  I had a similar problem. The update worked for me was KB2360131, I had to hide and the rest updates went well. This is what I did:

  (1) turn off the automatic updates

  (2) set up the Windows Update service manual init

  (3) restart

  (4) delete C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution directory of the Windows folder

  5) go to the Windows Update site and search for updates

  (6) once he finds all the updates, go to the list and hide KB2360131

  I USE ICEWARP WEBMAIL TO MY BUSINESS EMAIL ADDRESS. I REINSTALLED MY OS (VISTA BUSINESS) AND MY EMAIL has WORKED very WELL, BUT after DOWNLOADING THE UPDATES, I can't ACCESS it FROM MY COMPUTER. What'S CAUSED this PROBLEM UPDATE?

  2. do you remember the number updates that you have installed?
  Click Start in the search box, type Update, and then in the list of results, click Windows Update. In the left pane, click view update history.
