How to fix wlcomm.exe constantly using 25% cpu?

We have a Dell i3 laptop that feels lethargic. I noticed in the task manager that wlcomm.exe is constantly using 25% cpu.
The laptop is running Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail 2011.
Why wlcomm.exe use so much resource cpu and how can I stop it do it please?

It is probably downloading and indexing of your email to provide instant search functionality. If you let it run for a day, it should calm down. Normal conditions of use "lazy" CPU by wlcomm is about 2% or less.

The ability to install all versions of Vista is contained on the Vista DVD.
In other words, there are only 2 DVDs, 32 and 64 bit.
This is the product key that corresponds to the correct version must be activated.

Svchost.exe * 32 using 100% cpu usage
Hi, my svchost uses 100% unused cpu, make my computer run incredibly slow. When I end the process it starts up within 30 seconds. I used several antivirus programs, cleaned up and fixed my registry and tried to update windows. When I click on go to service, nothing is highlighted, I even tried manually by clicking on go to treat all services running.
I research how to fix this problem for 3 days in a row, any help would be appreciated.

The Mobile Manager not correctly delete/create mobile user.
Mobile Manager is a J2EE Application that connects to the Mobile using the Oracle JDBC Thin Driver repository, it is possible that when some users have been deleted or created, the http connection or JDBC connections has been cut.
Can you try to reset the metadata cache, delete the mobile user, create and configure this mobile user and then synchronize.
It will do a full refresh, but it must synchronize the fine after.

I bought a Dell Precision T3400 of Dell Financial Services and it came with Vista Business installed. I installed a new hard drive and installed Vista in a Virtualbox VM by using the recovery disk that came with the computer, and the product key does not work for activation. If you have reinstalled the OEM of Vista Business copy on the new hard drive, as Bill says you can't also use it in a virtual machine.
You can only reuse your OEM of Vista professional copy if it is no longer used on the computer. Do you have what operating system installed on the new hard drive? It was an upgrade copy or complete the license?
If you used a license to upgrade to another edition of Windows to replace your copy of company then Vista Business license is still in use (for upgrade) and you cannot reuse it in your virtual machine.
However if you replaced Vista business with a copy of the full license of another edition then you are able to use the OEM copy in a virtual machine, but only on the same computer. You must use the product key from COA to the label on the computer. The product key is put in the copy OEM cannot find the SLIC table on the host motherboard. You must use the phone activation from within the virtual machine. Click on start in Vista Business and typing "slui 4. Do not meet the audio guests until it asks you if you want to speak to an agent. Explain that you have completely replaced the OEM copy with a copy of the full license of the new windows and now want to use the OEM copy in a virtual machine on the same computer. Agent will then give you the activation string. Remember that the virtual machine is not transferable to any other computer.

Now the fun part:
When the Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) is wrong (especially when right click), begin to suspect third-party add-ons explore extension.

After launching ShellExView, under Options, choose "Mark non-Microsoft Extensions" and extensions not Microsoft will be pink, clear, but on some systems which is a difficult color to see, so click on display, choose the columns and move the column Microsoft closer to the top, so you can see on your screen without having to scroll left and right.
Click on the column header for Microsoft sort display (by clicking on the column of Microsoft) then all the non Microsoft extensions are on top and easy to see.
Non-Microsoft extensions would be things you have added (non-Microsoft) and are what you should be suspect. Suspicious extensions are non-Microsoft extensions.
You can also Google the name of a suspect add-on and see if there is any success on the mistakes and what other people have done about it.
You can Google something like:
Explorer XP crashing (you must fill in the name of add your suspect on.) See what kind of search results hits you get and are looking for solutions or situations that sound like yours.
I'm not a defender of trial and error, but I can't think of another way to do...
Right click and disable the non Microsoft extensions one at a time (or maybe in groups of 3-5 at a time), keep a list, so you can enable them again later if you wish. Disabling the extension does not uninstall the extension - it just disables it.
The result of the change is immediate and no reboot is necessary.
Test your right-click fault condition. If the Explorer starts to behave, you will know that an extension of this group of 3-5 is the culprit in order to start to enable them one by one until the Explorer fails again.
If you recognize all the extensions that have been added or recently downloaded, start with these first.
Don't forget - disabling the extension does not uninstall the extension - it is just disabled so you can always turn it on again. In this way, you can switch back and forth, enabled to be sure, you have the right extension under control.
Disable them one at a time until your right click on do not generate an error, then restart and test again to make sure the changes 'stick '. You have disabled the last extension would be suspicious.
You can also just disable all non-Microsoft extensions, restart and allow them one at a time until you find the one that generates the condition.
If you have a large number of extensions, you can disable them is small groups, 3-5 at a time instead of 1 at a time until your system starts to behave. I have not your problem, but I can when you toggle extensions, the extension is immediately disabled, so disable an extension does not seem to require a restart, but if you think that you have found the problem, I reboot and repeat the test in any case to be sure the problem disappeared.
If you post your non-Microsoft extensions list, maybe someone will recognize it as a potential problem.
If you find the offending extension that's the problem, please let us know what it is that I can add to my list.

I'd rather solve a problem. When I open the Control Panel, RegEdit icon is there, but when I want to open it, nothing happens. It's like there is no such thing as regedit.exe. I tried to search, but nothing seems to appear. What bothers me because my computer seems to lag a lot due to registry containing a lot of keys and other programs which have been removed a long time ago. And I can't access registry to resolve the problem.
Use the Windows search (start, search) to see if you can find a copy of regedit.exe on your system.
Depending on your installation, are likely to find a copy:
c:\Windows\System32\dllcache
c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386
If you find one, copy it and then paste them in the folder where it belongs:
c:\Windows
(is the regedit.exe file not in the system32 folder...)
There is in fact a little extra effort to regedit.exe to lack since it is one of 3498 files covered by the Windows File Protection, but you said the word "AVG" and I saw AVG quarantine (effectively delete) critical XP system files.
If you can't find one, I will download one on my SkyDrive and you can download it and put it in the c:\windows\system32 folder.
Oops - I am running SP3, but I can check and see if the SP2 version is different (inconu!) and you're a regedit.exe SP2 if you can not find one on your system.

You can disable the service via start > type services.msc
In the list, find Windows Presentation Foundation 3.0.0.0 police Cache. Double-click it to open the Properties dialog box.

An Explorer. EXE process runs at 5-10% of CPU.
I've worked so far:
(a) it affects only 1 user account.
(b) using the Process Explorer, the explorer.exe process points to, which seems to be, valid system information.
(c) the affected user account is an administrator account.
(d) if I use msconfig to disable all startup items and all other services, the problem is still there.Any ideas?
