  Yes, thank you. Not very well why it happened. Basically, you are looking to see if a path of the file has been added to the device cd/dvd rom. For example, C:\My Documents. The only route that should be listed is the correct drive letter for the device X: (note that X is used as an example, and your drive letter more that will likely be different.

  Are you talking about the bookmarks toolbar? The one along the top of the screen? The checkmark comes bock when you restart Firefox?

  Whatever it is, you should take a look at article in the Knowledge Base How to repair preferences that will not save . It may be that Firefox has struggle to write in the pref.js file.

  If this does not work, you can also try to create a new profile.

  I guess you are talking about the Windows Mail program, and that you opened the message in its own window by double-clicking on it.   This script assumes that you have your one (and only one!) Book to the screen. It opens all documents in a book, removes the nuances and it closes.

  There has always been disagreements about what makes a "unused" shade, and I guess that it works the same as it does in the UI - it removes what is possible and leave the rest.
