  You must first install all binaries in knot and go more based on the topology you i.e. active - active or active-passive.

• My style course custom portal - skin.css non-reflecting file in my portal webcenter application.

  
  In my portal webcenter application, I have a model to my home page. The model has a "happy" = facetName I've included a header.jsff outside the facet of content for the header section.

  I added my custom for the portal file - skin.css default style classes. Some of the custom style classes were used in the header.jsff file.

  When I deploy my portal webcenter application and custom for the header style classes does not load (even after refreshing the page).

  But if I go back to JDev and make a small change to the portal file - skin.css and save it, go back to the browser and refresh the page, then the style classes is loaded.

  One has faced such question? Please let me know if any difficulty / possible workaround.

  This seems odd. Rather than running, you can deploy the application on your integrated server wls and check once.

  We do not recommend changing the application of free to paid.  The reason is users who have downloaded it while he was free will be asked to buy it if they attempt to improve or re - install.

• Reminder in Group application

  In the application of COD/CRM grouped using reminders, I try to understand how a reminder is sent to an agent. I tested this feature and concluded that when a reminder is left and an agent becomes available, the agent receiving the call will be unavailable and answer buttons and the decline on communication tools become available, but agents phone does not ring automatically. The agents telephone does not ring until it clicks on reply.
  
  What is the expected features?
  
  I expect that when the agent became available, the phone of agents would sounds and that they would be linked to the appellant.
  
  Is there a configuration change that can cause the phone agents automatically sounds a reminder?

  Unfortunately there is no way to auto does not accept a reminder. The agent must click on the 'accept' to get the phone to ring.

  I have a problem when downloading documents, creation of HTML file, sending document wiki in DOCUMENT MANAGER TASKFLOW.

  In 2 of our environments, Reporting and analysis showing twice in the Group Applications & put in service... We are confused about provisioning as we anticipate Reporting and analysis for all users...
  
  Even in LCM export it by showing twice, and export of LCM is also the same production output...

  Looks like you have installed a second instance of the R & A Executive Officer. It is a known bug in 11.1.2.1 and can be resolved by following the steps described in the patch # 12552933.

• Help! can not assign users to groups of portals

  I imported users from LDAP in OID. It also created new groups created in LDAP.
  
  I also have other groups that are created directly in the portal. Now, I want to assign users to these groups of portals.
  
  However when I do this it comes with the following error message
  
  Cannot change group: [LDAP: error code 32 - entry to change not found.].

  I don't know LDAPADD, but you can use the PORTAL. WWSEC_API. CREATE_LIST to create portals groups programmatically in OID and then be able to see these groups portals via the Group tab admin portal portlets.
