Problem in downloading and installing Adobe Creative Cloud
Hello
After buying the creative cloud full pack and download it, I do not install the software.
When I press "Execute" a message appears: "Adobe Creative Cloud is required pour solve the problem." (Or the software is not installed or is sound".
I tried to restart the download several times but the same massage appears every time.

Restart your machine and then download the CC desktop application.

Hello Forum,
I have problems with the Adobe Creative Cloud application. He said that 13 Adobe applications that I deleted from my hard drive using the included uninstall apps are, right now, "up-to-date" on my hard drive. Also, when I try to re - install one of those deleted apps but "updated" (Acrobat Pro XI), I can not because it is listed as "updated."
Does anyone know why the cloud app isn't updated itself since my uninstall? Or what is lingering on my system which can be confusing it? If it is the latter, is it a universal uninstall app for every Adobe application files on his hard drive? I think that if I can do it, I can start fresh. I've used the Cloud creative clean uninstall app to remove and reinstall, but that has not changed the information it gives me.

Bought and installed Adobe Creative Cloud, but I only get the trial version.
I bought the pack of €60 / month. Installed Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, but it began in a trial version. (Thought it was normal for the first day, as long as my payment would be to accept) Now, I left for a few days and I'm still in evaluation mode. When you click the icon of CC next to the PS, HAVE fr ID it is a BUY button NOW? When you click on the my account Abobe said that I already bought it. And yes I bought it already, but why am I still in a trial version?... I have already received an invoice with the amount I paid, so normally I would have the right to use the applications.
Additional information:
Purchased with VISA and installed on a Macbook PRO.
Restarted several times, but no improvement, still the trial version.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Check your subscription payment has been processed and your adobe id is correct, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

If you check your subscription and the foregoing, sign-out/check-in fails, then follow the suggestion of message 1.

I don't think that there is adobe programs (except maybe the mobile apps) compatible with your chromebook.

I was wondering if someone can advise me a solution to my problem. I downloaded and installed Photoshop cc and Lightroom.I should pay attention to where they have been installed which was to my c drive / there is now little or no space left on the disk to store photos, etc. There are masses of space on my d drive / and I was wondering if its possible to transfer programs on this drive without paying and in downloading and installing again. Please see the FAQ section of this link: download and install Adobe Creative Cloud applications
NOTE: We suggest to install the application on the primary drive however, you can configure the destination of installation of in creative cloud application preferences. Please note that there will always be shared resources stored on your primary drive. In addition when installing temporary process files will also be created on your main drive.
If you have already installed Photoshop and Lightroom, you will need to uninstall and do location changes to Creative Cloud Desktop app after that, restart the machine and now install Photoshop again once and it should install on you new chosen location.
