  Solution:
  1. perform an uninstall of level 3.

  1. turn the all-in-one off and disconnect all cable USB/Ethernet of all-in-One to the computer.

  2. Insert the CD-ROM of all-in-one in the computer. Cancel any windows installation that appear.

  3. click on start in the bar of tasks and then run.

  4. in the command box, type command, and then press Next:

  SOLVED ASU has not installed the authentic hp driver. It was download and install a generic driver. So I downloaded the full package manually on the apple support site and installed. Work very well. Works works, photo printing, scanning and fax. I also have the leverage of available ink.

  I bought a Deskjet 4535 all-in-one last week and there was a problem printing word document using the all-in-one remote application via the iphone.   Impressions of thin paper thorigh the laptop wireless, but when you use the remote, the content document appear to have shrunk - while there were four pages originally, now the output is adapted in three pages, with the smallest font size.   I tried to manual pagebreaks on all four sides, but it still shows the same.  Document has been prined in the dropbox, both laptop & iphone folder.

  Printer all-in-one Photosmart C310 just quit printing black ink cartridge.  I followed all the suggestions on help/support pages, including cleaning the contacts on the cartridge and print head (I do not soak the print head); making sure that nothing has been blocked; Unplug the printer for the moment came and reset; put in a new ink cartridge (the printer when it stopped printing in black, was still full of 1/3 to 1/2, according to the levels shown on the printer).

  It prints than a very altered, unreadable copy.

  I had this same problem about a year ago and find a solution on this web site, but cannot find anything about it now except for cleaning the heads, reset or to install a new cartridge.

  I tried to access this particular response from my old e-mail, but it is not related to whatever it is that has tackled the problem last year.  I desperately need this printer going again, please help.

  I didn't really picture for help, but I will do my best to clarify what I can! This document 'Print head problem' or "Print head seems to be missing or corrupt" Message appears on the computer is some visuals that will make things clear with my explanation below!

  The part you are diving into the water is the ink nozzles. When the instructions say do not touch the ink nozzles, that means with the fingers/hands. It says to make sure that you use a fluffy towel/no paper to wipe the print head, so don't put fats from your contact with her skin. The electrical contacts are the part of the print faces head that looks like the back of the printer, just in some places grouped copper.

  If you use Windows 7 32 bit, you can use the Windows Vista driver (32-bit).

  If you are under Windows 7 64-bit, you are out of luck - there wasn't ever a 64-bit driver for this device, for XP, Vista, 7 and 8.

  There are alternatives, you can look in, as the analysis directly in Adobe Acrobat (you can download the trial version and test) or as ScanWorks or VueScan software.  (Note: I have not tested ScanWorks myself, but it does not list the 3050 as compatible and it is advertised specifically to create files PDF.)  I have used before VueScan, but only the Mac version, which worked incredibly well, but I don't know about the Windows version - once again, it is said the 3050 is compatible and it is available to test with a trial version.)
