Printer error (will be not be printed)

I have a printer of HP F300.  Initially, my test page came by after the loading of cartridges of new ink but when I went to print something the first light began flashing (red) icon of the ink and the 'E' by the icon for pages 1-9.  I can't delete it.  I thought that the new ink cartridges need to be replaced (store brand) so I bought the HP brand.  Still can get rid of the error.  Can someone help me?

As OEM HP is responsible for the good operation of the printer and their
drivers provided. Check with HP support, their documentation online and
drivers and ask in their forums.

    Try the following:

    Right click on my computer

    Select manage

    Click on Device Manager

    Click on the + sign next to the printer

    Right-click on the printer and select uninstall

    Click on the + sign next to the imaging device

    Right-click on the printer and select uninstall

    Click the + next to Serial Bus Controllers

    Right-click on the printer and select uninstall

    Restart the computer

    Windows will reinstall drivers

    Go to the manufacturer's website and search for updated printer drivers

    Message has disappeared?

    Start > type services.msc

    Scroll down and right-click on print spooler

    Select Properties

    Click on stop

    Wait for Windows to stop the printer

    Click Start

    Wait for Windows to start the printer

    Under Startup type, select automatic

    Close this window

    Shutdown computer

    Unplug the cables for printer from the computer and the printer.  Wait 5 minutes and reconnect them to the.  Turn the printer and the computer.

    Message is now gone?

    Try using the wizard adding printer in the Control Panel, printers. In the wizard, select EPSON under manufacturer. If you don't see your printer in the list, click the Windows Update button. It will take several minutes (about 20) be patient, Windows updates the list. You should see a hard drive activity during the update.

    Yes, I was referring to manually clean the print head. I see that the 5510 lacks the possibility of leaving the print head manually.

    You can click on the menu of your SETUP program on your screen and go to TOOLS and clean the print head from there.

    If this does not resolve your problem, you may need to replace the print head.
    Contact HP Total Care (1800-474-6836), and if your unit is under warranty, its free.

    If you open WordPad [start all programs accessories WordPad, type a phrase and click on print, are all printers listed?] If so, is yor actuial printer it listed?

    Please report the exact words of any error message you get, and you're trying to print.

    In the meantime:

    1. Remove all the drivers for your printer installed printer.
    2. Download current drivers of htis web of the manufacturer of the printer.
    3. Install them according to the instructions.

    OK, it's different. These text boxes are (at least engineering point of view) not considered form data, they are annotations (or markup). On your print dialogue box, you will see a group of "Comments & Form". Make sure that the first control is set to "Document and annotations:

    After this change, you should see the markup of your impressions.

    Relax and breathe.

    FIRST: Uninstall IE8 and IE7 if they are installed.  Back to all the way back to IE6.  You want other patches before you get those.  Reboot after doing this.

    You are not the first to ask questions about how to upgrade a clean Windows XP - not even installation in the last week. In fact, I will just cut and paste my answer here... here:

    Get SP2 (manually) and save it to your desktop. (There's a link here.) [You are a COMPUTER professional for now.]

    Then restart at least a couple of times for a few minutes between each restart.

    I suggest that you download and install OpenOffice.  It is FREE and is open to all documents created in MS Office.  If it doesn't, at least it costs you nothing to try.

    I used OpenOffice for years.  Believe me when I say that he will do everything that will make MS Office and in some cases, the better.  At least, you will have to use in the future and you'll be amazed to see how they can do it for FREE.
