  It is probably downloading and indexing of your email to provide instant search functionality.  If you let it run for a day, it should calm down.  Normal conditions of use "lazy" CPU by wlcomm is about 2% or less.

The cap rem is the latest state of the collection, where as rem time is based on the period of analysis/trend... for example the bucket size and quantity.

  I actually found the answer to my problem. The problem was a sound driver that somehow wrong installed on my system. I updated and reinstalled the driver and the problem was solved.
  The problem was "Realtek High Definition Audio" under sound, video and game controllers in Device Manager.

However, after a short time, wifitask.exe causes somehow himself to run and CPU usage was 100%. What exactly does wifitask.exe do? I can remove it or do I have to reinstall something? I also noticed that svchost.exe and lsass.exe use about 25% CPU each but what I've seen, that's normal? wifitask.exe shows that it only uses about 15%, but it's the only thing that removes the CPU usage when I finish it.
