  I had to rate an image for printing several years ago and made some tests using Photoshop, Lightroom and some third-party software, resize possibly perfect.

  It turned out that Lightroom has produced the best picture, followed closely by Photoshop.

  The image produced by the third-party software maybe was a bit stronger than the others, but it seemed unnatural.

  You can easily test yourself - create images in the same dimensions in pixels of Lightroom and Photoshop, then compare them to view 100%. Photoshop you give several resampling options that produce slightly different results, try bicubic and bicubic smoother.

  Question about registration or print a book of FM in PDF format. Is there a way to specify what version of PDF, it is created in? I ain't trying to create and save a doc as a PDF Version 1.5 pre - I don't see that option anywhere. Is this possible? Or does it just create the PDF file in the version based on what is installed on my machine (i.e., it creates a version 1.5 b/c I use Acrobat Pro Extended V9)?

  I use Windox XP, 9.0p237 FM as part of the TCS2.

  This is specified in the Distiller joboptions (general tab > File Options > compatibility) that you select when you create the file PDF of FM. You can create your own custom joboptions and save those for reuse.

  I just realized that you use multiple file option. Not sure if you can do something about that, I think, but that he would need to test. You cannot use the option of single file? I think it's a better still.

  I sent a file from a PC to my Macbook using Hello. I do not see the files in the print queue or anywhere else, but now I get pages virgins churning of my laser printer.

  I can't print from the Mac in the form of files what if producing blank pages prevents all other files sent to the printer
  If I can find where the print files are sent, I hope that, by removing the file/s, the problem can be solved.

  I restarted the printer, the Mac and the PC and also deleted Hello.

  Based on the information, you try to find the object of the 'Neighbourhood of print' file in the folder of Windows Vista users.

  'Neighbourhood' of printing stores the path to the folder containing shortcuts to printers that you have added to the computer.

  These files are called a junction. Junctions work as shortcuts, but in the case of Vista look like standard folders with an arrow. A junction is intended to reorient the programs that access to their to their equivalent of Windows Vista. Since junctions aren't really folders, it is not possible to access, and any attempt to do so will give an "Access denied" error.

  C:\Users\$user$(User Name) \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Printer shortcuts.

  Your description, it looks like there may be an update that changed the behavior of Word. I understand the duplex option is no longer available in the print dialog box and you should now go to the properties of the printer to select two faces. Is it a problem when printing only from Word or any other program? If you find it very tedious, so you can try a restore system at a later date, but from the sounds of it, you still have the duplex option I would recommend probably leave as is and just get used to the change.

  I suggest you download the Word Viewer because it will open and print files works even if you do not have Microsoft Works installed.

  I spent several hours on this forum and unfortunately not found a solution yet so hoping someone has an idea that can help me solve this problem.

  Using forms/States of oracle 11g with a linux application server, we develop on windows machines. Printing reports using compiled .rep files.

  We have a network printer sharing (HP) that is configured on the application server, and we can print on the correct printer directly on the application server.

  Problem is when I try to print a report when executing the forms of oracle on my machine of development directly to the printer.

  I tried:

  SET_REPORT_OBJECT_PROPERTY (l_repid, report_destype, printer);

  SET_REPORT_OBJECT_PROPERTY (l_repid, report_desname, 'APPSERVER_PRINTER_NAME');

  When I put the report_desformat in 'pdf' format I can see the reports to enter the print queue, but they do not reach a 'State' order ' print file empty. "

  I have given up trying to use a report_desformat of pdf and paste it with the default value of the eps, after review, it seems pretty close match that generates pdf format and despite the fact that the queue on the application server throws a misprint even with the eps format it actually always draws for the good enough for now. Would be nice to know what happened here, but the problem has been resolved.

  To accomplish this, you must locate a converter

  I would recommend using your favorite search engine and look forCL Converte

  When I did the search I found several tools that may be available to convert PCL to PDF, XPS and other formats.  Once converted, use the SW for this format to print to the printer of your choice.

  Without the help of a converter, it is not possible for the printer handle the PCL file.

  Start by performing a hard reset. Unplug the power cord to the back of the printer and the wall on. Aside for 30 seconds and reconnect. If this does not help, uninstall your software and re-install.
