  Fold half card envelopes are available in different sizes. Compare the size of the envelope that you try to print to the specifications to determine weather or not, you can print on them.

  How many contacts you want to print in a print job?  Are you sure that the former has a physical address?  You can try another game?

  The 7510 does not print the addresses directly on envelopes. I took care to put the envelopes in the tray that does not seem to be the problem. In my view, returning the envelopes (duplex printing) before printing the cause of the problem with the alignment. Someone had this problem and that this is resolved the problem.

  Another issue I have with this printer is the delay of printing (ink drying). My Photosmart C7280 is a duplex printer and ink drying question but when you printed in draft mode it does not pause to dry ink.   I use Windows 8. When I insert a DL envelope to print (on the side of tray or middle) the printer ejects the non printed envelope and print the address on a sheet of paper A4 below. If I remove the paper it still ejects the envelope unprinted.

  I thought I could fool him by putting a piece of A4 size on top of the envelope.  Then, it prints on A4 paper and ejects to envelope.

  I would recommend using the Deskjet 9800 driver with this printer because it also uses the PCL3 GUI language.  This print driver allows custom paper size so that you can manually configure this size management.

  To swap to another driver, please follow the steps in the thread found here.  However, instead of the driver 990c or 450 please use the Deskjet 9800 driver.  You may need to click the Windows Update button at the bottom of the printer driver selection screen to pre-populate the list thus providing this HP Deskjet 9800 driver as a selection.
