  Hello

  My HP7510 printer is spent offline. I used it for a few years and it has been fine. I used Windows 10 with her for more than 10 months. This week, it went offline and I can't get back online. I've been around it turns off, turn off modem and leave for 3 minutes off then back on. I rebooted each computer that print to it. With the help of the remote control I can get to scan to my computer, but it will still be printed. I looked on the forums here and most of the links to help lead to a 404 error.

  Help please - what I can try next?

  Is your printer a HP Officjete 7510 or a Photosmart HP 7510?

  You can try to uninstall and reinstall the software COMPLETE features, follow these steps:
  
  1 uninstall the software from your computer
  2. download and save the software COMPLETE features (do not install online)

  3. install the FULL feature software "saved".
  
  Once you have downloaded and installed the software, FULL of features, you will be able to print and scan.

• MacBook Air does not recognize my HP7510 Via Airprint printer!

  I have a 13 "MacBook Air connected wireless to my HP7510 all-in-One via Airprint.

  It worked perfectly until I moved house but since I was in my new House (same router but new ' phone number) connection is very random.  Sometimes it works, then it stops - Mac is unable to find the printer.

  If the printer is off and the Mac and then turn it on again it works for awhile then fails again.

  It's frustrating and I really don't want to go back to the connection by wire!

  OK, we're going to re - connect the printer and router, then the printer and the Mac.  On the front of the printer: Setup > Wireless > default settings.  Then in the same menu wireless, run the Wireless Setup Wizard.

  Now, on your Mac, we will reset the printing system:

  First, make a menu Apple > software Updte.

  -Go to System Preferences > print & Scan
  -Right (or control) click in the rectangle listing your printers and select Reset Printing System.
  WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!
  -Select the sign more to add a printer. Select the default tab on the top of the window. Search for the printer, select it, and then beside the dropdown 'Use', select the model of the printer (not AirPrint). Wait for the 'Add' button becomes available. Until it clicks.

• HP7510 photo printing

  I have three frustrating questions with my HP7510 I hope you can help me with.

  1. the pictures to print with my macbook pro (OS X 10.9.4) are terrible. They are dark and discoloured.  It seems that my ink cartridges are good.  There is a warning for the black cartridge on the far left.  I have never had a cartridge for this location and do not know what it is for or where to buy them.  I buy all my cartridges to Sam Club or Best Buy and use only the HP cartridges.

  2. I also have a message saying from time to time I use a counterfeit cartridge. It is not identify what cartridge or provide a way to provide feedback.  I have never used anything but watertight HP cartridges if this message makes no sense.

  3. I tried to use the HP Photo Creations software, but couldn't because when the selected photos to add the application does not allow me to choose iPhoto, where 99% of my photos.

  HP Photo Creations can upload pictures from your iPhoto on Mac library. Here's how:

  1. Click on the button Add the Photos .
  2. Click on the button Browse this computer .
  3. Scroll the list of the location on the left side of the window until you see the Media section.
  4. Click on Photos.

• hp7510 connected by USB for Win 7, "printer failure, 0xc19a0028.» "Stop, then press.

  When I turn the hp7510 installed yesterday, connected by USB for Win 7, I get "printer failure, 0xc19a0028.» "Stop, then press. Same error 6 times. How to fix?

  I turned on the printer, ignored the advice of "The printer failed" message to turn off, then on again. Then, with the sill of printer on, I reinstalled all the ink cartridges. The printer worked.

• HP7510: When you print photos they come out the right size.

  Today you have the printer and it works well with the output of good quality.  However if I try to print a MS Word document that contains a picture the photo comes out to about 120% of full size and overflows out of the page.  Any ideas?  I am an experienced user and have tried all the usual remedies.  OS is Windows 10 MS Word 2003 (yes I know it's old :-))

  Odd.

  Rats.

  Office Word 2003 is no longer supported.  File Windows 10 libraries system files and the links that connect dependencies (programs needed by desktop software and printer) changed - 'something' may be missing or damaged.

  Regardless of the new file system Windows 10 and how he 'sees' a Word 2003 document, the question could be attributed to the program from the printer itself - a tiny missing statement which translates not correctly size the image, position, limits.

  One or more of the following could reverberate - results, of course, depend on the cause of the problem (still unknown).  If one of the changes to trigger a file change internal - or how the document and the image are translated by the printing software - while change can help solve the problem.

  Ideas - I hope that these apply to your Word Vintage:

  • If you have not done so, check the spacing of lines on each side of the image - Dragon document mention this (if I remember) provides an example.
  • Copy the image to a new name .jpg file > open the image in Paint (paint real, not 'fresh') > set up as if you are going to print and check the size, boundaries, the parameters.  Why use Paint instead of Picasso?  The painting is Windows.  Picasso is not.  If you want, print the image (although I doubt it will be necessary).  Place (insert) of the 'new' file in your document in place of the original image.
  • Try to temporarily remove the image > save close the document > open and insert the image in place.  If the image is small enough (fits left margins / right), left click on the image and use the arrows "decrease / increase indent ' to drag the image a little to one side or the other.
  • Turn on all the markings of the document - search for oddities.  Anchors in images could provide a clue about why the image is printing 'off limits '.
  • The value of the tight margins - print any of the pages on which is located the wandering image.
  • Copy the contents of the document in a WordPad document > save content > print a page that provides one of the problem images.  Check the result.
  • If you use fonts "bizarre" and maybe even if you don't do so, be sure that embed you the fonts in the document.
  • Setting word for Printing Options:

  Control Panel > display icon > devices and printers >

  Right-click Printer > Printing Preferences > tab Layout > advanced >

  On the printer side tab > preserve the page layout (select) Yes > OK

  • If all else fails, the document to a PDF output and printing that - or print the PDF file as an image.

  I've probably missed something - if I have 'find', I'll post back.

  I am trying to print from my MacBook Air and iphone 4, but I get the message "the printer is not connected" unable to find the printer from the iphone and MacBook.  The printer is connected as I continue to check the connection.  My wifi is password protected. Could be the problem? Help, please.  The printer works without problems on a few days and then the days I get the message that I get now.  Help, please.

  This can be a router issue.  Restart your router by pulling its plug momentarily.

  What router are you using?

• I have a photosmart hp7510 this prints the second page upside down - mac 10.7.5 duplex.

  I have an iMac running 10.7.5. I just purchased and installed a Photosmart 7510 - because the guy at the Apple store said double-sided printing. It's - second side upside down. I downloaded the latest drivers. At least, I think that I did, on the HP site. In the pain of the preference system, I chose "duplex unit". When I print a document in portrait of multi pages I want two-sided, in the printer dialog box I select two gutter on the side face and long. The result is that the second page is upside down. As if I chose binding short side. If I change my binding on the short side, I still get the same results. The second page is upside down. I searched all over the web a solution. I've seen all sorts of 'solutions '. Including the ole standby to print it even turn the pages and printing all odd. I bought this printer, so I didn't have to do. I downloaded a program that everything converted to PDF format and was supposed to solve the problem. Nope.  I can't be the only one with this problem, I can. I never thought that I was unique.

  That's all. Confusing since I tried the features "airprint", that's what I chose. Removal of the Photosmart designated airprint and adding Photosmart solved the problem. Thank you.

• Problems printing photos on HP7510

  I just bought this printer about 2 days before and pretty much satisfied with it. I use the photo gallery live from microsoft to view/edit my photos and I like the feel of my own photos. Problem is... it's always default to use paper 8.5 x 11. I select 4 x 6 print size and glossy HP photo every day and no change! What I'm missing here? I even tried to take plain paper and left the photo paper inside, but then it just says: im in paper. Any advice?

  Hi, I can not install the HP7510 web services even if it is well connected to the network and to the internet. When I try a message out saying: this web services server is not available and invetes me to start over again. This goes along for 2 weeks now. Very frustrating.

  Any suggestion on how to solve the problem please?

  I have a HP7510 printer that is used on a MacBook Pro running the Version of OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.3. When I want to create a multiple page PDF file of unique file name, I can't seem to find a way to do this, use the HP utility application. There is no option to scan multiple pages into a single PDF document. Is it possible to do it with the set up I use?

  You can scan multiple pages scan using the HP Scan application, not the utility HP itself, it should be located under Applications > Hewlett-Packard.

  If you do not find the app install the latest HP software below by selecting the software recommended HP.

  Then analyze the pages by following the steps on the screen, once you're done save the scanning to PDF:

• HP7510 accepts no cartridge 364

  I have an old version of HP7510 that takes the 564 cartridges. Nobody sells more 564. 364 is listed for 7510. When I installed 364 on my printer, it gives error cartridge used incorrectly. It will not work. Please notify.

  Did you buy the printer in an area and move from a different region?  You will need to Contact HP to ask a "regionalization Reset." Do not charge for this, it is covered under the warranty of the cartridge. You will need to have access to your computer and printer then on line with HP. You will also need to have a set of cartridges for the new region, once completed reset cartridges of region of origin no longer works.  Webpage of HP on the subject is here.

  When reading articles on the line I find it often useful to enlarge the font by pressing command +.   However when I print this article SME police resulting is often too small for me to read comfortably.   am usins using HP7510, Windows 7-64 bit?

  Some thing like this, I suggest to copy and paste the contents into notepad or word and expand the police and printing from there. It can give the best reproducible results for you.

  I'm new to Mac but am generally competent computer/network.

  My son is in a the student house where 2 guys have Macbooks and 2 have Windows Mobile 10. the printer is a Brother wireless printer/scanner/fax.

  Among Mac users and Windows users can send impressions and analysis perfectly, but only one of the Mac users cannot.

  I deleted the printer and downloaded the latest drivers and re-installed but still cannot print.
  I tried adding via IP address but still does not work. I also tried the Air and BrotherCUPS, but none worked.

  Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. It seems that you experience problems printing to a Wi - Fi printer. Looks like you already have a troubleshooting. I recommend reading this article, you have already done some steps here, but there is more information you have not mentioned by train.
  
  

  If the issue is not resolved, take these last steps to remove all the drivers printer currently installed that might be causing the problem:

  1. Choose  menu Apple > System Preferences, and then click Printers and scanners.
  2. Control-click anywhere in the list of devices, and then choose "Reset printing system" from the context menu that appears.
  3. From the Finder, choose go > go to folder. Type /Library/Printers/ , and then click surGo.
  4. The Printers folder opens. Choose Edition > select all to select all the items in the folder.
  5. Choose file > new folder with selection to all the selected items in a new folder named new folder with the elements.
     To save storage space, you can delete the folder new folder with items after you complete the remaining steps.
  6. Follow the steps described in previous section once more.

  If your printing problem is not resolved, contact the manufacturer of the printer to support.
