Problem NAT I think

I have 2 Cisco 1720 routers connected via a T1 line I ping the inside interface of each router to the external interface of the other, but I can't ping from an interface to an inside interface inside I enclose the show run from each router, the names have been changed to protect the innocent ;-)

Just be sure that your routing statements are correct, IE. On router B, you must make sure to include a statement of "ip route...". "for roads belonging to router C and make the next on the router A break point. And of course vice versa... :)

    I've seen this problem before, hosts with the firewall or anti virus windows will not respond to any other host that is not on their Local network.

    Customer think usually it is a question of ASA, but as soon as we set up a NAT (OUTSIDE) 10 your_public_ip

    Global (inside) 10 interface;   We can see how it works because the server will now receive the packets of the SAA within the interface

    Anyway glad to hear it works fine.

  • Problems NAT with WRVS4400N

    I have a pretty well configured WRVS4400N with the DMZ enabled by default. My ISP has contacted me and said that my private IP are routed to the Internet. I can't make a sense that since everything seems to be upward and the work. I thought that the Internet would not work because private IP addresses are supposed to be deleted as soon as they are on the Internet.  Any ideas?

    Yes, don't know what they mean your private is slotting of. It is possible for private routing... IP addresses but this happens very rarely when someone messes up on the side of the ISP... As long as the router works in "Gateway" mode, you'll be THAT NAT would have

    Personally, I think nothing of what was told to you (at this time), unless he is once again facing upwards.

  • Problem Natting PIX

    I have a question about the behavior of the PIX firewall. Recently, we had two similar cases that happened, one with PIXOS 6.1.5 and the other is with PIXOS 6.3.4. The phenomena of the problem is:

    There are two global pool and nat 2 corresponding to these 2 pools. A NAT is for all inside the subnet, and the other nat is to control certain host for translation, as shown below:

    Global (tgn) 1 1.1.1.1 netmask 255.255.255.255

    Global (internet) 2 2.2.2.2 255.255.255.255 subnet mask

    NAT (inside) 1 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0

    NAT (inside) 2 192.168.1.12 255.255.255.255

    NAT (inside) 2 192.168.1.15 255.255.255.255

    The purpose of these two NAT must only allow certain hosts to be able to access the Internet, while all guests can access to TGN. However, for hosts allowed to access the Internet, they can't access to TGN due to no translation under construction towards the top and the error message is "305006: portmap translation creation failed." After removing the nat 2, these special guests access to TGN, i.e. translation accumulates.

    Could someone tell me what is the reason for this problem? Could you also share with me the methodology of translation used by PIX firewall? No difficulty of Cisco in this issue?

    This is correct behavior for what you have configured.

    For traffic flows by a downward revision to the safety interface, you need a pair of nat/global. The pair is designated by the number after the name of the interface brackets, in your case you have a pair of '1' and '2 '. Remember that nat statements are used on a specific game, then when the 192.168.1.12 traffic et.15 is perceived inside the interface, the PIX will choose ALWAYS the specific statement "nat (inside) 192.168.1.1x 2" for them, he done it before even to check the destination interface.

    Which means that if these two hosts are trying to go to the interface of tgn, they must have a corresponding statement of "global (tgn) 2..." to pair with their statement «nat (inside) 2...» Because that does not exist, they cannot go to that subnet.

    By removing the two individual statements nat, they began the "nat (inside) 1 192.168.1.0" statement because it's the next best match. This fact has a corresponding statement of "global (tgn) 1... ' matching and so traffic can flow properly.

    If you want to keep your config as is, then, for these two hosts to also access the interface of tgn, they will have the following text:

    NAT (inside) 1 192.168.1.12 255.255.255.255

    NAT (inside) 1 192.168.1.15 255.255.255.255

    If you simply want to allow all traffic inside tgn and have the inside hosts appear as their original IP addresses when he is on the tgn network, a better way would be to use a static as such:

    static (inside, tgn) 192.168.1.0 192.168.1.0 netmask 255.255.255.0

    and then you can just have individual statements 'nat (inside) 2...' for the hosts you want to go to the Internet. Could make your config that is easier to read and save you have to add in two statements of nat for each host that has Internet access.

  • Since the installation of El Capitan, I had many weird not always repeating problems. I think it's a problem of memory of Doc.

    My computer barely works. Very slow when it does. It will often restarts after the failure of several software. Programs will not start or stop reliably. Several times I have to click on in the finder to start a program that will not start the doc. I did all the updates.

    First, you must uninstall MacKeeper Kaspersky and Sophos.

    Individually, one of them will cause the problems you describe. I can't imagine even computer functions at all with them all installed.

    Once you have removed these things, you can see if the real problems still exist.

    For what it's worth, there is nothing, you install on your Mac for any kind of 'maintenance '. These programs will be always just cause more problems, does not solve everything.

  • Problems NAT trying to authenticate through an ASA to AD

    I'm trying to authenticate from a DMZ host to a server active directory inside. I posted a clean configuration with everything I think you'll need to know. Basically, I opened all the ports for authentication of domain (I think)... but I still get an error when I try to add the DMZ host to the domain.

    The error I got and the lines I added to the AD authentication are in the txt file.

    The date this project deadline was Monday, any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

  • Open with a Xbox NAT problems.

    When I got my 1900ac I used Media Priortization to get NAT open for Call of Duty Advanced Warfare on my Xbox One. prioritize the Xbox. It worked fine for about 6 months until what I changed my operator of cable/net of Nextech in Ks. This company uses the 1900ac to connect its system to all it's customers (since I already had one they use mine). Unfortunately, I am unable to get an open NAT in this game I tried almost everything, NAT forwarding, triggering, prioritization of the media. Support of NexTech & Xbox Live support, useless. I tried Portforward. com, nothing. Redirect port 53 breaks the connection to the network & making the static ip address change for Xbox has not helped. Almost everything I looked at seem obsolete & I am at my wits end. It would seem by now Linksys should have available solutions, any ideas?

    Chin_pamz13 thank you very much for your answer. I tried to check if my modem had a public or private ip address, but I don't know how to do this; I read on double NAT elsewhere. Nevertheless, I think I finally found a solution that seems to work so far. I went to the website "tech - recipes.» com "& found an article, 'Xbox one open NAT' by Aaron St. Clair.» I tried his first suggestion regarding the port of release, with additional ports I had'nt seen before. Who has not worked for me so I followed his instructions to the Xbox in the demilitarized zone & it works! I think that my problems from before were the result of bad to configure the static ip address for my router & Xbox. The previous instructions had me change the ip in the console with the router. Aaron said does not do in the Xbox, leave the router to do the work, it's supposed to do & make sure the console settings are on automatic. In the router in the DMZ, I was'nt sure how to proceed, but at the bottom is a section called list of reservations DHCP; clicked on this, XboxOne saw, clicked on that & he filled the top for me MAC address. Then I went to network settings Xbox, advanced & clicked settings on "automatic" to the ip address, subnet and DNS. I checked the connections mutiplayer, toured "hold bumper & trigger buttons" & finally got a NAT open; pulled up to cod Advanced Warfare & also got open NAT it. I could have screwed up when I did the port triggering, but given the difficulty of the DMZ seems to work I'll let things alone. Hope this helps anyone else having problems NAT open.

  • My computer has multiple problems (downloads, updates, drivers, software...) which I think could be connected.

    Everything I download becomes corrupted somehow or is unable to run. I tried to UN - and reinstall the Zune software (because my computer had ceased to recognize my Zune while it is plugged), but when I tried to install it again, I got a "not a win32 application invalid" notification. I tried several times to download updates, but they still run into an error before completing. My mouse cursor freezes or moves around / clicks on its own occasionally. My internet connection is extremely slow and unreliable, despite the fact that the connection has recently been updated and given a more secure password. I tried to run a system restore in the hope that it would be useful, but which failed due to a program that could not be accessed. I disabled Avast! (I also have Malwarebytes can't see how to turn off) and ran the system restore again, but met the same problem. I think it was a virus, but I ran Avast! "s boot time scan run Malwarebytes in safe mode, and the problems continue.

    I'm sure a couple of them at least are pure coincidence, but most of my problems appeared recently (about three weeks) ago and I have been fighting with them since. This is what gives me a thought that they are connected. Does anyone have an idea of what my problem, or how I might solve this problem?

    Here are some other things you can check. Get your updated antivirus program and start safe mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan mode without failure. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

    If that suits him fine. If this is not the case, use system restore to go back to an earlier date at the beginning of the problem. To run system restore, click Start-> programs-> Accessories-> System Tools-> system restore. Click on the box that says show more restore points.

Once in Event Viewer system log-click and scroll entries looking for these "error" with indicator see if you can find guidance on where the problem may be.

    We plan to build VPN site to site, but, we have a single public routerable internet IP address to assign VPN on Site A, but Site B is ok.

    in this case, I think that we must use static NAT on the router, the simple diagram is as below.

    internal a subnet - router VPN - router for Internet of the Site - to - VPN - B B Site internal subnet.

    the final goal is to make the communication between internal a subnet and subnet B on IPSEC tunnel.

    OK, as I said, Site A having a public IP address, then it must use the static NAT and need to apply on the Site router.

    The VPN part I omitted because it is correct. When we initiate a ping the tunnel arrives. The problem we have is on our side with policy NAT I think. With a ping from the remote desktop on our ASA, we see all incoming traffic, but our server does not transfer out.

    First remove this (intentionally want NAT traffic not to 'sheep')

    access-list extended sheep allowed ip 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.12.0 255.255.255.0

    access-list extended sheep allowed host ip 10.23.1.5 192.168.12.0 255.255.255.0

    Then add this to translate your outgoing traffic

    access-list 199 permit host ip 192.168.1.5 192.168.12.0 255.255.255.0

    public static 10.23.1.5 (inside, outside) access-list 199

    Translate your inbound traffic also:

    public static 192.168.12.0 (exterior, Interior) net of 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0

    Describe your crypto since translated ACL localhost translated to the remote subnet.

    cryptomap list of allowed access host ip 10.23.1.5 192.168.12.0 255.255.255.0

    You can remove the other line of the ACL.

    Your host should access the 192.168.12.x which is translated remote network.

    Try it and let me know how it goes.

If I leave the comments all sit for a while (minutes maybe 5 or 10, have not really timed), the first two I hit (seems not serious if it's HR, SuSE, Solaris, you have) will work and the third or more will not. We first noticed this with DNS, but soon found that the same is true for ping or traceroute to name servers.

    Books spread never this problem, so I think it's something to do with the bypass.

    I created a tcpdump on the host and each guest. Everything seems normal, when it works, but on a failing guest, I don't see any traffic outside the host or guest.

    I've chipped away at this for one day before coming here. Summer through the logs of the system on the host, the guest and vmware logs. Piddled autour with settings on the host kernel tcp. No luck so far. If I do something wrong with the configuration I would rather know that now just go to the 9.0.2 update, in the hope that something is fixed it.

    This problem could be related to the physical switch port configuration. Several switches come with port security enabled by default (or it is configured by purpose) that limit the number of MAC addresses that can connect to the switch port.

    Got my iPhone SE a little over a month since the Thailand of the Apple Store.

They restore the phone as a new iPhone for me and I had to start over once again. Only 4 days after this, my iPhone application suddenly found me a new unlock access code within 60 minutes without reason. I have to reset hard to solve the problem. And after that, the same day, my iPhone starts to blink on and outside and sometimes the white screen with the Apple logo appears.

    Whenever I said my problem of staff Support from Apple or the Apple service provider, they told me that it was a software problem. How can I when I do all these problems again and again from the beginning until now? Can anyone suggest me the right way to solve this problem? What problem do you think it's from?
