  Looks like a problem with chrome. He is not able to manage the z-index property (although set) in this case. Due to which the user is not able to click on the button that is hidden by another element.

  There is a workaround solution you can do on board animate:

• Output drive problem with Chrome on Windows 10

  PepperFlash works for me in Chrome, but half of the screen is fuzzy - as if it takes the video input of the pixel in the center line and treats for the energy input for each column of pixels to the right of the Center.  Half of the video screen plays very well.  This problem occurs for me on websites more flash.  Facebook, Netflix, HBOGO, etc.  See picture attached below.

  I took the basic proposed by Adobe steps: deleted the cache, re-installed Chrome, close other programs.  No help.

  Running Windows 10 and the latest version of Chrome (and so PepperFlash).

  The problem started after the upgrade to Windows 10, so I suspect that it is the culprit, but I have not seen any indication of a similar problem here in the forums.

  Flash works fine in IE, but it's a different beast...

  In any case solved my problem.  The problem was the Intel Graphics driver.  I guess that some conflicts has been built by installing windows 10.  I have dl was the Intel Driver Update Utility (Intel® Driver Update Utility) ran, installed the recommended update and the problem was solved.

  PDF files is not the web files.  They are multimedia files.  And many people do not have the latest multimedia plugins installed on their system.  Some people like me prefer to download & open a PDF directly in Acrobat Pro or another PDF reader.  According to me, it is usually best to offer a direct link to the PDF file and allow people to manipulate but they hear it.
