  It doesn't matter if the file has been scanned or created in MS word.  regardless if it is single or double sided.   However, I can print the document in the application of Amicus Attorney, that makes me think it's a matter of acrobat...

  I understand that when you print from your Windows 8.1 computer to your HP Photosmart e-all-in-one printer D110a print jobs are coming in white. I would like to help you today with this printing problem. When you print from your computer, some files are sent to your printer as "image" files If your printer 'think' it prints an image, color ink may be used to enrich or to 'do' the dark. This can be misleading because your machine can really be confronted a black ink, problem of print, but you may think that your machine works great as always black appears in print. While in reality, it's just the ink to mix color to black. Therefore, at the beginning troubleshooting I'll have print you a standalone report diagnosis on the quality of your printer.   I tried to uninstall and re install and many soloutions here and on the microsoft forum, but nothing worked.

• HP ENVY 4500 does not print a PDF file

  I have Win7 HP laptop HP ENVY 4500 all-in-One printer wireless and iMac OS X 10.9.1 desktop. It prints all good document file formats, except a PDF file. When I try to print a page of a PDF doc't, via Adobe Reader (11.0.07), it prints 6 equidistant tiny portions of the original PDF page on a single sheet. All six parties are in the same area of the upper quadrant of the original PDF page. I tried many portrait, landscape and size configurations, but in vain. It will not print PDF of my iMac and PC browsers files. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and its driver a couple of times. It installs OK without error messages, but it will not print PDF. Also, I don't get any error messages when I try to print a PDF file. I don't see any documentation supplied with the printer printer to say that this HP all-in-one cannot print PDF doc'ts, and it seems to me that it would print a PDF file until several weeks ago. Please notify.

  I was finally able to print PDF files. But it's been so long ago because it was fixed that I don't even remember what was the solution. But four possibilities come to mind: (1) is of course the "print as image file" option has been activated; (2) re-installed printer driver; (3) re-installed Acrobat Reader and ensured that browser and extensions of processing of s/w, if any, have been correctly selected for my printer. (4) corrected a wrong paper, the type, quality, or size option layout which may have resulted in a page layout or a different format from what should be the 'standard' to a PDF file. Sorry I can't be more specific than that. But if I have to determine exactly what I could do to get PDF printing to work properly, I will go straight to you. BTW, I certainly don't rely on an intermediate file conversion service or s/w to transfer my PDF files to a printable format. I hope this helps.

  Recently, when trying to print a pdf file (from XP Home Edition w/Service Pack 3 installed and Adobe Reader v 9) I manages to get a print file and the printer spooler. Rather, I am redirected to a dialog box to store this file in a folder/catalog of my choice. The printer I'm trying to get is LAN (cable connected) to the XP machine and is available in WiFi for Vista and 7 machines and print the file in question without the problem of these machines. The XP machine prints from other types of files (doc, xls, etc) without any problems.

  I have a home wireless network (router Ubee DDW366).  All other devices in the House will be printed on the printer of 8500 has no problems: 2 Toshiba laptops, 2 Android phones and 1FireHD.

  Addendum: can I scan with the HP printer help.  I open the HP printer assistant, he "gets" the printer information, then I select "scan a document or photo" and the printer answers.   I have no problem with the sweep.

  It has been awhile, but I played on something you wrote.  "There could be a software conflict with the HP software" everything worked very well... impression was shifted at best; just didn't know if it would work.  So I would eliminate a program, reboot clean, try to print, and then reinstall the software.  I finally found the culprit.  I had a program running in the background, occasionally.  When it ran, HP does not print.  Stop the program and I was able to print... Do not have a problem since I found it... I do not say that it was a software to share files... so I replaced since this program with something else that doesn't cause problems...  It took a long time and I couldn't work the question every day.... but I can say that I have problems printing for the past 5 days!  I can print with confidence.

  If the problem is that the print dialog box does not open for you, try hitting Ctrl + P your keyboard at the same time and should prompt the print dialog window to open.

  Acrobat X doesn't support office in 2013. You will need to upgrade to Acrobat 11.0.1 or higher to use the feature to create a PDF file.

  Otherwise, you can open the Word file and print to PDF using the Adobe PDF printer. But it is not as rich as the one created by PDFMaker.

• Printing of large files

  Tried to print files Tiff large panoramas stitched using Lightroom 4 (about 200 MB), a Mac and a printer Epson R2880.  I can print small images using the same Tiff file (A3 +) and large images when I convert the TIFF to JPEG (30 cm x 100 cm).  The problem seems to be the size of the file.  Is it possible to overcome this?

  It depends on exactly why your Mac, or your printer will not print this big file. It has to do with the RAM in the printer or how OS X sends the file to the printer.

  In Windows, Windows stores large files and send parts of it to the printer when the printer can handle it. It is called queue. Mac should do the same.

  But I saw that our rejection to printer large format desktop prints because they were large. The only way around that was to add more RAM to the printer. Not sure if this is an option for your Epson printer.
