  Ok no problem. Without a doubt, your computer is infected with malware.  Let's see if we can fool the malware.

  Please press Alt + Ctrl + del all at the same time. This will open the Task Manager. Once task Mgr is open, click on file, then hold down the CTRL key and click New task (run) at the same time.  This will open a command prompt window.  Enter REGEDIT. EXE and press ENTER. When Regedit opens click on file > import. Now navigate to the .reg file, you have previously downloaded and saved to your desktop. After you import the .reg file, you should be able to open files from exe again. You can repeat the steps above for shortcuts aka the .lnk files (these are the shortcuts on your desktop). You can download the patch from HERE.lnk file.

  After the above, decide with the scan of Malwarebytes.

  For example, for file extensions that work (open their associated program by double clicking), the context default "Open" menu item is normally "BOLD". For me, it is no more.
  Also, I normally do not use Windows Media Player. Therefore, I usually don't bother with going through the initial report set up the wizard who wants to activate the automatic recovery of the DRM keys and stuff like that. To try to solve this problem, I only skip the wizard and now all the files THAT WMP wants to associate are permanently associated with it, and double clicking for example a WAV files directly open WMP without going through the "Open with" dialog. MP3) and Hello! Suddenly, foobar2000 has "29 of 124 by default". Surely, which should count for something.

  However, when I tried this same technique with .mp3 (noting that the association who is system wide and therefore in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT instead of HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes), delete all the keys and associations, when I try to associate it with something, it won't be yet to stick. Subsequent attempts to open the file still pop up the "Open with" dialog

  If I have 32-bit cs6 open, then click on a psd file, it auto open in 32-bit software which is nice. However, if I have no instance of CS6 open and click a psd to open, it will always open the cs6 64-bit software, which is annoying and I would always shoot the 32 bit.

  I also tried a file associated with the psd to the cs6 32bits exe, but when you click it it opens however the cs6 64 bit... frustrating

  I think that if you use regedit and find the Photoshop.exe key you will find the default to open and edit programs are set to the 64-bit exe.  Try changing them 32-bit exe, that's what my Windows 7 registry key look like. You would replace both of them to something like:
