  Although did not get a response, but the problem has been resolved after much hassle. I had to call my service provider and they asked me remove some entries from my phone, service book that solved the problem.

  The hoslter of the 9800 began to collapse within a few months, I bought.  It seemed that it is glued together between some synthetic leather with cardboard inserts.  Is this a known issue or known defects?  All my other cases BB OEM outlast my BB device.   Is there a remedy for this?

  It is a recent problem, which I think started happening after I connected my BlackBerry on my PC for updates (what I'd done before without any problem... go figure). No idea why it's happening!

  Whenever I go to http://m.youtube.com and you try to view any video on the site, the BlackBerry media player asks to go to the WAP for media streaming (OK), the player load and displays "Loading"... "in the upper corner, and after about a minute of this loading the following error message appears:

  "Wireless network connection has been disconnected. Please try again. »

  I have a package with Rogers Wireless (Ontario, Canada) and that you have tried the steps above using networks of their 2 G & 3 G with the same error message.  It connect and listen properly when I my home connection Wi - Fi enabled. Browsing other websites and online applications using works fine with 2G / 3G or Wi - Fi.

  No idea why this is happening all of a sudden?  Here are a few more bullet-point details:

  * OS version 4.6.0.28 2

  * Firewall disabled

  * Data services set to 'On' in the Mobile network

  * Advanced Options - browser - the value "Rogers Mall" default WAP browser configuration (do not think that what counts)

  * Have tried to "wipe Handheld", but that did not fix it (surprise!)

  * The Deskop Manager erase all functions under the overused Application Loader... also did not work.

  I think I must miss a few tiny, or accidentally erased details some manual entry, that I should not have which would not be restored when I formatted the device.  Can someone help me?

  For someone who has had this same problem, it seems to have resolved itself.  I'd say it's probably due to a problem (hopefully temporary) with the carrier, not your phone, that I have not changed the settings on my BB for this post.

My previous phone was a Motorola and the sound quality was clear and people could here me on the other end very clearly, I encounter exactly the opposite with the blackberry, the sound of muffled sounds and not always clear, more people on the receiving end of a phone call have trouble hearing me. I also had coverage within a certain number of buildings with my Motorola but no bar on the blackberry. Any way to improve the sound quality and the strength of the signal?

  I m a bit confused: the downloaded film seems ok, but the movie on your HARD drive looks like this would be separated.
  Have you tried to read this file using readers from various movies like VLC player or similar?
  How about recording the film using different resolutions? The same question is visible?
  Have you installed all of the required codex? Install the K-Lite codec package and try to read this file again.

  First, very few phones that support Adobe Flash, at least you're in good company.  If you go to the mobile site of youtube, you should be able to view videos.  It is found by typing m.youtube.com on your phone's browser.

  Thank you. The problem was that I had to restart my phone to completely remove the youtube app, that I deleted from my phone. The youtube pending removal app, it allows me to view youtube mobile or desktop. After I restarted my handheld & filled delete everthing works smooth again.
