  Run the cleaning of CC first tool to uninstall the application completely CC:

  The Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool allows to solve installation problems

  Restart your machine and then download the CC desktop application.

• Problem in downloading and installing the Creative PsCC. Cloud crashes during the download of Ps.

  Problem of download and installation of the PsCC. On Mac, just install Yosemite, then installed creative cloud.  Bought Photoshop CC and when I click on it in the window of creative cloud, it starts to download for awhile, then crashes.  When I bring it to the top there are red warnig text under the Photoshop icon that says «install failed - learn more»  When I click on learn more an opend popup saying: "there was a problem installing Photoshop CC (2014), for more information see specific error below."  When I click on that it goes to a web page which says this: Exit Code: 7 please see specific errors below for troubleshooting.   If everything has been removed from the computer and a Windows.old folder is created, then it is probably a Custom Installation or the reset which took place in the computer. But anyway, let's verify the present question in the computer.
