I paid for a whole year, I should have been able to cancel this year in February. I thought they would stop my subscription because it has already been a year. BUT NO, they decided to renew and start to charge me again for another year? What what whatt? IM a STUDENT BROKE, I Can can't BE MATCHED to PAY ANOTHER YEAR OF THIS B.S. someone who works for ADOBE, pleasee terminate my subscription please.

The customer support has tried twice to make me renew by giving one, then two months free but I can't renew. To respond to your request, if you cancel your paid subscription creative cloud you will always have access to the level of membership, which offers 2 GB of free storage. You will have a grace period of 90 days to upload your files to your local machine and remove the files online to get your cloud storage up to 2 GB (or for additional storage to purchase separately if you choose). If you leave more than 2 GB of files in your storage cloud for more than 90 days, you may lose access to part or all of your files. Please read the FAQ and it will answer most of your questions:
