Thousands of complaints about the same issue! 2 weeks ago my TV 2.5 year started ghosting really bad when you start. Continuously, it is getting worse. It seems to go away if I let the tv warm up about half an hour to turn off and on. Why this happen and what can you do to help me and thousands of others who have trusted are silver on a defective product from Sony? Your reputation in the Bay area decreases every day.

Hello Saints43, we understand your frustration, but the issue you described doesn't sound like not something of this TV will remember for. The reason why is normally being a reminder when the product may be a security issue. There is no security problem with these TVs. I recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Reduce the level of lighting in the picture setting Menu.
  2. Turn on the light sensor setting on in the Setup Menu.
  3. Change the setting to save energy at low or high in the Setup Menu

If this does not help, please try to visit our esupport.sony.com page and type in the full model # of your unit on the search bar "enter the model number. There more troubleshooting it you can use to help solve this problem. Let us know how is the result. Thank you!

    Hello Gil, three (hotmail.com, live.com, outlook.com) Microsoft e-mail addresses are all transferred to the new interface. I don't think that there is a way to undo that.

    If you go to http://hotmail.com server should automatically redirect you to the new page of connection and/or the new mailbox. Your e-mail address and the password should work.

    A Pages document with some arrows. With a selected arrow Panel Format (right) organize tab > stay on the Page. You can then move around the page.

    Menu > file > save as template.

    In the model picker, rename it. I used the name clip art arrows. It appears in the template selector > my templates.

    I do a lot of driving on the road. I health home where I travel to the patient's home and do some physiotherapy with them in their homes.  Many times I find myself adjust my schedule, while on the road in order to accommodate a schedule patient or let know that I'm running a little late.  One of the best features of the Siri is that it can call the numbers for you while you are busy with another task, IE. at the wheel.  Well lately, I noticed that she tells me she can't dial a phone number because the number is not in my contacts.  Unfortunately, I can't put the numbers in my contacts because it is my personal phone and any personal information of patients cannot be on my phone, computer, etc., I usually have to call on the road.  Before she could dial the number without any problems.  Now, when I say"Siri, please call 352-xxx-xxxx, she said," I'm sorry I can't find this number in contacts, you would I look for this number somewhere else?  No matter how I word it, even just saying "Siri, I know this number isn't in my contacts, but I still need to call 352-xxx-xxxx" I always get the same prompt of Siri.

    That said, is it possible to fix this?  It would certainly make things a little easier for me while driving instead of having to look at the bottom of the phone to dial the number.  For any help or suggestion would be so appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

    Have what troubleshooting you done? Update to the latest version of iOS? Reset the phone? Restore network settings? Restored from a return to the top? Restored like new?

  • How to scan multiple pages to a pdf file using the PIXMA MG7520 on Windows 8.0? Help, please!

    I recently got a PIXMA MG7520 for a gift.  It works very well with my laptop / Tablet lenovo under Windos 8.0.  The only downside for the HP all-in-one it replaced is that she doesn't have an ADF.  That being said, there must be a way to scan multiple pages into a pdf file.  I need help to understand the thing.  Thanks in advance!

    There is a program that comes with the printer called the IJ Scan Utility that can help you with scanning multiple pages in a single PDF document.  To do this, please follow these steps:

    1. on your keyboard, press the Windows key.

    2 start typing IJ SCAN UTILITY. The search window opens while you type. Once the UTILITY SCAN IJ is displayed, select and open it.

    3. in the Scan from Canon IJ utility window that opens, click SETTINGS... at the bottom right of the window. The settings dialog box is displayed.

    4. click on the SCAN of DOCUMENT option in the left pane of the window.

    5. in the SAVE the SETTINGS in the window section, you select the recording format and the location of the document you are about to analysis.

    (a.) in the FILE NAME field, specify the name you want to give the file. By default, the file name will begin with IMG; You can remove IMG and change it to anything you want to name the file.

    b.) b.) in the field of DATA FORMAT, use the arrow menu drop-down to select PDF (Multiple Pages).

    (c.) in the field RECORD in, please go to the area where you want the file to be saved once it is scanned in. By default, the file will be saved in the MY DOCUMENTS folder.

    6. once all settings have been selected, click on the OK button at the bottom of the window to save the changes. The IJ Scan Utility main screen is displayed.

    7. click the DOCUMENT button. Housing starts scanning. Click CANCEL to cancel the scan if necessary. Scanned documents are saved in the location of the selected folder previously specified in the SETTINGS... window.

    If you find that you need to analysis advanced options such as setting resolution, brightness, contrast, saturation, balance colors, etc. in addition to the options selected above, please click the SCANGEAR button on the utility main screen Scan of IJ, then adjust the necessary elements.

    Once the above parameters are set for the scanning of documents, in the future, you need only launch the utility of digitization of IJ, then press the PAPER button for the analysis (unless you want to make changes to the settings).

    To try to resolve the problem, you'll want to confirm that the inkjet nozzles are distribute the ink properly by printing a printer nozzle check pattern.  If the model does not print correctly, we recommend you to at least cleaning and deep cleanings on the printer to try to get the printing ink.  To print the nozzle check pattern and make cleaning, please follow the steps located here.
