  Hi my name is Maria and I'm writing this message on behalf of my brother who is at his wit's end, and between us two we are not computer savvy.

  My brother who's had enough of company for many years email has now blocked e-mail account (four days and more).  To date, which (to me) seems to be a generic Windows Live response is that he has been blocked due to SPAM, but my brother is adamant that there is no problem with spam until that account has been blocked without any notification.

  Long story short, we both tried to provide all the necessary details, but does not, he is also asked for more DETAILS of billing, we are the two suspects, because he never had to provide credit card details to set up the email now blocked account.

  Last generated Windows Live response was to create a new Windows Live account, get a new e-mail account, but we are not sure how he will get her first email account is not blocked, and having him full access to his e-mails.

  I was wondering is it possible for someone real to communicate with my brother or myself for a walk through how to unlock the account.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  You cannot declare j as in 'permanent' If you want to increment its value. better go to another variable if you intentionally want constant j.

  I think that this virus - the main I think is trojan. BHO-keep coming back on my computer using System Restore.  Panel crashes every time I try to disable the system restore.  It crashes whenever I try to do anything in safe mode.  As mentioned, I can't get rid of it in the registry as it won't let me.  I have Microsoft Security databases, which doesn't quite work.  I have temp got rid of it with malwarebytes, more than once, but this virus so that perhaps others stay on my pc.
