  that means srvctl config database shows? you did not indicate at what stage database creation failed / crashed.

  Check the alert.log to exact status and above the exit command to see why his complaining.

  Your flashback database is active? If it is active, then you can use flashback database.

  to check it out;

  Select flashback_on in the database of v$.

  Hello, I am using Windows xp and I accidentally deleted the listener, yet I failed to connect to the same database, I create a listener with the same name. Let's say I take off everything (no database and listener), so what are the steps to create back?

  After that u recreated the listener... issue the current command

  lsnrctl > reload

  or lsnrctl > stop and lsnrctl > start

  This should help u connect to the db

  I use the customer Oracle 11g and ODAC 11.2 Release 3, windows 7 and VS 2010. Durning a few days I can not connect to oracle because of error database: "OCIEnvCreate failed with return code-1, but the text of the error message was not available.
  I checked the case with privileges, and that's ok. In the end, I reinstalled VS and oracle client, but it did not help.
  I have no idea what is wrong: () thanks for any advice.

  For now, go ahead and rename it. Since SYSTEM32 is on the path, the dll may be getting picked up rather than the version 11.2.

• Recovering the system crashed and now just continuously reboots.

  I am facing problem when connecting to the database connection using sqlplus to my database the time consuming and it increases as the number of users connect to it increases. (although with a user of sqlplus scott/tiger@db takes 15 seconds and when simultaneously if multiple users try to connect then time required in connection is alsomost = number of user * 15 seconds.)
  
  same tnsping takes huge when 4-5 user tries to connect to the database.
  What should I do for debugging?

  When you run "dbca" you can select "delete the database" and find the old name of the database?
  If find... You can select and delete... dbca will ask... But you and click on remove in any case.

  I have this annoying problem that I don't know if began to arrive after the last update, but it was everything works OK until After Effects started crashing everytime I click on and drag a layer in my computer. Move everything from one place to the other. The same thing happens if I want to move a media file from the Finder to the model project, I click, drag and the application crashes on the trail.   Here's a tip for the user on the problems of Wi - Fi. Suggest from the top and bottom. Maybe one of them will help you.

  (1) restart you device.

  (2) resetting the network settings: settings > general > reset > reset network settings. Join the network again.

  (3) reboot router/Modem: unplug power for 2 minutes and reconnect. Update the Firmware on the router (support Web site of the manufacturer for a new FW check). Also try different bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and different bandwidths (recommended for 2.4 to 20 MHz bandwidth). Channels 1, 6 or 11 are recommended for 2.4 band.

  (4) change of Google DNS: settings > Wi - Fi > click the network, delete all the numbers under DNS and enter 8.8.8.8 or otherwise 8.8.4.4

  (5) disable the prioritization of device on the router if this feature is available. Also turn off all apps to VPN and retest the Wi - Fi.

  (6) determine if other wireless network devices work well (other iOS devices, Mac, PC).

  (7) try the device on another network, i.e., neighbors, the public coffee house, etc.

  (8) backup and restore the device using iTunes. Try to restore as New first and test it. If ok try to restore the backup (the backup may be corrupted).

  Problem solved (apparently...). As you say, the problem was with the graphics driver. I completely uninstalled the driver and all its folders and files (with the help of a program) and re-installed. Accidents to certain pages from before are gone. So thank you for the help.

  The HP scanning application is not compatible with Sierra, so you may experience problems.
  Remove the HP scanning by moving it to the trash, then empty the trash.

  Having a SQL strange problem trying to extract a database being moved from one machine to the other.  Both machines are running SQL 2008 32-bit and are both Windows 2008 servers.  When I try to backup the database using the SQL tools and restore the. BAK file on the new SQL Server, I get the following error:

  Everything I've read, these errors usually indicate some sort of database corruption.  However when I run DBCC CHECKDB on the database on the source server, it is up to perfectly don't own... None detected corruption.  In fact, this server hosts 8 different databases.  Departure from all the correct DB on the source server, none of them will restore however to a new server using one of the methods above.  I'm having a hard time to believe that each of them could be corrupted when they show absolutely no indication of a problem.
  
  Anyone have any ideas?

  Try to make the backup and restore via SQLCMD (or via a query in SQL Server MS window).

  The backup will be the following (obviously, change "MaBase" and "D:\BACKUPS" to some database and the location you wish to save - just using for example):

  GO to "MyDatabase_Log" to "E:\SQLLOG\MyDatabase_Data.ldf,"

  Again, change your names and locations in function.
