• Active notifications activating several times

  Hey everybody,

  Today, I noticed a strange behaviour and I was wondering if it was normal.

  I have Active Notifications turned on, and turned Gmail and other services to notify me through the feature. Whenever I have an email or other notification waiting for me, Notifications Active lights several times to the top of the screen every 10 seconds or so to warn me, even when the appliance is not moved.

  Isn't this option only supposed to activate when you pull the phone out of your pocket, pick it up or move it slightly?

  Nope-

  If the phone is in place screen it at intervals will show the clock and new notifications you get. The only time that the screen will be turned off completely is when the phone is the screen up or down in a pocket / at an angle.

  You can set hours when it goes off: settings-> active notifications-> to sleep at night. The purpose of this is so you can look at the phone and get a snapshot of your info without having to press a button.

  Check the individual behavior of the icons in the taskbar properties? In the Notification area tab of the properties of the taskbar click the button 'Customize' to check. You can also try clicking on the "Default settings" button.

• Part of e-mail notifications of Standard edition?

  I just started to evaluate the operations of vCenter and am happy to see email notifications are now included. 60-day trail is for the Enterprise edition, but if we buy anything it is likely to be the standard edition. What I'm trying to confirm, it's the e-mail feature is part of the Standard edition.

  Looking at the comparison of product of VMware , it lists the "Proactive intelligent alerts" as in the standard, but I think that these are just alerts "badge" based in the console, not the e-mail notifications. The same matrix lists 'Alerts and reports' as being only in the Advanced edition, but I think it's done refers only to the ability to alert and report management.

  What makes me think that alert standard e-mail is present in all versions, but can anyone confirm?

  In fact, you have alert notifications in the standard as well.

  To enable them, you have:

  (1) connection in the administrative user interface and configure the SMTP server (to note that SSL/TLS encryption is not supported, although the options are there)

  2) date back to the vsphere-ui, and then open the "Notifications" menu and configure the actual alerts.

  I'm reinstalling mutiple viral infections.

  I tried all the articles pertaining to this error and they all point ot telephone activation but I am never presented with this option.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  The macaron is Home Premium, you can not read the key from the sticker, I called Dell they had me to download a program that I ran and it displays the key but would not offer any other medium after that unless I paid for it.

  I'm tired of dead-ends with Dell support and microsoft, so I've upgraded to Vista business in which I have a VLK for and everthing works.

  After talking to my daughter more in detail, Dell had its update of the bios that now more logical as to why it would not activate but because the computer is no longer under warranty they help also.

  WCH version of soa 10g that you use and the wch mail server you want to send the mail?... u need to configure SOA_HOME/bpel/system/services/config/ns_emails.xml to it... have a luk at the link below:

  I have a problem with null notifications result type. In a custom workflow, I designed, there is a notification that the result set as null type. The present situation, it is these notifications appear in the form of status = "CLOSED" in the notifications performers tab. Because these messages appear as 'closed' status users are missing from these messages.

  If you set the result type with null for the notification activity, then it will be a FYI notification.
  Please check the value of the parameter Mailer "Autoclose FYI".
  If this value is 'Y' then all FYI notifications will automatically close as soon as they were sent.
  If you do not want this behavior defined the value of the parameter "Autoclose FYI' 'n'.

  Scroll to the bottom of the Notifications window, select "Edit" and remove Stocks.

In most of the examples I found, they have used waiting on notification to receive the alert system sent, but I also found that get notifier status function gives you the last receivied declarant (identical to wait on the service). In the latter case, I presume it only shows what author of the notification has been received but not received any notifier. is it so?

  I compared using both, and I can say that it seems that's the difference.

  I want to just erase that doubt and get more details if you have... Thank you

  The help of the State declaring get:"last notification is the most recent Act notification to the declarant. If no notification is available, the function returns a value of zero for the data type of element that you wired in function get declaring . »

  To display the "final notification" and not the "last received" one to be precise. If it does not receive the notification.

  Edit: and be very careful when you use the notifiers in LabVIEW. They have a good place to use in certain conditions, usually, when you care only about notification / latest information, and if it is not a problem if certain orders are lost. It is a one-to-many communication.

  If you need send commands/data where it is very important that everyone will get to where it should, use queues or user events.

• Question of Caps Lock Notification? Vista problem? or Dell Inspiron Issue?

  Sorry if this is in the wrong forum; but I don't know who it is.

  I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 running Vista Home Premium 64 Bit.

  The question is when ever I type in another Forum, such as this one; or an email or even a Word document and I activate the "Caps" lock - it will get the sentence I type and I have the mouse to where I was.

  I know that I get a notification "on the screen", but what the hell is happening? It shouldn't start me the sentence when I type.

  I searched for hours and finally comes to join this community. So is it a Vista problem or a problem of Dell?

  You have Dell Quickset, installed on your system? Have you looked inside for a parameter disable the notification?

  EDIT: According to this thread, it is certainly a matter of quick adjustment... They solved by uninstalling QuickSet, but there may be a QuickSet setting to disable the notification...

  Odd. There should be several that come standard on the device. At the bottom of this page there is a button 'Add' to create your own profile.

  Assuming that your Gmail account is set up in the HUB

  Go to Blackberry Hub

  Press top left menu

  Tap Settings

  Go to your Gmail account

  What is happening to all 5 of my computers, all Windows 7 since I used Windows Update this AM. The interesting thing is that my Wifi network in my house does not require a "additional log in" and the internet was available. So, the "Additional log in" notification, which appears continually, even after opening a web page, is simply nothing more boring.

  Disabling Open DNS seems to fix the problem, but I don't want to turn it off. Looking for an answer to this problem, I found a registry change that solved this problem for someone else. Changing the registry Disenabled the "Active sensor", which is the value of 'Enable Active Probe' fell 1-0. I could do that except that I use Open DNS crypt, who encrypts all communications between the computer and the open DNS, a Wi - Fi security feature servers, and since I use these laptops on Wifi networks in places like McDonalds and Starbucks, I think I need notification Active Probe actually connect to their networks.

  Sorry for the dummy question, but I'm a newbie BPM/BPMN and try to understand better what I use for my modeling process.

  Could you please explain to me the difference between the FYI and Notification? When it is better to use?

  Asked me to send an e-mail notification to users just to let them know where the process is, no manual action is required and the process must continue without interruption.

  In your use case where you want to send an email to someone, and no manual intervention is required, use the Notification activity.

  News is an Interactive activity and causes a work item instance appear in the Inbox an end user in the workspace.  The difference between this and other types of interactive activities is that the work item instance does not stop at this activity in the process, but instead continues on the next activity in the process.

  A Notification activity is an automatic activity which does not create an instance of work item in an Inbox in the workspace, but rather sends a message of electronic mail, instant messaging, SMS or voice.

  When the work item instances reach these two activities, they do not stop and continue them automatically the next activity in the process.

• Police don't not projection in InDesign

  Hello.

  Recently, I added a few new fonts on my mac in the font book. I'm currently editing a document in InDesign, but one of the families of fonts does not appear in the selection list of police, while all the others, that I added.

  Missing fonts appears also in other programs such as MS Word. When I use the police in this application and copy and paste the text into InDesign, it sticks as an area of the image. While the text is true to the police, it is not editable.

  Any help in getting the police to appear would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  Uninstall instructions are on the page where you downloaded from Github, but basically just boils down to the removal of the San Francisco system fonts. Once that they are not the OS will recognize the other fonts.
