  THX starbucks for the post, but I must correct you:

  As the wireless card in the mini-pci card slot is the only one, there is NO onboard wireless card. So it can't be anything to be disabled except the pci socket.
  And regarding the problem: perhaps the card is not compatible with this machine. I suggest to buy a card based on the atheros chipset because they are known to work VERY well (in fact they work) in almost all brands without bigger problems and they do in computers laptop toshiba.

  If the card was not recognized then another card must be installed-> atheros and not INTEL chipset

  If so, the Intel graphics card is enabled and recognized by the BIOS.

  Sorry but I have no explanation for this. I can recommend you to remove the sound card in Device Manager, then restart the unit. After reboot, the sound card must be recognized and installed properly.

  I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I looked in your question about your laptop HP 2000 and the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Service is not running. Click the windows services key type.

  Verify your Intel Rapid Storage Technology Service is not on the manual and the service has been started. The service should be automatic and started. Once these settings are correct, restart the laptop.

  You can do a System Restore. System Restore will help if something is automatically updated and wasn't on the laptop.

  When running a system restore note remove all USB devices. Disconnect all non-essential devices because they can cause problems.

  I have a P20-552 (PSP26E-025E9-S4), which is about 18 months old. I recently bought a digital camera (IxUS 750) barrel with a 2 GB Sandisk Ultra II SD card and the combination does not work well.   When you reference the Flash card, I assume you mean the utility toshiba Flash Cards. in this case, I would say that you reinstall (i.e., uninstall and then reinstall) relevant Toshiba Value added Package for your laptop model. to locate the relevant Toshiba VAP, visit your regional toshiba driver. This should solve your problem, such as cards Flash requires the installation of files for your Fn + F keys (for example by pressing Fn + F6/F7 fades and lights up the screen), so I think that Vista is looking for solutions as the Fn keys could be involved. After installation, you can disable the startup Flash cards when the computer starts up, but do not uninstall the toshiba VAP.

  I think that your problem is related to the BIOS.  The 700 series video cards require UEFI in the motherboard instead of a standard BIOS.  HP didn't start using UEFI in its motherboards up to mid-October 2012.  Your computer was released January 25, 2012.  You must contact the card manufacturer to see if they have a VBIOS update which will allow the card to work with your computer.
