Printing from Web site texts out bad, random

For some sites Web when I print in PDF the variable text to the site converts random letters, of the symbols in the PDF file, which makes the unusable document.  It happens that on some sites and it is only the variable text.  That is the topic name, address, products, etc. that are part of the site template are fine, but the information is filled in does not correctly convert to PDF.

It only happens on certain sites and for a particular site and a form on the site that I printed in PDF for more than 5 years all of a sudden has this conversion problem.

He said frequently. But, IMO, the research capacity of the forums is lacking; the key words for this are rarely consistent.

  • HP Photosmart B209 more: cannot print from web sites

I used to be able to any function that I wanted to do on my old computer or my printer was originally installed on.  Since having to change my computer, I can no longer print directly from a web site, or my Windows Live email which is installed on the computer.  Whenever I want to print something, it must be registered on the computer and then printed from there.  Is there a solution to this problem?  Should I uninstall the printer and then reinstall the printer to the computer or?

  • Only get half a page of print when you print from web site

Printer HP photosmart 5520 range. Very well printed when you use the 3G network. Recently received connection comcast internet. When printing from the website (Groupgolfer.com), only get half page to print correctly. Printer hesitates after printing half the page then finally begins on a bad impression with multi-colored bars across the rest of the impression. Looks like once in the more strongly colored part of the page's problems. Email and spread sheet printed correctly. 3G network still prints correctly. I have an iPad with iOS 7.1.2 Motorola SB6121 modem, wireless Belkin N300 Router 2.

Are the printer and the computer connected to the same router Belkin? If so, I would like to install the HP ePrint App on your iPad. Use the web browser in this application to load a page, you have printing problems, try to print.

With this method, we will be able to see if there is a problem with the connection between the iPad and the Direct wireless printing.

    =====================================================

I checked both browsers: Firefox and Internet Explorer 11.

    The following can help:

    Firefox

    Click file > print >

Examine the drop-down list, you should see the options (list), the choice to select your printer - make sure that you do not select the 'fax' >

    Ok

    -------------------------------------------------------------

    Internet Explorer

    Click file > print

    Under Select printer >

The options appear one after the other, XPS Document writer is one of them, your printer must be another > select your printer, and then click print

    -------------------------------------------------------------

If you accidentally "disconnected" position your printer as the default printer, the following should help bring back:

Control Panel > display icon > devices and printers > one click with the right button on your printer >

    Select Set as default printer

    -------------------------------------------------------------

Click on the Thumbs - Up Kudos to show that you appreciate the help.

  • DeskJet 990cxi: feel screwed from Web sites

Recently was given a HP deskjet 990cxi printer, connected to the PC with USB.  It prints perfectly all computerized docs and images such as Word documents, but when I try to print from Web sites such as shipping labels, invoices, identified Bank, etc. printing is screwed like this:

to find and solve any problem, but he says that everything is working properly.  I switched browsers, and as a first step, which seemed to work - it print my shipping labels correctly when I printed of IE.  But, after a few prints, he has started to print also biased.  I changed browsers again with the same result. I have cleared the cache, I did everything I can think of, but it still won't print anything a website properly.  (Meanwhile, I went through a black ink cartridges set already.)  Any suggestions?

    Laurie,

Rats.  He was a long shot and not do all that much sense in any case because it was just a feeling.

If there is a driver for this printer program, I would ask you to reinstall.  There is no software driver for Windows 8.  All you have are the base drivers built into the Windows operating system - and if something goes wrong: Poof!  You are on a stream without paddles.

    Nice printer - vintage.

    HP Deskjet 990cxi Printer support:

Install a Windows 8 with Windows Update driver

You can use Snip to save a copy of everything you want to view on your screen, no matter what either, save the capture and print the saved Image (.jpg).

    Snipping Tool - Windows 7

    Snipping Tool Windows 8.x

If you wish, you can even change the picture with paint before printing the Image - add text, perhaps a nice arrow red for 'place brand', or perhaps no longer cropping.

Open the Image file with a Windows Photo Viewer > click Open (along the top Ribbon) > click Paint

You can also get to the paint by searching for it...

Scroll > look on the right side of the page under the impression of the Web Page for downloading HP Smart printing

    This tool works in Firefox.

Notes of ShlomiL for Internet Explore 11:

Once you have finished to open Internet Explorer; If you see an alert at the bottom of the screen, be sure to activate the browser add-on.

Click the HP Smart print icon in the command bar > Confirm to install its last update.

    Note:

If you see no icon Print Smart:

Click the ALT key in Internet Explorer > click on view > toolbars and make sure that the command bar is displayed.

I don't know if something here is relevant to this particular problem; I'm including so you can take a look:

Manage the print with preview output before printing

    I hope this helps!

It might be about time to consider a nice, new range of HP printers.

    • When you decide that it is nearly time, make sure you consider whether you want a printer that prints borderless photos - some printers have margin restrictions and cannot print "edge to edge"
    • Reflect on ink cartridges and how much you want to buy - some printers use five cartridges because they print pictures fantasies: they use Photo black black in more ordinary.
    • Think whether you need ePrint - do you want to print pictures from the Internet and mobile devices.
    • Still deciding if you want to ONLY wireless or a printer which can be wireless and still be connected by Ethernet or maybe USB - you must check because not every printer connects all the senses.

  • Is there an add-on that will change the defalt for only a single Web site text size?

I would like to change the size of the default text of a site without changing anything else. E.g. onelook.com. Can I change the size of several ways, but I have to change it every time I'm looking for a Word. I don't want to change windows or Firefox. Just this site.

Make sure that you are not Firefox running in permanent private browsing mode (don't remember history).

In case you use 'Clear history of Firefox closing' or otherwise to clear the history.

    • do not delete Site preferences
    • Compensation of the "Site Preferences" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, installation of software, passwords, and other specific data from Web site.

You can also check for problems with the content file - prefs.sqlite in the Firefox profile folder.

Also check on the topic: config this site specific zoom page is enabled.

You can open the topic: config page via the address bar.
You can accept the warning and click on "I'll be careful" to continue.

    Hello joebat,

It seems that some of your plugins (Shockwave Flash 10.1 r102) might be buggy or obsolete. To check for updates, please visit the plugincheck page. If this does not resolve the problem, try to start Firefox with the disabled modules and see if it helps at all. If so, delete the Shockwave Flash plugin and maybe reinstall or uninstall Firefox and do a new clean install.
If that is not yet solved the problem, try the following troubleshooting steps: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-mac.html

Thank you for your patience and please let me know how it goes.
