  Sorry not sure I understand this.

  From what I understand, your problem seems to be that your field only supports a FocusChangeListener, so you can not add another.  Extend the scope to take in charge several FocusChangeListeners and is not your problem solved?  This seems a more elegant way that attempts to manipulate a change mechanism.

• DropDownList 'change' event trigger

  I have a dilemma with a spark DropDownList I have in my application. I've got feature when the clicks (mouseUp) user anywhere in the main area of the screen, a Menu item appears. Now, the DropDownList control is at the top of the screen, and when clicked, it opens as it should. The problem is that the 'change' event fires when a mouseDown on the selection, so when the user clicks on the button down, the menu disappears and when mouse returns to the top it then triggers the Menu element, so that whenever they click on an item in the DropDownList control, the Menu just appeared immediately after.

  It's extremely frustrating, so I wonder if there is a way to change the trigger for the event changes an instead of a mouseDown mouseUp. Thank you.

  Hi, I'm not familiar with the components of Charting in Flex, but if you can call validateNow() I don't know who's going to change the property over time.  But that can be expensive to use, depends on your situation.

  I think there will be more then an event as they prepare for a single action.  You may listen to an early event, as you said.   Try listening to an event that is sent later in the life cycle of the component.

  Now my code above, CLOSE event will be called every time. Even I have change value in Combobox. So is there any event or function that calls once value of Combobox. Whenever Combobox will open then close, I want the value of the Combobox selectIndex, either it will be same or different.

  Same value can be found in the CLOSE event and another value can be found in case of CHANGE. But I need this in a single event. If this CHANGE event will disappear not event CLOSE.

  My Final result must call the function "checkingFinal" only once, not more then 1 time, with results updated in the ComboBox.

  It's just my basic problem. My final function did a lot of application to do. Thats was I need to call this function once.

  Send the value of this variable (everywhere where it is necessary) a few ms after your combobox closes.

  You can set a reminder using the reminders app OR you can add an event in the calendar app and activate an alert for this event.

  I work in a labview program that sends voltage to a laptop via USB 6008, tension is amplified by an op-amp, and then he comes back in the laptop.   You just need the structure of single event with the bargains.  Use the case of timeout to get your new values and find the average (100ms timeout value and get rid of the wait function (ms)).  Keep the amount and the number of items in the shift registers.  Wire these values through each case of the event.  In the event of changing the value: control, just set the values to 0.  Then add a Stop button value change event to stop your program.

For example, in the example 'ActiveX event Callback for IE.vi' it is used "recall vi".   Here is the solution! "Value changed event" is not performed in the structure of the event, but in "Reminder VI".

• Problem changing channels in Windows 7 Media Center

  My Windows XP Media Center 2005 machine had a hard drive crash, and so I just replaced with a Windows 7 machine, also with a TV tuner.

  Old set up has worked perfectly, blaster/transmitter infrared has been able to control the cable box - Scientific Atlanta Explorer 2200 to Comcast.

  Set up the new machine, also with the IR Blaster.  New machine can change the channel correctly in 'Live TV'.  It works by pressing a channel upward / channel down, or entering the channel number.

  But when machine is trying to change the channel to start a new record, or jump off the Media Center Guide, it shows that the first digit, and then displays the cable box '? "and does not change the channel.  So I think it's something that the decoder does not correctly or correctly, interpret or Windows has problems, change the signal.

  I have experimented with different requirements of speed of IR and whether or not he must enter/OK but have not been able to make it work.

  Thoughts of what he must try or change then?
