problem of password in connection with monitoring ReadyNAS

Dear support team,

I installed ReadyNAS a bit faster Surveillance a few days ago and totally forget the login and the password for this app.

I already tried to delete and reinstalled without success.

Could you help me please to reset or do a clean uninstall of this app to run to reinstall it properly (to avoid reinstalling all the NAS)
The application runs on a ReadyNAS 104 with the 6.1.4 company.

As described in the manual I have tried "admin/netgear1" without success. But "admin/password" has worked...

    I have tried everything that came to my mind, the repair connection, enable/disable WZC, install new drivers for the Intel 2200BG, install the new version of ConfigFree... There is obviously some kind of conflict, but I do not understand what it can be.

    I don't know what else to do before decide to reinstall new Windows (oh dear oh dear). Moreover, my ADSL Modem/Router is always the same. The link has been dealt with by WPA/TKIP. Everything works fine with the other 2 computers and a phone with WiFi.

In this case, the cause may be associated with the change of a Philips to a Linksys modem/router (either DHCP;) WPA/TKIP unchanged; everything works with another laptop in the same household)

    According to your message, you are using the Intel card.
    I would recommend so either use the Intel ProSet WLan client configuration tool or the clean option of Windows!

    I assume that this error message is displayed because the ConfigFree is always chosen as tool to configure the WiFi network.

    However, the new installation of the OS may not be bad idea due to the fact that everything would be set up again.

  • Connection with the Apple ID server problem

    iCloud on my ASUS ZENBOOK can not connect.  It always returns a connection error message: there is A PROBLEM CONNECTING WITH THE APPLE ID SERVER.

    My laptop is an ASUS model UX303L (64-bit) running Windows 10 Home, Version 1511.

    Key points:

    (1) I have connected to my very well through several iPhones iCloud account, multiple iPads, an iMac and another ZBOX PC running the same version of Windows 10.  (Confirms that it is not a problem of "User" with me trying to use the wrong password).

    (2) from my laptop problem, I can connect to the internet fine iCloud - Chrome and Firefox version by.

    (3) I have the latest version of iTunes on the laptop, which starts very well and logs in my iTunes store (.. .in the Australia).  [This is interesting, because I guess that both iTunes and iCloud connect to the same server Apple ID to check the details].

    (4) I made sure that Windows is completely up to date, and that my office 2013 is also entirely up-to-date, with a full stop/restart of the laptop to make sure that nothing is installed in half.

    (5) I uninstalled iCloudand reinstalled from a new download.  Did not help.

    (6) before the iCloud upgrade to the latest version there is + 2 weeks (I'm now on the 5.2.1.69 Version), iCloud worked perfectly, including the good synchronization of Outlook calendar and favorite contacts on different browsers.  I want to try and reinstall the old version - see if that restores me to my nirvana earlier, but I couldn't find anyway to do.

    Suggestions as to best 'next steps', I can take would be highly appreciated...
