  I was wondering if there is an option in the preferences to change the color of the text in the interface. It used to be yellow and now it is harder to see.

  I notice the text in blue on the range of programs update: AE, PP, Photoshop, etc.

  So is there a setting in the cloud itself that would allow me to change the color back to yellow?

  No, there is no way to control the color of the highlight of development and the text of some controls. As you note, part of the major changes to the UI through many programs.

  According to me, you are looking for 'Discourse analysis' features of Premiere Pro.

  This feature has been removed from 2014 first Pro CC (v8.2) version.

  You can still use this feature, but you must install the previous version of Premiere Pro.

• No text no not in Premiere Pro

  I created a slide show in the first Clip and added a few slides of text. The project settings are all verified - that is to say fade in, out, crossfade, movement. The text is visible as expected when I saved the film.

  Then, I used Edit in Premiere Pro and opens the project in Premiere Pro. However, even if his script displays text clips where planned, there is no text in them and previews of movies with background color during these periods. Namely, if the title text contains a 'special character' (e.g., ampersand), then the first fails to import the entire title.   I'm trying to compile and install simple lower third templates to be installed on computers used by producers 50 +. The models that I created and installed on my Macbook (using this workflow How to create templates for Premiere Pro text |) Adobe after effects CC tutorials) work very well, but if I install it on Mac with first Pro ONLY (no installed AE) we see offline. Are these models can be installed & changed text on a workstation without AE? Or AE needs to be installed to operate?

  After Effects must be installed. It's just like any other item based on dynamic links: After Effects is called behind the scenes to render the results.

• Need to create several Premiere Pro titles in a text file

  I'm using Premiere Pro CS6. I've prepared a file *.txt (plain text), with about 70 lines (each line has 5 to 10 words maximum) and I am looking for a way to create multiple PP titles out of it (a title by line), but in a 'batch' way (i.e. without having to create a new title every time and copy - paste the text of the line etc.) that I need to meet up with all 70 titles in my calendar...

  Can possiby suggest you a way to do this? Something like 'import' the file *.txt in Premiere Pro and auto-rupture it in 70 separate titles or something?

• Premiere Pro captioning - all default?

  I have 5 x 25 episodes subtitled - I've already created files .srt from another application and just upgraded to Premiere Pro CS5.5 CC specifically for captioning.  I can import the files .srt without problem, but the default is white text on a transparent background.  Is it possible to change the settings so that the captions by default to something else.  I started to modify them manually, but there is too much to change each background to opaque, then a color and finally change the color of the text.

  It seems to be that which shows that it is possible to change the font, size, etc. of the legends.  I couldn't find these options in my tab captions – am I missing something?

• Create Image slideshow video in Premiere Pro

  Hi guys,.

  I am a novice in the world of Premiere Pro so forgive the question!

  I'm looking to create a video with a load of pictures from my recent trip. It will also integrate the video we had on the trip as well as music playing on top of the video with chunks of text as well. The layout I want to do is:

  • A main background image
  • Series of small images in addition to this with the background still visible
  • Video clips also on the above background image with the main background still visible main

  I hope that makes sense! The problem I'm having is that when I import each image into the project, they are usually huge demand a lot of messing around to make them small (moving the image down so that I can find points to reduce the size of the image). Are there:

  • (a) a quick way to make sure the images are not in the project greater than the size of the screen
  • (b) a way to crop parts of the imagery in the project or I do in photoshop?

  Any help would be much appreciated.

  (a) when you place one of your images on the timeline, Ctrl-click (right-click) on it and the menu drop down choose set to the size of the image.

  (b) in the effect controls panel, click video effects > transform > Crop and drag the effect of cropping to your clip on the timeline. With the clip selected, go in the effect controls panel and set the culture settings.

  Hello, I'm having problems to start my Adobe Premiere Pro, so below I'm going to describe some of the problems that I have and the solutions I tried to do

  1. the message that the first shows after the Welcome screen is "Fatal error. Close Premiere Pro. The program will try to restore your project.

  2. already updated my drivers, tried compatibility mode, reinstall the program, restart the computer... Display of all this and the message again.

  3 - other programs of CC are opening and works well.

  My configurations:

  Processor Intel i5 4200u up to 2.5 GHz

  Graphics Intel HD 4400-1792 MB

  RAM: 6 GB HD: 500 GB

  PrPro is a much more demanding client for computing resources than other programs you mention. Suffice to say.

  Now uninstall it, have you done that comes with the system/OS uninstall program or have you used the Adobe CC cleanup tool? A simple uninstall OS will normally get at files that can actually cause things, as they are in other places on the computer. This is the CC cleaning tool does his thing... and although the instructions to tell him to do an uninstall of system, then run the CC cleaning tool, in my experience it doesn't as well as just using the CC cleaning tool to uninstall AND cleanup.

  The 6s iPhone uses the camera application which does not reliably draw a constant cadence, he shoots at a variable rate. You can buy apps that take on a constant pace, however.

  To fix your issue, you need to transcode into something like the hand brake. Then import it back to Premiere Pro. Next time use a better application.

• Legends appears in Premiere Pro

  I imported my first video successfully in Premiere Pro. However, when I add my pre-existing mcc (or even SCC) files of legend in a track located above the video, subtitles appear on the video when I play it in Premiere Pro.  I activated the closed captioning using this option for the video pane and the tracks pane.  I tried different settings display as CEA-608, 708, Teletext, CC1, CC2, CC3, etc, without success.  I found a thread of 2014 on this subject, but none of the ideas it seems to help.

  Thanks for any ideas on how to make the subtitles to display.  I watched legend files themselves.  They look very well. I exported from the software Swift create 8 line 21.

  

  'Put 'faulkner.scc' in a sequence that corresponds to the frequency of images for the sidecar (29.97).

  A quick way to do this: click on the file "faulkner.scc" CSC in the project area - make a right click - Choose 'new sequence of the Clip.

  Another way is to have a sequence already open you know is 29.97 and drag the file CSC of the area of the project, the Panel of the sequence and there's a video track

  Strange alignment with the text box is a known bug in the BODY. Be aware that this might be different in all material display monitor you use

• Ho can I keep previous image "on the screen", while the 2nd picture of GIF created in Photoshop that will be used in Premiere Pro?

  I'm creating a society of video in Premiere Pro (Beginner) and I have a combination of Mp4 files recorded (animated files of professionals, extracted from video camera, video camera DLS). I need to create images to coordinate with voice-over. With moderate success, I created a sequence of GIFs animated in Photoshop - created background gradient with logo in the lower corner as a 'model' for each image, created new layer for each png image (merged background and text with image for each). That is the problem - as it appears from second png image, the first image disappears. I need to have picture #1 will remain on screen that #2 appears and images #1 and #2 need to remain on the screen as it appears #3 image. I tried so many different processes and the information sought and read a lot, but he found nothing which explicitly deal with this issue. Sound advice are highly welcomed!

  It is possible to import a photoshop file to keep all of the separate layers, you can then animate each layer as you like. When you import a PSD file you will get a submenu, this will give you the option Flatten all the layers in a clip or keep all the layers separate. In the latter case, first will create a bin in the project with each accessible layer panel, drag them to separate video track in your sequence.

• After the passage of a different program and vice versa, Premiere Pro will play is no longer the sequence

  It took me a while to limit this problem. Quite randomly, my sequence would not apply.  I finally reduced to this.  I hope that the 28/01/16 update should fix, but it didn't.

  Summary:

  -commutation of Premiere Pro to a different program, while a sequence is stopped and then backward, tilt will cause Premiere Pro is no longer playing the sequence.  .

  Follow this exactly to reproduce the problem:

  (1) create a new file with a new sequence inside

  (2) create a minute long clip of anything (bars + tone, color matte, text, etc.) and drag it into the timeline

  3-hit game

  (4) setback (this is important!, see below)

  (5) to switch to another program, either via alt - tab or open another program so it gets the focus.

  6) move to Premiere Pro

  7-piece struck again, sequence no longer will play is not the expected behavior.  PP must be rebooted to solve the problem.

  If you do not hit 'stop' to step 4 and let the sequence to keep playing:

  -When you pass on Premiere Pro and then return, you can press the stop button.  When you click the button new play things will work as expected.

  My configuration: win 7 + Premiere Pro 2015.2 release, build 9.2.0 (41), i7 Proc/32 GB memory

  My solution (sad), it of that if I need to go to another program for a bit, make sure to hit 'play' in Premiere Pro before moving on to another program and let it in the background.  When I come back I can play and stop as usual.

  Hey thanks, that the explanation is logical. "Mallocing everything in desperation" will be my new go to words to describe my state of mind sometimes.

  Fixed it!, but it was something else. :

  I tried to uncheck "allow applications to take exclusive control it" box and rebooted, verified that the box was always checked... but the first has always had the same problem. The stop/play button icon changed as you noted, but the timeline not yet played.  This led me on a path of futzing with different combinations of audio material.

  Difficulty of summary:

  -First, change the 'default' output to some other active sound output (even if it is not physically used), then change it back.

  (1) in the first Audio hardware preferences, I changed "Default Output" for "Realtek Digital Output" (which is enabled in my sound control panel, but nothing is physically connected).

  (2) I went back to the first, and he could still play the timeline after alt-tabbing to other programs and return.  There was no audio since obviously I have nothing plugged on my outputs digital.

  (3) 'Exit by default' Changed in first preferences Audio equipment Audio back to "Speakers (Realtek High Definition)", tried the stuff of alt - tab again and as if by magic it worked like the good old days (early 2015).  Even still, it still works very well even though I have the checkboxe "exclusive control" ticked off now (parameters of sound from speakers in the Panel).

  Notes:

  -I don't know if step 2 is required.  Things are working fine for me and no matter what I change, I can't do things in the State 'broken '.

  -At some point, in the sound control panel, I changed one of the outputs digital to be default, but that doesn't seem to make a difference at first. Whether or not this has finally made a difference affecting the steps above, I don't know.

  BTW, audio installation is:

  Audio is Realtek High Definition Audio, version 21/08/2013 6.0.1.7023 (hardware Audio first output by default is "Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)"

  I have a 3 GB Evga 780 also graphics card, but no HDMI outputs are used/activated.

• How to access the Clipboard Premiere Pro?

  I don't know if I need to use the SDK for it or not.

  Basically, I want to be able to COPY items different lots of first, as presets, transitions and clips... in the Clipboard, one at the time and then all of this Clipboard information SAVE somewhere where it will not be overwritten when the next thing is copied to the Clipboard.

  Then I'll program a system (probably using AutoHotKey) where any particular item can be recalled and placed in the active Clipboard, then pasted directly into the first as usual.

  This would allow me to use customized keyboard shortcuts to instantly apply any effect I want, any transition I want and any group of clips that I want the timeline... incredibly easy and flawless.

  I tried to use the function clipboardAll() to autohotkey (Clipboard and ClipboardAll), but it does work for the copied elements in first... only for the text and images and things like that. It seems to me that the first has its own special Clipboard it uses for the more complicated things like copy effects or clips on the timeline.

  Once again, my question is, how to access the Clipboard Premiere Pro ? Where this file is located in the Windows? I searched through all folders in AppData first and I don't see anything that resembled the Clipboard information... I do not know if this is the right place to look.

  I downloaded the SDK, but I don't see any information on the Clipboard in the included help file, so I don't know if the SDK may be useful for this.

  I am so, so grateful if someone could help me with this. I'm a video editor, not a programmer, so this kind of thing is not very easy for me.

  There is no way to access the Clipboard Premiere Pro, in the way you described.

  What do you do with the items you want to copy? Perhaps there is another way.
