Problem connecting to Adobe, com
Having problems connecting to Adobe.com to download Audition CS6 (academic version). I received an email wth the serial number and a link to get things started who started me connect to my adobe account. I tried a login and the page just sitting there, doing nothing. Is there a problem? Why can't I connect to get my download? Help, please.

I have problems connecting to Adobe Muse
When I load the software, I get a message that new account information are necessary and this brings me to the screen to connect using my Adobe ID which I enter in and out a screen that indicates an unexpected error has occurred and try again in a few minutes 1-200. No matter when I try to connect I have this problem, I'm almost to the point of claiming that if Adobe can not help with this Muse isn't even worth the $29.99 per month without a contract year, and I signed up for the contract of the year because if the software would allow me to log in, it would be useful, well that software has no value and if you can not login with this problem I don't think not that I would consider Adobe try other offers now that all their software is in this format. I tried to change my password, and I tried to uninstall and reinstall with no luck. Here are the screenshots that I get when trying to load the Muse.

Hi all. I'm working on an animation for a DVD I created. I have a background in Photoshop, and I created a character to fuse. However, when I try to export my library of creative cloud character, I get the message that there is a problem with my account and check it out online. I checked and I can't find any problem. Hello Troy! Please try to close all your applications adobe and signature completely off the application manager office creative cloud. Disconnection can be found under the gear icon > preferences > Sign Out. After disconnecting, completely close the application. Don't forget to log out Web pages or browsers which can have your Adobe ID connected as well. After you are completely signed out please visit adobe.com and manually log on to the web site. You may be asked to sign the new terms of service or to verify your age. After signing on the Web site, relaunch the application of CC desktop and connect again. That should clear the issue!

I searched the forums and have to take the following additional measures:-follow-up of recommendations to remove the opm.db from my local user account. This has not fixed the problem.
-Uninstall and reinstall all adobe products.
-several combinations of these elements in different orders.
Any ideas?
I just renewed with an annual pre-paid account but I am tempted to cancel - and cancel and dispute the charge of cc, because as much as I fear, Adobe has not delivered the product that I ordered because they do not recognize my account.

We have recently sign up for Adobe Acrobat DC plan. We can sign without problems via Safari Web browser. When we open a PDF using Acrobat Reader DC and click the sign-in link, it freezes the reader and displays an error: A network error occurred trying to connect.
We try to modify the PDF. We need to use Acrobat Pro to be able to edit the PDF file? We run MAC OSX 10.10.3. I thought that maybe it was blocked and turned off the firewall, but it gets the same error. I checked the version of Acrobat Reader and it is running 2015.010.20056. Don't know what else to try.

Yes, you must install Acrobat Pro application to edit PDF files. Reader is a different application and you cannot edit PDF files in that.
You can install Acroabt from here: Download Adobe Acrobat products. Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X

I replied to your email support, but for the history of the forum: looks like there may be a conflict with one of the cookie settings in your browser. The Web of Typekit site uses cookies on Adobe.com and the connection will not work if you have blocked in the browser of third party cookies.
If it is enabled in your browser, add these domain names as an exception to the privacy setting: *. Adobe.com and *. adobelogin.com.
This help page shows how to add exceptions in your browser:
