Problem Manager creator of cloud
Whenever I try to update my creative cloud Manager, I get this message (see attached screenshot). I have no idea what that means and how to get rid of and that my manager works correctly. Computer Windows 8.
Hi, Jeff. Thanks for your reply. Don't know exactly what happened, but it's a fairly new laptop, any information stored on it, so I reset the phone to the original factory, re installed the Download Manager and have re installed the programs I'm subscribed to. No problems so far, but I'll keep your very practical answer. The problem, in my view, arises from me have a trial version on the laptop, then go to my subscription service. I think something got fouled in the process. In any case, things seem to be good right now. Thanks again.

I have problems to install creative cloud: he said "can't do file / Cookies: permission denied (error13).
Try the steps below
Click on Finder and then hold down command + SHIFT + G keys on your keyboard
It opens go to the window of the folder, type exactly ~/Library and click Go (be sure to opeb ~/Library no/library, there will be two library)
Then open Application Support
Right-click on the Adobe folder
Click on get info
Under sharing and permissions click the icon representing a lock and unlock
Click on the symbol and add an administrator and your user current name (if added)
Then read and write permission for the username admin, system and all the world
Then click the gear icon and select ' apply to the clos
Click on the lock icon
Try to install Creative Cloud App.

Unusual problem with creative application Cloud
On one of my computers, which is a machine of Windows 8, I have problems with the creative cloud application.
A few weeks ago, I opened the creative application of Cloud, and the window open with the top bar that has the title 'Creative cloud', the three icons on the right side shows correctly, then the black bar underneath with cloud icon, the words 'Creative cloud' and the gear showing correctly icon. However, the entire body of the page is completely empty.
I contacted Janine Smith at the NAPP help desk and suggested that to delete the Adobe\OOBE folder. I did, and then the creative application Cloud worked as it should. I point out that I also downloaded and reinstalled the creative cloud application.
Unfortunately, when I turned on my computer the next day I had the same problem. If someone has had this problem and has been able to get it fixed?
I also have another problem that whenever I turn on my computer, the creative application cloud broken runs and open this application white background on my screen.
I have a second computer running the creative cloud and have had no problems with it.
I can't wait to hear any other comments on this issue.

Yes, I'm sorry I missed OOBE in the opm.db of instructions file is located under the OOBE folder.

Manager App creator of cloud not updated
Latest version of the operating system on a Mac, on Creative Cloud App Manager, I get a view must be updated. I tried six times, shows 100% downloaded but then does nothing. Just restart notification rehearsals, it should update and gives the option to "install now". I waited several hours, even at night, but it just fails and does not seem to do anything (no notifications). If I download the latest version of Adobe, it tells me a different version is currently running, but I can't find another version in the list utility.
Any advice?

Main problems, managing files on Creative Cloud drive
I decided to place my Lightroom (and intelligent previews) catalog on my drive of 20 GB creative cloud that I use more than one computer. I usually update of the catalog on my Windows machine. However, when I open the same catalog in Lightroom on my Macbook, a copy of the LRCAT file is automatically created on my disk storage CC. Can someone tell me why this happens? This is beyond frustrating!

First of all, I would say that creative cloud is not the right place to store the catalogue, as there are problems with permission on the cloud.
Also you try to launch Lightroom with the catalogue still recorded on creative cloud?
If so, then try to move the catalog on disk Local once and then launch Lightroom and see if duplicate catalog is created or not?

Problems with the update of Adobe Application Manager to creative cloud
I'm on a macbook pro, Snow Leopard 10.6.8
I have a plan for photoshop CC and it works perfectly (I pay a monthly price for it and it is all ok).I'd really like the ability to use Creative Cloud sync, in order to have the same settings, when I switch from pc to mac (I use both extensively).
At the moment I have Adobe Application Manager installed on my macbook pro.
Adobe Application Manager is not up-to-date on its own.
If I try to download creative cloud and install it, it opens Adobe Application Manager and stop there. Does not install creative cloud.
I also tried to uninstall MAO, but it seems that I couldn't, so I used the Adobe cleaning tool and I eliminate AAM. Then I downloaded the installer of creative cloud again and I tried to install it, but it installed Adobe Application Manager instead!

For Mac OS Snow leopard Desktop Application 10.6.8 creative Cloud is not compatible. It is compatible with Mac 10.7 and later.
10.6.8 works with Adobe Application Manager only. This is the reason why, regardless of how many times you try to install creative cloud, it will install Adobe Application manager.
