I installed a new ink cartridge, but the printer will not print the alignment page.  Now the screen says 'print alignment page.'  There is a big red X and the power button flashes.   I turned off, checked the cartridge, disconnected the power and have reinstalled the printer, but none of these things have solved the problem.  I can print a page from the computer, but can not copy or scan.

  • HP all-in - one D110a reinstall failed.

HP all-in-one D110a.  Windows 8 64-bit (original OS, not an upgrade), updates current, Intel i5 - 3210 M CPU 2. 5 g.  Install by using a Wi - Fi connection has worked for a long time.  Then I took the laptop travel (over a week).  Back, found D110.  App install updates downloaded and used.  Has recently made another trip.  The same problem.  Used again install app yet (it hasn't) but could not reinstall install printer driver.  Uninstall did nothing.  All the files are still there, complete register of the entrances of HP and reinstall all products are installed except the D110, said drivers.  I tried to delete the directories of HP program files, PF (x 86) and the program data and files in various subdirectories under my account and 'z' files in the Windows directory.  (why so scattered?).  Install always fails.  Downloaded utilities HP and they do not help.  How I completely clean the product of my computer so I can start over?  I wish that HP (and many others) would an uninstall that actually worked!

I tried the USP and the wireless installation.  Pane 'Printer setup', says the printer is detected, but hangs at 50% install point and then finally fails wth 'Did not finish' message.

Track: through my browser I can access the printer via wifi.  I tried the "Wireless Setup Wizard" and in the last step, he says ' wireless communication is temporary (sic) off. "  I don't have a cable ethernet or usb connected.  If this is true, how am I able to connect to the printer?  This could be part of the problem?

Rich1: Thanks for the detailed instructions.  It took me a while to get back to what I was out of town.

I followed the instructions and the l4.bat does the job.  All the files installed, entered of registry and directories

have been removed.  This should be the uninstall program of choice instead of the version used blade through the

interface.  L4.bat must be updated, however, because it does not remove the package of Bing.

The relocation started correctly and shows in fact that there is no present components.  It progresses smoothly

until the printer installation stage where he won again.  There is no error message and it's a major flaw

the installation software.  Certainly, the user will not be able to do anything to correct the problem, but that

information would be invaluable to support staff.  I encourage you to go to your IT department that an error

message notification should be added to the program, and we must say more that 'the installationn failed', a

presentation clearly and absolutely no use at all.

I have concluded that the problem was with the Windows 8 operating system.  I got the DELL system disks

and reinstalled the operating system.  Subsequently, the succsssfully of installation is complete HP and quickly.

Thank you for your help.  He was direct, clear and moved along a reasonable path.

Furthermore, the suggestion to use Iobit software is excellent.  I've used for several years and I am

very, very happy with it.  There is a free version, recommended reduction in capacity as well as the full and very

reasonable version (less than $20 / year) and I use the latter.  I highly recommend this product.

  • Installation printer A920 all-in-one

I just bought a used, refurbished OptiPlex 755 PC with Win 7 OS and am trying to install my all-in-One A920 printer. This is the printer that came with (my Dell Dimension 2400 series) desktop I bought about 7 years ago. I downloaded and installed (or so I thought) a Vista 64 bit driver I've read on the Dell website is supposed to be compatible with my Windows 7 64-bit OS. I plugged my printer and opens the file. I thought it was going to guide me through the process of setting up, but he did not. My computer recognized my printer, and he let me even in the all-in-one program. I was able to scan a document in color (but it wouldn't let me save it), I was unable to copy or print documents, and the "empty cartridge" box came up saying that black inkjet cartridges and color were empty; they are not empty because I recently replaced both cartridges. I miss any step, or not to do something in the right order? The printer does not give me a lick of problems on my Dell PC with Windows XP. I don't want to have to buy another printer, if possible, any help you can give me would be appreciated! Thank you! p.s. I have not loaded MS word on my new computer, so I wonder if this has nothing to do with the printer does not. (??)

    monksplay,

The procedure is listed below. The OCR program, found on the disc from the printer, is required for scanning documents and fax.

First run, delete print jobs to eliminate any print job stuck in the queue.

    Unplug the printer.

Download and run the patch (cleaning printer utility) until it prompts you to restart your computer.

Restart your computer. Make sure that the printer is deleted. Driver Manual printer removal

Download the 32-bit drivers for Vista for Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit drivers for Windows 7 64 bit Vista. Install the Vista drivers in Vista compatibility mode, you will get a message, the printer is not connected. Connect the printer at the moment (power on).

You will find links to the patch/drivers to...

Owners of printer inkjet all-in-one Dell A920 thread (W7)

Don't forget the programs anti-virus and firewall will block communications.

In the digitization, if you have the disc that came with the printer, and then insert the floppy disk to the printer and keep it from running. Go to my computer and double-click it. Locate the drive that contains the disk Dell inside. Right-click on it, left click Explore. Find the folder of the OCR. In the OCR folder, there is a folder of Abbyy. Right click on setup.exe, which is located in the folder Abbyy and left, click Run as administrator. This will install the OCR program.

  • What should I buy to re - install my printer Dell all-in-One A960 Windows 8 after Windows XP?

My printer Dell all-in-One (purchases. 2004) has stopped working.  When you try to use, sign popped up "print spooler service does not work? This has happened a month after that I switched to Windows 8.  Dell said there is no software for this printer be re-installed Windows 8 and suggested that I buy a different printer.

I don't think that Dell should have the last word.  Any advice?  Can I buy drivers, other software?

    Thanks for your information.

    I suggest to try this:

    (1) unplug the printer from the power point

    (2) connect one end of the USB cable to the printer (if it is not already connected)

    (3) connect the other end to the machine using any free USB port

    (4) turn the printer by plugging the power plug

    (5) look at the screen to see if Windows indicates all compatible drivers

If this does not work then try to look for Windows7 or even Windows Vista drivers and then install. However, make sure that these drivers are from the DELL website if possible)

Good luck and hope it works.

    Hello

I would like to inform you that Jucheck.exe is the process that runs automatically when the Java Update tool is activated. Jucheck.exe usually checks the Internet for the software updates available and invite you to install them to keep your updated program. If you prefer to search and download the Java updates manually whenever you want, disable Java Update automatic tool disables and removes Jucheck.exe

  • Re: Serial number down would work with the other Windows Vista operating system

First of all sorry for my English.
    I have one question.

My hard drive is broken with my recovery partition.
If I download windows vista and install the system with my original serial number on the laptop, this will work or should I activate it after installation.

I hope it's the same number that the front is installed on my first installation.

    Hello Marcin

I doubt that the serial number that is placed at the bottom of the device works with another Windows Vista operating system. But it s worth a try
You could test it I heard it's very rare cases it was possible

In any case, if your HARD disk is damaged and it of not possible to create a recovery DVD using recovery software Toshiba disc creator, then you must contact the ASP in your country for assistance.

If the warranty is valid the HARD drive should be replaced just for free. If you need only the recovery DVDs, then you can order it here:

I bought a Lap Top that runs on the Vista operating system.  I have my work on a Dell under XP Home machine and want to put the whole package of XP on the Lap Top which has Vista.  I was told that it was impossible, that it can only be charged on a unit of Dell.  I have the XP original software still sealed and never loaded on a computer, so I don't think I would be breaking the laws.  The company I worked for arrangements made with Dell for employees who worked at home to buy hundreds of computers and had them loaded with all the software that they require.  This is the package of XP Home and Dell sent the discs sealed to buyers.  I was one of the buyers and have a new series.  The problem is that it's going to work or Vista shot of it.  I am a novice and you worry mess up Vista and everything I have on the computer.

Win is an operating system only, it contains no other software
If you want to MS Office, or any other software, you must purchase it

The only thing that you can transfer from one PC to another are your data files and all commercial versions of the software that you have purchased

If you buy a PC with MS Office, while the desktop version is also related to this PC, it has been installed previously on and cannot be transferred to another PC.
You cannot transfer commercial versions of the software that you have purchased a new PC

In your case, it would seem that your old Dell PC, available with Windows XP home also had MS Office, none of them can be transferred to a new PC

And no clip has not transferred to winxp home of your Dell to your Compaq, which would have been impossible

You must then buy a license and Vista operating system 32-bit full disk and do a clean install of the 32-bit operating system.

How to do a clean install:

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu

free software canon printer LBP 810 instail in windows 7 operating system 64-bit

    Hello

The only drivers on the site of Cannon for Windows 7 and Windows Vista are all the 32 bits that won't work on your 64-bit Windows computer.

The printer was not displayed when I searched using Add printer in Control Panel-> devices and printers.

If I were you, I would contact Canon directly for advice and if it's not compatible, consider buying a new printer. 3 third-party drivers can be an option, but there are always problems of quality and safety so, personally, I never use them.
