Problem adding rows in a table

Hi all

I'm having a strange problem by adding the lines of the table here. Everything seems to be in place. But when I click the button nothing happens. I worked on tables more complex and added lines safely, but I don't understand what is happening here. I saved the dynamic XML form, interactive form, I put the paging of expandable lines. But heck! It does not at all. I'm totally confused. More more while I drag the table from the object palette, an error and LC closes its doors. But when I click on the table on the toolbar and in the inserted table for it then it shows no errors. What is going on?? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Script: form1. Page1.Subform1.Button1::click - (JavaScript, client)
Form1. Page1.Subform1.Table1.Row4.instanceManager.addInstance (1);

Thank you.

Sidonie.

Hi Francine,.

The version that I have downloaded from Acrobat.com was registered as Static.

When I saved as a dynamic in the file save as dialog, it worked perfectly. https://acrobat.com/#d= * KWIuuYfTYgasrEr4ERRaw

Good luck

  • Problem adding values to a table with the state machine architecture

    Hello

    I currently have a problem that I have to build a program using state machine architecture and now I want to add a value in a table whenever you press a button, but I would like the table to add the new value, rather than deleting the last value. I can't seem to figure out how to make this work without using while loops and similar. It doesn't seem to work properly.

    It is in the case of measurement.

    The idea is I draw several lines then it records the length of the lines in a table and then I'll take one average this so I can convert pixels into real life SO units. But right now I can't seem to add the information in the table.

    There is a little screw Sub, but I think that they should not be important for this question please!

  • Problem adding Total in a table

    I created a dynamic array with lines that have also fields decimal for money and a button to add as many lines as necessary and a button Delete a line, then a total line.  I can get the total complement to work but when I add a line the total sum does not recalculate.  I have the xfa.form.recalculate (1); in the button script but is there anything else I need to do.  Appreciate any help on this.  Thank you!

    Another question, hope an easy one. In a column contains a drop-down list for example 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.  Is there a way in the first drop-down list is enabled lets say 3 the rest of the drop-down list auto fill 4,5,6,7... ??

    Hello

    Well, set the name of the line of the reference by the wayyear. This he will separate the stretch line. On the design of Pages you probably only have a line, which is set to repeat. Set the name of this line back to what it was (to adapt the script to the click event of the button Add/Remove). I'll assume Row1.

    Now the script in the Total field will look like:

    $ = baseYear.Amt + Sum(Row1[*].Amt)

  • Presence of row of unwanted table hidden when adding lines

    It took me a while to understand what was going on when I couldn't add lines. The proven script seemed impossible to add new instances of the row in the table. Then I realized what was going on and added a line of script to solve this problem, however, I do not know exactly why it was necessary - is this a bug or is this how its supposed to happen? Is this the best solution?

    My DOM

    subForm.table.row

    The form opens with these initial properties defined in object Panel

    Subform presence = "visible."

    table. Presence = "visible."

    Row.Presence 'hidden '.

    Instances of subform set to 0 (zero) through a script on initialization

    Instances of subform to 1 changes through the interaction of the user

    Table.row.presence = "visible" through the user intreraction

    So far so good...

    Instances of changes table.row to user interaction --c' is the problem: new instances are 'hidden' even if the presence of current or existing is 'visible '. It seems to spawn new lines using the original properties? those underway?

    OK, I see what happened and fixed it by adding the line formCalc script to the button:

    .its presence tableRow [*] = 'visible '.

    What is to be expected, or is this a bug? And it is the best workaround?

    Any idea and advice appreciated.

    Stephen

    Yes, it's as expected... When you ask to create a new line, the information is taken from the DOM that contains the State of origin of the subform.

  • Problem with the removal of the first row of the table

    Hi all

    I have a problem with my forms with tables where I have buttons to add or remove rows from the table. Adding the lines works fine but deleting lines has a problem when deleting the first row. Example: Here is a table with two rows where column 1 has the add and remove buttons and column 2 user imput that looks like this:

    Column 1
    Column 2
    Add and remove buttons hererank 1
    Add and remove buttons hererank 2
    Add and remove buttons hererank 3

    If the user deletes line 2 the table looks like which is correct:

    Column 1
    Column 2
    Add and remove buttons hererank 1
    Add and remove buttons hererank 3

    If the user deletes line 1 then the table looks like which is false since the ranks 2 and 3 should be left:

    Column 1
    Column 2
    Add and remove buttons hererank 1
    Add and remove buttons hererank 3

    The code is pretty simple:

    Table3.row2.instanceManager.addInstance (1); for the click event of the button Add line

    Table3.row2.instanceManager.removeInstance (1); for the click event of the button Delete line

    What I am doing wrong?

    Thanks in advance!

    Al

    The expression will be based on your structure... done .This refers to the current object, parent refers to the container parent of this object and index is the index of this object. So watching your hierarchy and from the key, you will need this.parent to join the line subform is it in (usually it is th esubform that repeats). If it's in a subform, you will need to add another parent. Continue on this road until you get to the repeating subform and then ask its index. Your expression might look like this.parent.parent.parent.index. Using this.index, you find the instance of the button object and there are just people and that's why you always get 0.

    Make sense?

    BTW your form is attached not... so I can't check what you should put it.

    I have a table of the adf, I added a column that contains a button that I created, when I click it must remove this row in the table, but it is not, please help

    I don't understand. You use vo and eo for you to use business components.

    Again, this kind of code call in trouble.

    You must post the changes to make them visible to the eo find vo. You must then run the query for the changes in the business layer strips then you must update the iterator he table is based on.

    In your code I see that happen, hooch maybe because it is more often than not formatted and undocumented.

    My advice is to do a small test case that you can manage with easy sql. Once you get it to run transfer you the results to the actual application.

  • problem of adjustment of height of the rows in the tables in CS6

    I read all the debates devoted to setting the height of the rows in the tables and I can't find the answer to my problem.

    I placed a table that was created in Word.  I've done several times, but now I can not adjust the heights of less than 5mm line without losing the text in the line.  I went up to line on "exactly".  As soon as I try to reduce the height of the text disappears, but there is plenty of space above and below the text.   Hoping someone can help.

    Check the cell INSET on the cell options.

  • Adding rows or cells to existing Tables in Dreamweaver CC

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Why can't I add additional cells or columns to an existing table?

    I have a database that I've frequently updated, but I note that since I upgraded my software from Studio MX 2004 to Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.5 (try now Dreamweaver CC) and the table options (such as adding rows/columns) are not available.

    What is the best way to list the alphabetical links. Should I just list people without a table or I can use what I already designed (without having to create a new page, since it will age to enter all the data again)?

    I look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Concerning

    Make sure that you are in Design view, not to live.

    The editor in Live mode does not give you the standard table options.

    EDIT: I forgot to mention, if your pages use a fluid grid, Fashion Design presentation won't be available if you use DW CC 20141, deleted Adobe Design view for GFL in this version. Here is a discussion which has a couple of workarounds: Re: is it possible to display the design view in the fluid grid pages? and here is the feature request to vote in the section ideas if you are using the latest version: provide "Design view" fluid grid Web pages

  • Problem updated 16 rows, it updates all rows in the table

    I tried to update of 16 ranks with AL as the name of divion with the script as below:

    Update wire_center set a.wg_id = '63'
    where EXISTS (select b.div_name from wire_center, title b, area c, ns_workgroups d).
    where B.DIV_NAME =' al ' AND a.dis_id = c.dis_id and b.div_id = c.div_id and d.wg_id = a.wg_id);

    When I run it, it updates all rows in the table.

    However when I run the select subquery, it returns 16 ranks.

    It seems where EXISTS is the problem. If I exist, it gave me error ora-00936.

    How to fix? Need urgent help please. DB is 10g.

    Thanks in advance.

    If I understand correctly what you want, you must not include wire_center once again in the second select (in your clause).
    The second selection has no relationship to the table you're updating, so because select the second returns 16 rows, it is always set to true will. For each line. If all the rows will be updated.

    Instead of

    Update wire_center a set a.wg_id='63'
    where EXISTS (select b.div_name from wire_center a, division b, district c, ns_workgroups d
    where B.DIV_NAME='AL' AND a.dis_id=c.dis_id and b.div_id=c.div_id and d.wg_id=a.wg_id );

    Try this:

    Update wire_center a set a.wg_id='63'
    where EXISTS (select b.div_name from division b, district c, ns_workgroups d
    where B.DIV_NAME='AL' AND a.dis_id=c.dis_id and b.div_id=c.div_id and d.wg_id=a.wg_id );

  • Questions about the reorganization of the rows in the table by drag-and - drop feature

    I am referring to the demo: 106. Drag-and-drop the reorganization of the rows of the table in aCorner of Code DF to implement my case.

    I am facing some problems:

    1. the view object (bound to the table) is read only and it is created directly by very complex SQL queries, without entity objects. When it is run the code: dragRow.removeAndRetain () in the method: DnDAction processDrop (DropEvent dropEvent), it throws the error so that a guest view object is read-only. I want to know if there is another way to delete the moved collection line?

     public DnDAction processDrop(DropEvent dropEvent) {
    ...
           CollectionModel collectionModel = (CollectionModel) table.getValue();
            JUCtrlHierBinding treeBinding = (JUCtrlHierBinding) collectionModel.getWrappedData();

            //get access to the ADF iterator binding used by the table and the underlying RowSetIterator.
            //The RowSetIterator allows us to remove and re-instert the dragged row
            DCIteratorBinding departmentsIterator = treeBinding.getDCIteratorBinding();
            RowSetIterator rsi = departmentsIterator.getRowSetIterator();

            int indexOfDropRow= rsi.getRangeIndexOf(dropRow);
           //get access to the oracle.jbo.Row instance represneting this table row
           Row dragRow = (ViewRowImpl)table.getRowData(draggedRowKey);
           //remove dragged row from collection so it can be added back
           dragRow.removeAndRetain();
           rsi.insertRowAtRangeIndex(indexOfDropRow, dragRow);
          ...
    }

    2. When you click on a button, I need to save the command results in the database using the command update # of each rank. Here it is the handler method for the event of the action (in MB) button.

    I want to use RowSetIterator table for encode it from all ranks and update the value # order of each rank.   I call a data control method to run sql update. is it ok? any suggestion?

        public void processSaveOrder(ActionEvent actionEvent) {
            CollectionModel collectionModel = (CollectionModel) mytable.getValue();
            JUCtrlHierBinding treeBinding = (JUCtrlHierBinding) collectionModel.getWrappedData();

            //get access to the ADF iterator binding used by the table and the underlying RowSetIterator.
            //The RowSetIterator allows us to remove and re-instert the dragged row
            DCIteratorBinding iterator = treeBinding.getDCIteratorBinding();
            RowSetIterator rsi = iterator.getRowSetIterator();
            Row row =rsi.first();
            System.out.println(0+"="+ row);
            int i = 1;
            while(rsi.hasNext()){
                row = rsi.next();
                System.out.println(i+"="+ row.getKey());
                i++;
            }

        }

    A workaround solution was found:

    In ADF 12 c, it can be solved by changing Updatable "Always" in the details tab of each attributes to read-only view object without entity object.

  • ExportCollectionAction causes the current values of lines to be copied into the first row of the table

    Greetings experts,

    I use JDev 11.1.2.3

    I am faced with a really strange behavior of the exportCollectionActionListener. I have a table for each row in this table, a link that calls a popUp. This popUp tells the story of this selected save changes (means it displays data from a different table/VO, who keeps a history of the first) in a table. I have a button that calls the exportCollection for this second table. When I press on it, an excel file is generated and downloaded and everything is perfect until now. If there was not any which record in this table, and o back to the first, by pressing the button send is not track all changes. But if there where all records from this table of history (always talking about the history of the current line), go back to the first and press on submit, that the very first line of the table of fir trees, gets all of it's values as the last row of the second table, as it is copied from one to the other. I have to press on restore back to normal (note that the popUp has it's CancelListener to call a restore of a bean to support operation).

    Why is this happening?

    Thanks in advance

    I found a work around for this problem.

    I added the code that causes the whole view Refresh (ie: the whole page), the popUp cancelListener, also I changed the commandLink partialSubmit property and set it to true. It's not like totally cool watching the screen charge for this fragment of a second after the closure of the pop-up window, but it not the drill.

  • Remove the checksum of each row in the table

    Hallo

    I got out as table and since I have just read the data with the checksum

    For example, I have to neglect the last 2 bytes in each row of the table. I tried several times but I can't succeed. It would be nice if someone help me to go around this problem.

    thanking you

    Best regards

    Hi Karine,.

    have you tried really 'several times' to remove the last two characters of each string? Using an autoindexing FOR loop?

  • Best way to update the individual rows of a Table?

    I took a quick glance at a few examples, but did not get a clarification on this.  I am looking to have something close to a listbox control or the table to where I can update just one column of values to line a 1 time per second pace.  I'm looking to display our acquisition of data values in a table or a listbox control.  The single list box seemed to work well for that, but I couldn't use the row headers to list the names of channel beside the channel values.  I thought to link the values of cursor in two areas of list to do this, but did not find any info on it for the single list box.

    I have a few questions:

    (1) I have a 1 d table to where I want to use this data to constantly update the first column (with a multitude of lines) of a table.  I'm looking for the best route to not take too much time for treatment by doing this.

    What is the best way to update the individual rows of a table?   Invoke the node "Value of the cell value"... or is there another method?

    (2) why is that, after each iteration else, row values are deleted?

    Also, for adding additional channels originally arrray... it is better to use the 'Array' subset then the function "Construct the table" or function "Subset of the table" and "insert table"?

    See the attached example.

    Thank you.

    Jeff· Þ· Bohrer says:

    (2) why is that, after each iteration else, row values are deleted?

    Classic race condition.  dump the loop and node-p and just wire the 2D table on the terminal Board. !

    I don't see the race condition.  What I see is the table once the last element has been written for it all run the oil.  I saw looked it with point culminating performance on.

    But I agree entirely with writing to the Terminal.  It is a 1 d array, so you will need to use an array of generation and convert a 2D array in order so that he could write correctly.

  • How to set Max number of rows in a table?

    Hello
    I'm working on a SCADA interface. In this application, there are different tables with vertical scroll bar.
    I prefer to make it visible only initialized lines (I've initialized 40 empty rows in a table with an array of strings). Since the window contains all 40 lines, but only 20 rows, I put the number of lines in the "table properties window" at 20; So I added a vertical scroll bar.

    Now, when a user, do scroll the scroll bar, it can check not only the initializated 40 lines, but any number of lines.
    There is a way to view only a limited number of lines?
