• Message stuck in Windows Mail Outbox

  I have a stuck in my Outbox Windows Mail e-mail message. I can't delete it or send it.  When I try to do it I get an error message that says "an unknown error has occurred."  Given that this e-mail message is stuck in my Outbox I can't send messages. However, I can receive messages.  I got my email provider try to fix this problem, but they couldn't.  They said to contact Microsoft.

• BlackBerry Smartphones new mail icon does not

  I have a strange behavior suddenly with one of the e-mail on my Blackberry "BOLD" accounts.  The account is a gmail account and never had any problems until today.  I noticed this morning that e-mail has not been pushed, despite the fact that new messages were in this mailbox.  I removed and re-added the account, as well as return service directories.  Now, mail seems to take place at the account again, but the new mail indicator (red asterisk) does not work for the account, even if I get a new mail on the main 'Messages' envelope icon indicator when the mail comes in this account.  Any ideas?  Thank you!

  Hello, I use Outlook 2003 with Windows 8, and I can't seem to get the "New mail" icon appears on the taskbar.  I made sure 'show the envelope' is selected in the advanced e-mail settings in Outlook.  I also made sure to specify "Display Notifications and Alerts" to the Outlook to-do bar settings.  I have set up Outlook to work with my email "outlook.com" using Outlook Connector.  The Outlook icon appears correctly in the taskbar every time that Outlook is running on my computer, but the "new mail" icon does not show it when I get the mail.  I have not watched by using VBA to make it happen, but so far, I was unable to understand the appropriate code.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

  Outlook 2003 is not compatible with Windows 8.0/8.1, although some received his execution, but most have problems and features that do not work. Hope this helps and if you need help please post and we will be happy to help you.

• Stuck to the "Mail Upgrade" status window

  

  Hello

  After upgrading to Mac OS Sierra, when I tried to open Mail.app, it shows me the upgrade message window and that's it. Nothing happens here. I've had this window for almost a day now; all buttons-'continue', 'Quit' is also grayed out. I tried to leave mail and stimulus but no difference. Also have restarted the MBP as well.

  I understand that you are more alert audio audition for Gmail or Outlook on your iPhone. I know it's nice to be updated to new alerts without having to see your iPhone, so I'm happy to help you.

  To begin, check that you can hear other sounds on your iPhone and alerts. This article contains information on how to check that:

  If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support
  

  1. Go to settings > sounds and drag the slider to Ringer and alerts to increase the volume.
  2. If you hear the sound from the speaker, follow the rest of these steps. If you hear no sound from speaker, contact Apple technical support.
  3. If your device has a ring/silent switch, make sure it's set to ring. (If you see orange, your device is configured for silent).
     
  4. Restart your device.
  5. Open an application that has the music or sound effects. Adjust the volume with the volume buttons or the slider in theControl Center.
  6. Go to settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off. Then, check the sound back.
  7. Plug in a headset. If you can hear the sound in the headphones, remove it, then clear any dust or debris from making headphones to your device.
  8. If your device is in a case, make sure that the case does not block the speaker.
  9. Use a brush to gently clear all debris from the enclosure and lightning connector (or 30 dock connector pin). The brush should have soft, clean and dry hair.
  10. Update your device to the latest version of iOS.
