  put an external hard drive on my hp 630 7 victory, I hooked an external h.d. off a dell desktop comp. and it manifests under disc mng. but I right click and I can't assign a letter... just shows 'change in dynamic disk' or 'offline' or 'help'... What do I do?  been monkeying around trying things and I have noticed in the global disk when I looked that hard drive is 100% free in two partitions... as it does not appear in the page comp. so I go to disc project and then make a right click and when it shows a volume is deleted, what should I do, that make a difference in formatting so I can assign a letter of

  This problem can occur if the hard disk is not formatted.

  Method 1:

  I suggest you refer to her below links to format the hard drive and then try to assign the drive letter for the drive and check if it works.

  Enables or disables the automount feature. When enabled (default), Windows automatically get the file system for a new basic volume or dynamic when it is added to the system and then assigns a drive letter to the volume. Please follow the steps below to enable the automount feature,

  2. Type cmd in the Search box.
  3. Right click on cmd and click run as administrator.
  4. At the user account control prompt, click Yes .
  5. Type diskpart and press enter.

  We run TMSPE on TMS v. 13.2.1. After loading patterns on MSDS, I wanted to allocate these models to relevant groups.

  I click on the "assign Templates" to bottom of the 'Model configuration' pane, him "assign templates" dialog box appears, but does not as it should be, after 10 seconds the dialog box disappears, leaving the grayed out users page.

  You can take a look at the TMSPE diagnostics page in TMS (administrative tools > Provisioning Extension Diagnostics) and see if all the Status' are green? Also try to make the cleaning of all services?

  You can also take a look in the database TMSPE (with SQL Management Studio) and check that the models are really in this database.

  It could also be a browser problem (I saw a few problems with IE before), so try a different browser as well.

  If we can still define models after these checks (and a restart of the server TMS as well), so I recommend you to prosecute with TAC.

  I have a form with two LOVs (region and country) and I try to get the country LOV change when I select a region. What happens is that I can choose a region, but no country appear (there is a small circular thing that gets displayed for one second, but the LOV country is never updated).
  
  That's what I did and I read the docs, and it seems that I made the right choice. I created 2 LOVs:

• Problem with DVD/CD player - impossible CD

  I got a HP2009v of office since January 2010. I was able to burn CDs of music with my pc a few months ago. Everything seems fine at first. The burning process seems to go ok as the burning percentage increases. However, when burning to 99%, and the tray opens and burning stops. No files are burned on the disc. This product whenever I try to burn. I wonder if it's a hardware or software problem and how it can be solved.

  I suggest to download and run the fixit automatic Microsoft Windows for DVD players.

  The utility should give you an idea as to what is the question.

  Sometimes DVD players lack. A replacement is relatively inexpensive and is a fairly easy task.

  This system has not been updated since 2012. Is it possible to update online by Phone Home? Or do we need a help of Copilot?

  Yes, it is because the system does not have the most recent disks.  You will need to for a SCO update for them to be recognized. You must call in Copilot and ask them to do a health check and out the most recent firmware. The new code is not available without their help.

• Impossible to assign the IP address for VLAN 1 (6248)

  I bought two layer 3 PC 6248 switches. When I try to assign an IP address by default VLAN 1, it displays an error 'failed to remove management VLAN - ID ".  These predisposees are already preconfigured with the IP address 192.168.0.1 for VLAN 1. I would like to delete this IP address and assign one in the range 10.10.1.x for VLAN 1. But this is NOT possible.

  Can someone please help me to remove this preconfigured IP, so that I can attribute my interest?

Have a master entity with the bodies of five children, each association marked as composition and "Implement Cascade Delete" checked (uncontrolled cascade of database optimization).   (a) are you sure of the FK that throws the error of constraint is the cascade - delete - would - this another FK?

  (b) have you enabled also optimize for delete cascade of database. No doubt this will only send a master DELETE the DB.

  I am trying to set security for "Grant access" to my dimension of years. When I edit Dimension, it shows that the option 'Apply security' is already checked and used in output so that I can not change it.
  
  However, there seems to be no way to assign a security to give users READ access to AFA 08 historical and WRITE access in FY10. This seems to be the expected behavior, but what do I do to assign a security?

  Security is not applied to the years, you can set the opening year of start/end of scenario.
  Take a look at the sceanrio rating settings, you will see start and end year/periods

  Thanks for the help, but it's a good answer was not the solution, after a search much more, I discovered that somehow (someone?) changed my default provider form IE, so it would not connect whenever I clicked a link and nor was he running modules.  This changed and viola, I now have access once again, Mike J.
