Print not go and causing programs to freeze with Samsung ML-1510 and Lexmark Z1420printers

With the help of a Sony Vaio with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - Bit.

When hitting the print option in Open Office (latest version) or Adobe Reader (9.3 I think) or even a doc to wordpad the printer is not the whirlwind in action. The program then goes into mode does not.

As well the most recent drivers were installed and I tried separately and then reinstalled but still no printing. In both cases, I can see the printers that are online. ATS of Windows don't have any problems. Samsung universal print driver for example shows me the model number and that it is online. The port is USB001. The printer is connected (one at a time) by a USB cable. Two different cables have been tried.

Both printers work fine with the XP laptop. I hope it's just a matter of box, but cannot locate!

  • HP ENVY 5660: Connected printer & print desktop PC and tablet. Print & Scan doctor says he is not and cannot be.

    A couple of weeks ago, we changed Internet providers & I plugged our devices (desktop, tablets, phones & printer) in the new system.  We now have AT & T U-verse with a cable of optical fiber to a hub not far from our House & a circuit dedicated copper from there to the router/gateway. They claim that we have a regular service of Mgbps 18.

    Everything seems to work very well. We had anything drop and do not cause any problems. However, our range of printers HP says that it is connected to the Internet. It provides all the correct information and it works very well in our devices. But the Asus desktop computer insisted that the printer is offline, even if I print documents from him. Today, Windows did an update and when I checked the update report that he said he could not update the printer because it is in offline mode and it will not be printed. Then I printed something again.

    This update failure is my real problem. When I checked in the settings in Windows 10 on the desktop, it also insisted that the printer is offline.     Follow the steps below to check the WIA Service:
    1. type services.msc in run or search and files program
    2. scroll the page up to the WIA Windows Image Acquisition
    3. make sure that the service is running. Click on stop and then restart to ensure
    4 restart the computer

    Restart the services of dependencies:
    1. Click Start, in the search box type "services" without the quotes.
    2. scroll down until you see Windows Image Acquisition (WIA).
    3. double click on it and go to the Dependencies tab.
    4-2 services must be listed.
    5. close this window and look for the remote procedure call (RPC).
    6. make sure it's on manual or if it is enabled automatically, just leave it. Make sure the service is started.
    7. go to hardware detection kernel and Double click.
    8. set the Startup Type to manual and click on apply.
    9. you should be able to start the service by pressing Start.
    10 now, you are done and the Twain Manager must work and gives you is not a mistake. This should solve your problem
