  Your OS windows seems not to be the Windows which was preinstalled on your Portege
  You cannot update the BIOS by using the windows server 2008 Enterprise Edition x 64

  You will need to put the system which has been pre-installed by Toshiba

  For the LPM error "cannot change the password" check if you set a "minimum age" in the definition of the strategy of password.

Using the NVIDIA Control Panel, I can't change my favorite GPU (changes will not be saved). I already run a update of Lenovo and installed the latest graphics driver (296.88), which resulted in no improvement.

  When you start a game, I can choose my graphics manually, but I would like to configure some general settings using the control panel.

  I noticed - if a game (almost all the real big games) have its own brightness settings it just ignore nvidia control panel/color calibration in this issue, but if it's a little game without this option, it works fine...
