machine backup from before the update?  You have backed up by photos/videos on an external drive?

• Re Play memories home will not identify media

  House of memories of game downloaded yesterday gives following error message "he found videos that may not be imported from the camera" which is a Sony Handycam DCR - DVD 810.

  I bought the camera ILÇE - 3000K yesterday and installed the memories of game on my computer. The only thing I can get it to do is see the an update of data window base that sometimes go to 98%, but it always ends with a window saying closed thumbnail creator followed by a window that says the browser closed. Can someone help me with this?

  And congratulations on your purchase of the camera of 3000K ILÇE. To answer your concerns about the PlayMemories House, I recommend the software initialization. Simply search for the tool PlayMemories to initialize the settings on your computer and reset the software to its default factory settings. Select the Standard setting and continue the game up.

• Need of Professinal Windows 7 settings for the same for factory Installation in order to capture movies with Sony to play memories

  My computer does not Windows 7 installed at the factory.   Our it guy had to customize my computer because I am the network administrator.  He installed Windows 7 Professional instead to be installed at the factory.  Sony support said that PlayMemories works for the factory installed Windows 7.  If you perform a reinstall of Windows 7 Professional, you put in the factory settings or should I always the same questions?  I try to capture movies from a camcorder that records on the front Mini DV camcorder breaks.  Sony advises download PlayMemories and use it to capture the film out of the camera.  But he acknowledges that the pilots of a factory-installed Windows 7 program.

  You could start with new photos which gives you a good idea for the application and use of cursors to develop. The change of Lightroom is completely non-destructive. All changes are stored in a database (catalog) so your original is never touched. Perhaps you could bring more old photos already on your computer, a file at a time, when you're ready. Use Import > Add.

  To import new photos from a camera or card use Import > copy

  To avoid confusion, Playmemories Mobile is compatible with both models. It allows to control the camera remotely, use it as a live view screen and transfer your files from the camera to the wireless phone.

  Playmemories camera apps, on the other hand, is only compatible with the DSCRX100m3. You can download the app of time here, just click on the model of your camera.
