plot of high density to scale

Hello, I use the Labview 8.2.1 and I create a diagram in my program.

The plot that is created is not as accurate as the data in the *.txt file.

The data in 2 columns, the left corresponds to the right of the y-axis and the x-axis.

Here is a sample of the data:

0-931
0, 2-920
0, 4-910
0, 6-902
0, 8-895
1-892
1.2 - 888
1.4 - 884

1.6 - 882
1.8 - 882
2-882

And here is a summary of the diagram corresponding to these data.

As we can see the values y 931, 895 that match, 902, 910, 920 the values x 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 are traced to the same value x 0.

Other values are reported in the same way, i.e. the values y but which correspond to the floating x-values, are not drawn to the floating element of the x values, they correspond to the most significant digit of the floating number.

I tried to solve this problem by changing to 1 the digits of precision in the menu "Format and accuracy" "waveform scheme", but

It results only in the appearance of the x-scale and not in the resolution of the plot.

What Miss me?

Hope that I have been understood.

Waiting to get an idea.

Thank you in advance.

You read the data as integers, so you lose all fractional parts.

Go to the diagram and select Double as the data type for reading spreadsheet file VI.

I tried to look into the specs and found nothing. Could you please tell me if high density ram would be compatible with this model?

    Thank you

    Hello:

After having been the proud owner of 4 d530 once and maxing out each one to their 4 x 1 GB of PC3200 memory, I can tell you without hesitation that memory high density absolutely does not work in this model (or any other Office HP by the way).

You need non - ECC, unbuffered, low density chips.

Use the crucial memory analysis tool to see what chip they have which is compatible, because they guarantee compatibility.

I don't have this problem before moving on to Windows 10. Also, is there a way to make suggestions to Adobe to enable this capability in a software update/fixes? Thank you!

    Hello

I just edited the ini file on my Surface Pro 4, also running on Win10. You need administrator rights! It was my workflow:

    1. Find the ini file and copy it to somewhere else (I used the desktop computer)
    2. Rename the old file ini (for backup reasons) to AdobeCaptivateOld.ini
    3. Open the copy in Notepad, under the direction of this line and registered (will keep automatically extending ini).
    4. Moved the copy to the Captivate installation folder
    5. Started to Captivate

You probably want to change the display of the monitor settings, so if you go to work in Captivate.

  • InDesign CS6 (Win 7 64 bit) - palletes does not not on monitor high density

I have InDesign CS6 for years. Recently, I bought new 27 '' Dell P2715Q monitor with 3840x2160px. I also have a second monitor, the old Dell 2001FP with 1600x1200px which I use only for some pallets.

No matter if the second monitor is connected or not, almost no pallets are working. I'm not able to click on anything (select font, color, move pages etc.). I can only click on objects on the page and select some tools (not all). Some pallets begin to work if I move from the main screen to the old ('Pages' Panel), but most of them don't work either. For example, I can also choose some shades of color, but some samples do not react even on the old monitor.

Before, I bought this new monitor, I had two monitors as well, only not high densities. This problem apparently only occurs with the monitor high density. I tried to lower the resolution just to see if that helps, but it has not changed.

Anyone has any ideas how to solve this problem? I am not able to co-operate at all at the moment, and when I contacted Adobe support, they said "support" for CS6 is only here to the forum user I'm afraid if I bought InDD CC, it will be the same and wasted money.

Did you change the font size of Windows? See the signs and tools InDesign respond not to the clicks of the mouse (Windows 7/Vista)

  • 4 support for k high density monitor

There are a few bugs on windows which works on photoshop and illustrator to make it possible to use these applications. But for reasons unknown, it seems there will be no solution for the bridge (and other applications). All menu texts and the text based information is super tiny and the only way to work with Br is by chance. Is this really unknown problem at Adobe? Or a solution on the way? In addition, if there is a solution, can someone inform me! In addition, opening camera raw from camera raw in the bad start mode Br. I can't accept that this is also an unknown "characteristic". Cursors and the menus are so tiny that they are impossible to use. As a solution, we must launch photoshop instead, and then the camera raw comes alive using photoshop preferences (experimental (again!) 200% UI. I use Adobe CC, latest upgrades, on Win 7 64 bit, the latest upgrades. Dell 32 inch 4 k monitor reference. I think it's time to do something about it now.

A note: with the help of a monitor 24 inch 4 k would be an interesting exercise.

Until Adobe updates bridge, which could be a while, there is a hack that you can do on Windows that helps. I did it with my computer. The text is a little blurry, but at least I can see the text now.

  • What is the difference between ram high and low density?

I have an ibm x 3455 7984. high density RAM will it work? If so, it will affect the speed for virtual machines?

    Hello

If your system is designed to accept briefs DDR (Double Data Rate) DIMM 184pin (usually for desktop computers) or (usually laptops) SODIMM 200pin built for your system to recognize fully the capacity of 1 GB per slot of memory, you must use "Low Density - 64Mx8 config" module of 1 GB. If you use ' high-density - 128Mx4 config' 1 GB module, your PC can only recognize that it is HALF the size to 512 MB or most of the time it won't work.

    In summary: -.

    • The LOW DENSITY modules have 100% compatibility with all systems and all chipsets as it is entirely due to the JEDEC guidelines.
    • HIGH DENSITY modules only have 10% of compatibility and are VERY RIVER because it breaks any guidance Council JEDEC (Joint Electron devices Engineering)

  • Chart with multiple scales of Y

    Hello

As you can see in the excerpt, I'm trying to plot a graph with several scales of Y. What do you think is wrong with it to get the following error.

    Possible reasons:

    LabVIEW: invalid property value.

I wouldn't change nothing to indexing.  You already wrote this code.

I clicked the balance you already had and clicked on "Double ladder" to create the second and third.  Once they have existed, the crux of your property has worked fine as it was.

    solution to my problem is

  • How to ensure that the graph xy plots are present?

    Hello community,

Since the update to LabVIEW 2014 this week, I have a problem with the code that worked (or didn't, but the problem was unnoticable).

As example the llb I created to present the question, I'm graphic xy filling with quiete some data and then color programmatically plots.

The problem is that if there are too many plots then the property nodes that are to color the mistakes of Mr. thow plots as if the corresponding plots were not present in the graph still - even if I used a single flat sequence structure to try to ensure that the data is written in the plot before trying their color.

Maybe this wouldn't be in LabVIEW 2013 too - but the threshold for the number of plots was higher. All I can say is that I have observed this with data sets that worked well in 2013 of LabVIEW.

To reproduce simply run 'color of the graphs.vi' with values high enough to 'numerisch' and ' numerisch 2 "(50 on my machine can be more about yours).» I left the terminal nodes property unwired error so you get caught up in the right position when the error occurs.

Somehow check if all parcels are in the charts again? This way I could introduce a delay that ensures that I don't have the color of the graphics that do not exist yet - regardless of the speed of the target computer.

Xy graph behavior has changed in 2014 of LabVIEW? Or maybe his performance?

    Best regards

    Florian

HM, your addendum somehow answered my question. We are indeed an against the user interface thread race condition.

Unfortunately, I do not know a method to wait than the UI thread to have access to all plots. In addition, the waiting time that you need depends on the ability of the system, which is dynamic, you know not all processes background or in parallel, running applications.

That being said, I recommend a work around:

    1. create the data for the plots

    2. how many plots you have in query data

3 write short dummy data in the terminal, and not the data of the whole plot

    4 Recolor plots

    5. write the correct field data

  • chart with 2 scales of y

Hello, I use the Labview 8.2.1 and I would ask for a solution.

I use a graph of waveform with 1 x-scale and 2 scales of y. The scale is a rest and the other is on the right side of the chart.

I created 2 plots and I assigned corresponding scales.

I want to draw 2 XY tables one after the other with different scales there. Specifically, there must be a plot that ends at a value of the x-axis and from there the other plot should continue to use the other ladder there.

For this I tried a 'sequence Structure', in the first image, I create the first path using 3 'nodes of property': Plot.YScaleIndex, ActivePlot & ActiveYScale and I give zero for them in order to use the first scale y.

In the second frame, the second conspiracy giving the integer 1 I have create the above 'nodes of property', but the first plot disappears and the second plot does not use the second ladder there but the first.

    This is the frame1:

    It's the frame2:

    What can I do?

    Thank you in advance.

What happens in your sequence structure, is the second celebrity replaces the data of the first case.

You must create your two data sets and build an array of those, fed this in a loop for, then by all data, select the right:

    -field (ActPlot)

    -Y-scale (Plot.ScaleIdx)

    -Y-scale to edit (ActYscl)

We then put the max and min, be aware that the second ladder must be created before running this code.

Another option would be to auto scale just scales-Y.

  • Graph XY - linear scale data overlay / Journal

    Hi people,

I'm in LabVIEW 2012 and I have a (x, y) dataset I want to draw on a set of dimensions. I also want to superimpose a second horizontal axis with the same data, but using a set of units on the scale (xStar). You can watch the enclosed screws to see how x transforms xStar, but it's basically the quadratic formula with an exponential lift. The x values are plotted on a linear scale, but because of this exponential transformation xStar-values are reported on a logarithmic scale (see image).

I want these two studs--(x,y) and (xStar, y)-to overlap exactly what they are actually a single parcel. That, in view of all (x, y) point, I can quickly raise the value of xStar glancing at the scale of the secondary axis. x and xStar are two useful physical parameters, then it is useful to be able to read one or the other on the chart depending on the situation.

Any suggestions on how to get these two plots overlap? Currently, I use the min/max-x values to generate appropriate min/max values xStar, which makes the plots suitable for endpoints (but not between the two). I also need to specify somehow scale increments? If so, what is a good method to achieve this?

    Thank you!

The non-linear relationship (no log) is between x and xStar, you chose a logarithmic scale grid, so I guess that 'linear' scale must be adjusted.

Since the x-> xStar relatiion is given and fixed to a scale, you can create an image on the chart with the tools of photography.

read the newspaper scale min and max, read the pixel length x in the plot area and when the scale is changed (event) recalculate and pull scale "lin".

-draw minor ticks, draw the main graduations and numbers.

I would just use a scale, add a cursor block him to the plot and use changing the same cursor (read pointindex, get x, y data) to view xStar, x and y

I posted a vi accidentally in this old thread

    http://forums.NI.com/T5/LabVIEW/how-do-you-create-a-gauge-with-a-non-linear-non-log-scale/m-p/331073...

  • color meter scale

OK, I decided to try to use counters instead of using a digital indicator.  But I encountered a problem with the color scale.  If I adjust only the values of marker of scale [] to the range of colors is correct.  But if I start to turn the min and max range of the meter will damage the color range, it seems that they is interactive for some reason any.  I have no idea why the range meter would have something to do with the color range.  And I think that I am using the right properties.

This counter indicates the pressure output at the beginning of a test, so she must be less than a certain value.  But I also have a configuration file so that the different units can have different minimum values.  So I need to make sure that the color scale will appear properly for more than a single line.  If the output pressure limit is 4.5 and then run, the scale is actually set to 4. 2. but if you set the limit to an even number like 4, the scale limit Gets the value 4.  So there's something funny about past with even numbers.

Any ideas on a good difficulty or work around?

    LV2011 sp1

I found that by moving the Tower - infinity all cleared up and works fine.  I'm guessing that LabVIEW does not like the range of colors higher higher on the scale of max.  If for any reason any they influence each other.  Then who would also change increment on the scale of the strange values even with a constant (not in vi I posted).

In any case, thanks for the help.

  • Y at - it no Adobe staff who is higher than cat staff who can help me please?

I have a problem with the AI.

Whenever I click on chart of the styles he breaks down.

-J' posted here a few weeks back.

-I did ALL trouble shooting, uninstall, reinstall, wipe, clean up, etc.

-J' called helps Adobe and have been put on hold for about 2 hours and had to hang on.

-J' did 2 cat Adobe connect sessions

First one was 2 hours long and the guy did a ton of stuff: installation, relocation, by looking at the error report, etc. He really looks like he knew his stuff. But at the end for all this. There was no positive outcome, it still crashed. The result was that he said 'Give me a day to get head around' it was two weeks ago. I email him daily. He answered me once and tried to call me, I missed the call by seconds and sent him immediately right back and have not heard from him since. I have him send every day.

Second session which was earlier tonight same thing long about 2 hours. I told him everything that has been done before (uninstall, reinstall, reboot, etc.) and I had another session before and it still crashes. He said ok and then he uninstalled and reinstalled it, after that I just told him that I did and the other guy, Adobe has already tried that. So, I have a slower internet and it takes a bit of time to re - download I. So we did and guess what? Plant again, exactly the same problem - did us just wasting time.

The result here is says 'I wish I had my team to watch and I'll get back to you' hmmm I heard than before. So still not fixed. And I bet that I receive back this guy either.

-Are there any staff member of Adobe that is higher in the scale that staff on the cat from Adobe that can help me? And will not make me do the same 2 or 3 Troubleshooting things over and over again, even after I tell them that I did these things many times before and it still does not solve the problem. I really, really need this problem soon. Please someone help me. I really like Adobe and it's the first time I had a problem with their software like this (where I had to reach their support) and I do not speak ill of people or a company, but I'm really disappointed in their support so far.

    Someone help me here please.

    Thank you.

Well, I was on the phone for another hour with support level 2 technical. This man seemed to know his stuff.

Monika Gause , you are right, they have to do with shadow. It freezes and blocks when you hit the graphic styles, but also when you try to apply the drop shadow. So we did a lot of things, but nothing fixed it.

    Solution: we arrived:

Is basically what dandid said to a previous stable version download. So I download 2014 CC and graphics and shadow styles works very well for me.

He also said it is a known problem with some people with processors intel core 2 duo and that Adobe knows about it, but they have no eta when a fix will be available.

So not the best result, but at least it's some kind of result.
