  Hello!

  I have Photoshop CS5 and I got a lot of disturbing install this program on Windows 8.1. After searching the forums and help topics, I tried the solutions to uninstall everything, including Adobe AIR, turning off the firewall and anti virus programs, without success. I've included the journal of installation errors. What other solutions should I try? Thanks for the help!

  Thanks jeff, I found a solution that worked for me:

  steps to follow and that is exactly the same:

  -Downloaded the "adobe cs5 cleaner tool" and removed everything Adobe with task 'remove all' inside the app (I tried several times with the "remove cs5" task within this app and I could not install cs5, so don't forget to check 'delete all', very important!)

  -reproduce my 'Standard' cs5 dvd installer with "toast titanium article 11.1" as an .iso image for my mbp SSD (that I don't have a superdrive drive in my mbp).

  -mount the .iso image with the task of "mount image" toast to my office of mbp and launched the cs5 Installer

  -entry of serial numbers and didn't fill out my adobe account information (before I filled out, and installation was broken due to the db inconsistend error)

  -That's - installation was successful!

  In view of this stack trace it is trying tor read the license signging run configuration file server URL and have failed to do.

  I would check three things

  1.) is your implementation file in the right place (since you are on a windows system c:\config\fulfillment-conf.txt

  2.) is the Tomcat process has read access to the file (and directory c:\config)

  3.) are there spaces wandering around the key name, check for stray spaces located at the beginiing of the line and before the = sign

  I also see this setting:

  com.adobe.ADEPT.Fulfillment.Security.keystore.User = acs4user

  There is a bug in the version 4.0.3 and below that the only valid value is 'operator', which is also the default value.  It is better, until the bug gets fixed, to just remove this line.  This does not mean, however, that you will need to regenerate your .p12 file.

  Extended and standard are the same code - you do not have to uninstall or reinstall.  The only difference is the serial number.

  Everything you have to do is turn off your standard copy (remove the serial number), then reactive with serial number for extended.

• Catalyst CS5 installation upgrade problem

  I bought the CS5 Master Collection upgrade because I wanted to get the full Version of CS5 Flash Catalyst. I already had the beta version of Flash Catalyst on my computer.   All Adobe products have their own uninstall script, so you will want to run that, instead of simply drag the program folder to the trash.

  I had to wipe the hard drive on this computer and reinstall all my software.  I installed CS5 and received a message that the serial number was valid, but found no product qualifying.  The product list did not include one I've used in the past.  I need a way to activate CS5.

  I managed to do the work.  As I said when I entered the serial number for CS3 it bounced.  So I installed CS3 and then tried to install CS5 again and it worked.  Thanks for your help.

• Creative Suite Design Premium CS5 installation failed

  I am trying to download the files for Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium CS5 from Adobe online, like my new Mac is not a CD player.
  It allows me to download the files on my computer.  The question arises with the installation.  I click Download and then install it and it says:

  "'Install' is damages and cannot be opened.

  You must eject the disk image.
  'Install' is on the disk image
  'DesignPremium_CS5_LS1.dmg '.  Google Chrome
  downloaded this drive today at 13:34 image of
  trials2.Adobe.com ".

  Can anyone help at all?  I have all the details of my serial number.

• CS5 installs fine on the new version of WIN 10 but can not load updates

  After installing CS5, I ran Photoshop, then ran the updates from the help tab. It seemed like all the CS5 updates have been downloaded and then I got an error message saying 'Download problems, installation failed' on almost all the programs. The most important of them is camera raw 6.7

  Someone out there has a solution? I've heard others on this forum of State succeed when they upgraded to W7, rather than a new facility in W10. Certainly I'm not the first to deal with this? No, I don't go to CC. I've spent thousands of $s on Photoshop and Suite products over the years and I would switch to a competitive product that I can buy instead. Fed up!
