Problem of overmodulation (specific sound card)

When I plug my rocket for the tips I have at school, the volume is not quite high enough. I can turn it up, but finally, I get this hash and the canvas to mattress in the music. It occurs on ONE of the two boards that I have access. The only literal difference is the amount of amps and monitors (same amps and monitors portable system) and brands Council. I'm having this problem on our mixer Yamaha GA32/12. It works perfectly fine with the Mackie CR1604-VLZ 16 channel Mic/Line console.

The 'clean' is the one I'm having problems with. It works very well with other NON-Sansa players to their max volume.

(Sorry for the horrible quality... blame my 1.3 mega pixel phone as I did not have access to a camera)

On the Yamaha, you played with the Gain (the nob albums on the channel)? I'd have my rocket to about 50% volume, set the 25% of the way to the top of the handle, then adjust the gain of approximately 50% (12:00 ish), then drag the slider to the top, if you top it and then take it down and turn the gain up to about 65% and repeat until you get a good sound. If you get the gain up to the max, and there are always bad sound, then you can cut back the gain of one, but and turn slightly to the top of the "rocket". The key is to find the combination of the volume on three controllers, so it is no more to modulate.

  • My computer is silent. I think XP audio drivers are corrupted__If I install Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade it will provide new drivers for sound card?

My computer fell silent months ago after a download. I checked the healthy zone and everything is on and not anywhere in the system. I did a scan of unknown quality and that indicates a problem with the audio drivers. I tried to download new divers from Microsoft.

Rather than spending all the resources on the Windows XP system, I am considering Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade. Upgrades include new audio drivers which will replace or overwrite the existing problem and make it all work as it should again.

You can not spend XP as it's a clean install to get W7 on your PC.  To help transfer data documents, use the transfer on the W7 DVD program.

Before doing that I suggest you download the Advisor to upgrade to W7 from Ms. If your PC passes, then you go to the next step which is download W7 drivers for your video card, sound card, printer, etc. and their storage on a USB for post install W7.

If your PC isn't at the height (lack of drivers for one or more of your cards), then I would stick to XP. There is no guarantee that Vista drivers work in W7.

If you stick to XP, download the drivers for specific sound card XP the PC manufacturer's Web site, they can be more up-to-date than those at Ms.

    See you soon,.

I have a sound problem. Sometimes the sound card is shown to the registry sometimes not.
I fixed my laptop, but there is no sound card.
    Sorry for my bad English

    Hello

First of all, I would like to know if you have problems with the sound.
Second, check device manager if the sound card driver has been properly installed. If not then you should see a yellow exclamation next to the card (Controller)

What you can do is download the driver of his most recent on the Toshiba site, then install it on the laptop.

  • Problem the A300 1EG satellite - horrible latency firewire external sound card

    Hello

I wanted to put my Toshiba laptop for music recording through Alesis Multimix Firewire, which is an external firewire sound card.
All the drivers are up to date and supported by Vista, I have on my computer.
Always when using Cubase, I get horrible latency and its impossible to work with.

So this way, I wanted to ask you, what firewire chipset is used in the A300 1EG specifications?
Could there be a problem with asio drivers or is it inconsistent?

    Thank you

    Hello

I think that it s a common firewire port (4-pin) and chip firewire supports the standard IEEE-1394 commune.

In your case I recommend that you check the information and details posted by the sound card manufacturer.

Maybe guys something more known on own products and the problems that might appear to use it.

  • Satellite L755-16J - problem with sound card

I currently own a Toshiba * Satellite L755-16J * and is having some kind of trouble with the sound card, I think.

When I bought it, it came with windows 7, I changed the Windows of windows 8 and since then the audio has been trouble me.

The internal speakers work for a minute or two, when I play an audio file, but then stop working.
I had been using a usb external sound card and external speakers for some time but decided to the switchback to windows 7 for the sound working again. even if I went to win 7, the sound still doesn't work.

I am sure that the problem is not in the internal speakers because they do not work, even if it's just for a brief moment, but they work, so I think the problem is in the software instead of hardware.

I tried to update the audio drivers but they seem to be updated as windows, pilots 'seem to work properly.

    Can anyone help?

    > even if I spent back for win 7, the sound still doesn't work.

    How did you do that?
Have you used the Toshiba Recovery disk in order to install Win 7 or have you installed Windows 7 using the Windows 7 clean and fresh hot?

The laptop supports the Conexant audio chip. The audio driver is available on the page of the Toshiba UE driver and where the sound chip is already recognized in Device Manager after installing the audio driver, I assume that the driver has been installed correctly.

In this case I recommend you plug in a headset.
In case the headset should work fine, the speakers could be affected. I mean the material. But of course it s just an idea.

Next to the audit of the helmet, you can also check the settings in the Panel of-> sound-> the Read tab.
Usually, the speakers should be set as default device.
    Check this option too.

    Hello!

I have a HP Envy 15-j078ca running windows 8.1 touchsmart and, recently, I noticed that my audio is static/crackling noises. A test, I plugged my head phones to see if it was a speaker problem or a problem of sound card and audio in my headphones was also static noises.

  • P series too hot and sound card problem

    Hello

in recent weeks, I have a problem with the temperature. The P series of satellites is much too hot, even if only the essential progs are running, the processor runs with 100% very often. Without the Task Manager (to close the CPRS) of "windows" the machine crashes several times down!

And since I've updated the driver sound in August this year, the sound may not be performed correctly. The sound card is not identified by diff. progs. MP3 direct cut and sound blaster, during the race.
I can't save anything! So bad!

    Hello!

Clean the laptop? You can use spry compressed air could blow the dust from the cooling fans. So do not disassemble anything.

Which audio driver use? Toshiba or manufacturing as Realtek? Maybe there already is a new or try again with the old driver.

Moreover, what Satellite phone do you have?

    Good bye

  • Satellite 1730 - sound card problems

    Hello world

I have a Satellite 1730 supporting his Crystalsound Fusion card.

After using the recovery for any other problem disc, the sound card does not work. Everything looks OK (Device Manager detects the card; there is no conflict ever), but while the audio of the executed file, I have no sound from the speakers (they are not on mute selection).

I also download the provided driver CD in the computer, with no result. Please advise me. Thank you

    Hello

You also checked the volume switch. You will find it on the side or the front of the laptop.

You should also check if "Mute everything" is enabled in the sound properties!

  • Satellite A300-1NO - Realtek in Windows 7 sound card problem

    Hey guys!

    I have a laptop A300 1NO and trouble with realtek audio I installed Windows 7 (x 86, 32-bit) driver.
When I had Vista, I had 3 options to define how I want to record sounds. There was a microphone, microphone on the front and a "third option" which recorded the voices directly from the map its (perhaps waveout) and not by the microphones.

Now, I can not find the 'third option' (record sound directly from sound card) just two microphone options. I can see the devices deactivated and disconnected too, but it still does not show me the 'third option' :(

The freshly installed Win7 recognized my sound card and I got sound on that but he wasn't any icon 'realtek' in the control panel to change the preferences, as in Control Panel of Vista. I uninstalled it from the Device Manager, after that I install 6.0.1.5559 version (I've used it with vista x 86, 32-bit) but still the same problem...

I don't really know what to do...

    Hello

To be honest that I understand really what you would expect from an OS that is not released or not on the market yet...

It takes a few weeks or months more until the official drivers will be available for Windows 7. It s the same as on Vista and XP. After the liberation, most of the drivers have been released.

You can try some beta drivers for Windows 7 from the Toshiba page we.
But that's all you can do at the moment.

  • Satellite P100-195 - loud beep sound card problem

    Hi guys.

I bought a Toshiba Satellite P100-195, about two weeks ago and since I had a problem with my sound card I do not seem to be able to overcome. Whenever I have to increase/decrease the volume (or audio icon in the system tray or the control panel) I get a loud beep after I let go of the mouse button.

The sound seems to work fine, but the tone is getting stronger every time I increase the volume and is really annoying. I also noticed that whenever I got an audio/video conversion Canopus Procoder 2 I get the same tone, even if the converted files are well and plays well. My Satellite P100-195 was a Portuguese Windows Professional MCE.

The beep will be like a BIOS we and not a BONE.
I already reinstalled the audio driver.
Can someone help me with this?

    Jose Felix

    Hello

Is - this loud beep appear on a fresh install that BONES form the Toshiba Recovery CD?

The second possibility is that your operating system has put this loud beep as a program event.
Go to sound and audio devices and select the Audio tab.

Here, you can see all your sounds that are set on the different program events.

  • His problem, I've disabled all sounds and disabled my sound card. There is always a warning tone. Why?

I've disabled all sounds and disabled my sound card. There is always a warning tone. Why?

    Hello

    When does this beep?

It probably comes from the speaker of your motherboard.

Listen to the PC (put close your ear) while producing the sound and then compare it with putting your ear near a speaker.
