  I hope there, can someone help me with a problem I download pictures from my iphone to my laptop. I always did in the past without problems, but I have changed a setting or something. now when I connect my phone it doesn't say no new photos to download but I have more than 400 pictures on my phone. I don't know how to force the download or drag them on my laptop and I'm out of space. does anyone have a solution to this? Thanks in advance.

• I just updated my software on my mac to capitan and downloaded pictures from my i phone in my library. The photos are displayed correctly in the library, but when I download on eBay, Kijiji, Web site, they are on the side here.

  This is normal - still doesn't work do not in mode direct PC if connected to the PC.

  were you on the website of Olympus and the down loaded the latest drivers for your camera.

  also, go to the MS Update site and run custom it can give you an update.

  So I started recently a problem send pictures to my computer. Before when I would be taken in my iPad or iPod from the photos app would open and he show me all the new photos I had to import on my computer.   Just to get a clearer picture of the issue, I would like to get the following information.

  1. Are you able to open pictures that are stored locally on the computer by using the camera app?
  2. Are you able to sync pictures using iTunes?

  As you say that from the computer in Mode safe a few days back might be the cause, so reference want just inform you that it is not the cause that the computer starts in normal mode once you restart the computer.

I shoot in Raw.  I know it's a problem because I see the number of entries when I have the problem of google.  What I don't see is Adobe recognizing the problem OR suggest a solution.  It is a big problem since I have to find ways to get photos in Lightroom.  Can you please tell me what I should do to get my pictures downloaded.  I had no problem before subscribing to Adobe CC when I used 5 Lightroom.
