  When I turn on the notebook Windows XP starts up and everything is loaded. But after 5 or 10 minutes, the response is very slow. If I click on any window and try to open any folder, or open internet explore it takes about 1 or 2 minutes to respond. I tried several ways to scan disk and Defrag, but still that are of no use. I also tried 'Difficulty automatically File System Errors' and ' will search for and attempt recovery of bad sectors ", but this problem is still there. Even when I stop it takes too long to stop about 15 to 20 minutes.

  When I turn on again NEXT DAY Windows XP starts and everything loads quickly. After 5 or 10 minutes, the response is very slow. This problem occurs for a few days.

  I then used "IBM Rescue and Restore" to load fresh operating system. Still the problem does not get fixed.

  Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

  Hi Eric, this error message indicates that the client attempting to authenticate does NOT approve the CA that signed the certificate to your servers from ISE. You use a self-signed certificate or do you have a public certificate from a public CA such as VeriSign, GoDaddy, etc.?
