  I have always used my laptop in the House, he takes very rarely coming and going and have always used the laptop is connected to the electric network. I turn it on every night and every morning and it is plugged in all day. I never use it on battery power only.

  Is someone can you please advise me if it's wrong for optimal use? Could I be damaging the laptop by always connected? Should I use it on battery occasionally?

  If I intend to use it always plugged into the power outlet - is possible to completely take out the battery and use it like that?

  I don't know anything about portable computers operation in fact - even if I can use an ok - LOL so appreciate any advice on how to get the best from my new Toshiba

  In General, you can use our laptop with and without power running.
  My 2 years old notebook in my office is always connected to an electric power supply and it works perfectly.
  So in my opinion, you shouldn't be worried about it.

  From time to time, you should use only battery power. I'd say once a week, use your laptop on battery only. When the battery is almost empty plug it back n power running.

  Mozilla Firefox or rather Firefox (Fx is the appropriate abbreviation) is a web browser, because it is not a search engine or a homepage. A web browser is what allows you to view sites like this forum, for example.

  If you get the warning on the download of an update of HP and IE tries to run the file, as long as you get the file directly from HP, it should be safe to run this file.

  According to this link, hpqsrmon is part of the HP PhotoSmart. You can also try to go to the HP support site, the model of your HP to input product, then download the latest drivers associated with your version of Windows.

  Once you do this there is a chance that the error will disappear, as the current version may be affected by a bug that has since been fixed by HP in their software.

  Please provide details: you are not trying to change the file type by changing just the extension, are you?  That won't work of course,

  Either you try to run some type of script?

  To change a file type, you have TO open the file in Photoshop and do save as.  That can be automated.

  This is a list of laundry!
  The answers are about, 'yes', if I understand correctly. That said, I don't know that a lot of GCD, so your mileage may vary.

  To start, you can take a look at my article on the Adobe Developer Network site for an overall vision.
  Adobe RoboHelp Server 6 improves the feedback loop

  I discovered RoboHelp and RoboHelp Server as a "content management" rather than a "document" management system even though it's kinda semantics. Using variables, labels compilation conditional and single Source layouts, you can manage the content of your release in a quite specific way (including issues at certain level, your translation).

  In other words, a team of multiple authors can manage the content of a Web site in the way you describe with a combination of:

  1. the customer of creation (main application of RoboHelp) to develop the content and manage.
  2 RoboSource Control (for the check-in, check-out and versioning you mentioned) where creating content source material is stored on a central server for backup and access by the team.
  3 RoboHelp Server to manage authentication of who has access to the web server for editing, etc. RoboHelp Server is an application of Active Server Pages running on IIS, usually with a MS SQL Server or Oracle DB as primary server. Therefore, it uses Windows Server simple authentication methods. When you configure the author to publish on the server, it will ask you for the username and password. Once this is configured, it is seamless from there. This login/password can be the same as what do you call your pair of SSO, as it is meets the Windows Server schema mentioned previously.

  RoboHelp author who can be designated as the 'privΘ' of the team can create and assign permissions from the client to create and manage the remote site server without having to pester the Web administrator for the maintenance of the site.

  The intermediate server scenario you mention is an option that is entirely up to your team and the people in IT. RoboHelp Server don't care one way or another. It is just an application sitting on an IIS web server. This server can be the 'development' or staging server or the so-called 'production' or the live server.

  The different languages you mention could be published on the same server and mixed in a single site (type of disorder) or you might have different language sites (as long as they are different domains/IPS) permit to RoboHelp Server sitting on the same machine.

  About the language, an important element in the search is the RoboHelp version you are using and it is supported language. The long-awaited Adobe RoboHelp 7 (currently in beta) and expected "before the end of the year" will have full character support Unicode/double byte for 35 languages and a wonderful way to manage translation workflows.

• CAD cannot connect with INFORMATICA_DW_SERVER when dac server is running

  We have something strange.
  We have installed just BIA 7.9.5.1 with informatica 8.1.1 sp5 on windows server 2003.
  And confiugered it according to the manual.
  
  Now, we want to set up the connection between the dac and informatica services, but we cannot make a connection when the DAC server is running. When we press on test connection it says "Please wait... "but it's for almost an hour now."
  Now when you stop the dac connect to informatica_dw_server Server works fine.
  The connection with the informatica_rep_server also, also works at the dac server starts.
  
  What have we done so far:
  -We can run pmcmd and pmrep from the command line
  -We have added the/server/bin and/client/bin directory to the path
  -We have added the infa_domains_file system variable
  -We checked the file server dac config.bat
  -We checked port in the adminconsole (i.e. 4001)
  -We rebooted everything (all services and windows server as well)
  -When we try netstat, we see that it is listening on port 4001
  State of proto local address foreign address
  TCP rst - act3ct2:4001 rst - act3ct2:0 LISTENING-> is this correct?

  'Stock' apps are part of the installation of iOS and cannot be removed, so there is nothing to verify or prove.
