• ePrint not connected but all other functions work

  I've just implemented the of HP216B all-in-One printer. All wireless connections are perfect and I can print from multiple connected wireless laptops and a desktop connected via ethernet to the router. All the basic functions of printing, sca, working copy. I followed all of the Web Services and that seemed to work. Wireless test shgows all to be in perfect condition. I have an IP address, etc.. However, when I'm in the ePrintCentre shows printer not connected and when I try to send an email to the printer it appears as pending in print jobs. Clearly, the printer is not connected to the internet and which is also verified by the fact that the PrintApps can not download print from the web site of hpcentre.

  I turned the printer off and on again. I deleted the printer and added it again - everything to nothing will do. I looked through the forums and still have no success.

  Anyone any ideas?

  OK, it's working now. Don't know why or how but several attempts to turn on the printer and to the wide coupled with e-mail delivery address worked. I also changed from specifying eligible email addresses that all and today my impressions arrived. Oddly enough, I also have to turn off the printer on ana to reactivate the connection to my office and computers scan all laptops connected via the router.

  (1) once the page opens, please select the country in which you are located. Then enter your model of HP on the right number.

  (2) then choose "Contact the Support" tab at the top and scroll to the bottom of the page "HP Support - contact" to fill out the form with your details.

  (3) Once finished, click the "Show Options" at the bottom right.

  (4) Finally, scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Get a phone number." A file number and telephone number will now fill for you.

  I looked at several positions with regard to printing to a Mac.  PrintDoc seems has a solution that can solve most of the Mac printing problems when other devices work.

  1 reset the printing system by clicking on Mac OS x: how to reset the printing system and following the steps exactly.  This will reset just the printing system to a new beginning.  This works for 10.5 to 10.7.

  2. download and install the driver package Apple has here.  This package will work for most HP printers.  There is a link at the bottom of the page of the driver to check that your printer is included.  If this is not the case, check the HP support and page drivers at www.hp.com for download the driver package for your printer.

  This will solve the problems printing on Mac systems when the problem is related to the Mac.

  I just wanted to share this information, as it seems to be a problem that arises, and who has an easy solution.

  Have you checked the settings > General > accessibility > greyscale > power off.

  If this does not work ty settings > General > accessibility > zoom > on. Triple, tap the screen with three fingers. Tap choose filter. Click None. Triple, tap the screen to get rid of the menu zoom. If you have enabled greyscale in zoom you can disable it in zoom.

  I got am HP Pavilion 17-e049wm Notebook PC product #E0J75UAR for about 4 weeks now.  I bought it refurbished.  A week ago I started having this problem.  3, e, d and c keys do not work when I first start the computer all of the other keys work.  Nothing happens when they are pressed.   Sometimes I will restart the computer and they work again, other times they won't, but often will start working if I left the computer set for about five minutes after the start.

  The computer is spotlessly clean.  I've only used a dozen times or more.  Nothing has been spilled on the keyboard.

  Sounds like software for me, but what?

  FWIW, I called hp. They believed excluded material and had me do a full system restore. Problem persists... The things you own end up owning you they say... I guess it's doubly true if you own a hp laptop. Full day turned... One day closer to death. Thanks Obama.

  Hi, I never got my 7310 to analyze!  If I try to scan on the front of the 7310 button it says select a computer.  If I select this it says I need to install or run the software for this function to run.  If I try to display Document HP it gives an error message of "year error occurred communicating with the scanning device." Please make sure that the scanning device is properly connected and try again. "When I go on the HP Solution Center, it says no HP devices have been detected.  All the other functions of this unit do not work properly.  For the life of me, I can't get the scanner to cooperate!  Help!

  Imen quite so much as the title, when I try to put my computer to sleep the screen turns off but the computer is still running. My computer is a HP pavilion dv6 is a little more than 3 years. He used to do whenever a while, but now it's every time I try to pause. I'll close the top cover, but the fan still works, the hp on the lid logo light remains lit, and if I reopen it cover the power light is always on and the lights on the keyboard caps lock and wireless keys. The same actions occur when I try to put it to sleep manually (from the start menu). It does not at all I have to do another that now hold power, but even when I do nothing, it will stay here like this for awhile and then just turn off completely.

  When it starts up, it gives me the options to start in safe mode or start normally, and when I am connected and it gives me the "windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown", I see that there is a minidump file in windows that has something to do with it. I tried to search for the file and the problem together, and then each separately, but nothing I've seen described really my problem, so I thought I should just ask on my problem.

  I read what made other people, changing advanced power settings, changing the media settings, etc. and did those things, but to no avail. It's not a huge deal, because I can just turn off my computer whenever I'm done with it for now, but I don't know if it's a bad omen for the future of my poor computer. So if someone could give me a hand with this point in mind, I'd be very happy. Let me know if provide more details (OS, processor, my favorite color, social security number, etc.) that would make it easier to solve. Thank you

  We recommend you to check if the speaker is defined as default playback on your computer device. To do this, try the following steps:
  a. right click on the sound/volume icon in the right corner of the task bar, then click on "adjust audio properties".
  b. click on the Volume tab, click Advanced under Speaker settings, select the speaker and click ok.
  c. click on the tab Audio, audio playback device, select default.
  d. click apply and then click ok.
  e. check if the problem persists.
