Point homescreen today line spacing

I'm trying to create a simple today more home screen for my Storm2.  Everything works fine, except that I can't figure out how to change the line spacing for the homepage screen today items such as elements of Message, calendar items, etc., which would pass the each of the individual Articles in each category as close together vertically.  I can change the font, but I can't resize the mounting frames.  I thought that is going to change the line spacing.  I've seen themes that have a different line spacing, so I think that this is possible, but I can't seem to find how do in theme Builder.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you much in advance.

Edit: I use the 5.0.0.34 Theme Builder to create a theme for 95XX device.

If you create one today by using the standard today model, then just change the font size to kind of work.  If you start a custom theme, you can adjust the vertical spacing then depends on the size of the caret.  I just created a new carat size of the font, that I wanted to, or you can just do a transparent .png of 1 x 1 pixel and use as your circumflex accent and that will solve your vertical spacing problems.  So, if you want really tight and small.  Start a custom style theme, and add the items today that you want, then circumnavigate caret.

Hope that helps.

  • How can I change the default settings of the line spacing in Word Pad to: unique, space no space after a paragraph

I need to change the default line spacing values to: simple space and NO space after a point, but it doesn't seem to be a way for that.
    Thanks for the tips.

Press Ctrl + A to select your entire file, and then click the paragraph Options (the button at the bottom right in the paragraph on the Home tab group).  Uncheck "Add 10pt space after paragraphs."

To create new documents this setting is already selected, follow these steps:
1 - Create a new empty file, then follow the steps above to disable the spacing option.
2 - save the file in the folder C:\Windows\ShellNew with a file name as "new WordPad file.
3 - follow the steps on this support page to create a link from the context menu to create a new file based on this template: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/140333

  • Problems with line spacing - not able to adapt

Having some problems with line spacing - I work in a file that I've not been created.  The phenomenon that occurs is as follows: I have a block of text, when I increase or decrease the foreground one point at a time, nothing happens. As I continue to increase, the line of text will suddenly blow up about a quarter of an inch.

For example, I 8.5pt type whose main value to auto (10.2) - I hit increases by increments of 1 point, the line does not, only when I get to 13pt we must answer and bumps up to about 1/4 in. I continue to increase by increments of 1 point 13, and line does not respond until I reach 25pt, how the line of bumps down on another 1/4 of an inch.

    This could be the cause?

It's not downtown... The text is printed to line up on the starting grid.

  • Weird happening with line spacing

I work in a document (a magazine) that someone else created from a template. So who knows what weird stuff that lurks beneath the surface. I'm doing something really basic - change the line spacing of 12 points to 13 points - but for some reason some, if it says 13 points, it pops up about double-spaced. I tried to make the change via the control panel and the paragraph style and no dice so be it. I have either had supertight or text much too far apart. Any ideas what could be binding the styling in this way?

    Thank you.

Found. This is the function 'snap to grid ', which I had never used or seen before. If turned off and I'm in control of spacing!

  • I can't put the line spacing of the blank question slide below pt 2.2

Whenever I have create a fill-in-the-blank question slide in Adobe Captivate, the line spacing of the text box to fill-in-the-white past by 1 point (which is what is said in the slides model) to 2.2 pt. I can say that changes, because the sign more appears next to the name of the style in the Properties tab. I can not change the line spacing to below 2.2pt, but I can do the larger line spacing. I want to set the line spacing to 1.25pt, but it won't let me! If someone could tell me what happens, or could give me a solution, it would be great!

    (I use Adobe Captivate 8)

    Thank you!

It isn't really pt, do not know why they added it's unity, in EM. I was informed by the team because they need more space for the drop-down lists. Minimum space is 2.2em. Sorry, only the recommendation is to replace the default FIB a custom in which you are using BER or the Interaction of scrolling text for whites.

  • Inclination of the points on a line

Is there a way to bias points on a line so that there is a heavier concentration of points on one end and one lighter concentration on the other in InDesign?   I want the points to all be the same size.  I also want to integrate a gradient so that the end with the heaviest concentration is of a darker color than the opposite end.  I can't think anything short of creation of the oblique line of points myself in Illustrator and saving it as a brush... I feel just like there must be a way more simple than that.

What you seem to want is a kind of logarithmic spacing coupled with a gradient background. I guess this could be scriptable, but spacing is nothing of what is available for the dotted out of the box.

  • Line spacing InDesign error!

I use CS4: the last line of a paragraph has a different spacing than the rest of the paragraph. The font size is 10 points and the main is 10 points, but there is more space between the second to the last line and the last line. Looks like this (not as exaggerated)...

"... shall be deemed to be followed by the words"without limitation"or" but not limited to, "and, when required by the context, the singular includes the plural.

be used to interpret the provisions.

Anyone know why or suggestions for a fix?

    Very appreciated

and vice versa, the feminine gender includes the masculine and vice versa. Section headers and paragraph used in it are for reference only and are not

In InDesign, leading (aka line spacing) is a character attribute. This means that you can have different stroke applied to text in a paragraph. At least, the most likely cause of the problem is a character in the last line with automatic line spacing or another applied value. The suspect probably is returned at the end of the paragraph. Turn on Type > show hidden characters and select the number of the fly character and change line spacing.

  • Objects in line and line spacing

    Hello

I add objects embedded in a block of text. The object is taler than the lines in the paragraph, and overlaps the text.

Is it possible to adjust the line spacing to the object? Or, what is the general ptractice with embedded objects and line spacing?

    Paolo

The simplest thing is to set the line spacing to Auto...

Bill of lading: Auto to InDesing check the highest (or, in this case, object inline) by line and character to adjust spacing automatically. You can change the ratio size/leader of point in the paragraph Panel, under Justification (that's the percentage of 'Leader Auto').

    Hello

That's what I feared. This kind of banding appears in images when using normal paper for use with low quality settings. You can try to increase the quality of the prints or try using photo paper.

  • Manage the line spacing in Outlook Express 6 to compose messages

Line spacing in Outlook Express 6 seems to be "unmanageable" when including the text of the answer from someone else. Here is the situation - I type a message, and I copy and paste a section of a previous message that someone else wrote.

My messages have single spacing, but the other message has double-spaced. Everything I type after copy/paste requires spacing of this piece.

Let's say I want it to have line spacing all simple. How can I change the line spacing?

A simple way to get rid of formatting is to copy (or cut) the text in a text editor, such as Notepad and then cut of this application and pick up in your message.

  • Is there a button auto double text line spacing?

Hello!  I am writing a manuscript which is to be presented with text double-spaced.  While I have not physically go through all 40,000 words and insert another space is a button or function I can use to do this for me?
Your help is much appreciated, thank you!
    TAM

    Hi Tam,

Writing a manuscript is identical to any work published, the extra space is required between the 'lines' no letters.

You don't say which application processing, you use to type your manuscript in. If you use Microsoft Word then, Yes, there is a button that will double space your lines for you.

If you use Word 2007 I suggest you open your manuscript, and then press CTRL + A (that is, hold CTRL on your keyboard down and press A. This will select 'all' your text. Then go to the Ribbon of the toolbar (make sure that the Home tab is selected) and click the button that has lines on it and one up and down (this is located next to the button text justification and the trainer of paint (paint can)). Click on it and select 2.0 your lines will be double spaced throughout your manuscript now.

If you use Word 97 or 2003, then you will find the key to line spacing on the formatting toolbar (it is the one with the police, the font size, bold, italic, thereon). Once again, the button is right next to the Justification button. The procedure of double spacing is the same as Word 2007.

  • Reformatting line spacing in Windows Mail

All of a sudden, when I composed an e-mail message in Windows Mail and press enter, double spaces. It's never happened before and I don't know how to reformat the line spacing to give me only spacing when I hit the button enter. Does anyone have a solution or a fix?

In a message to format HTML, enter often means 'new paragraph', which should be typed.  Try holding Shift when you press ENTER.  Often, this means 'new line '. Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
