  I recently had to reload the Standard Suite CS4 download online. All programs have been launched with activation code, except Acrobat 9 Pro, which would not be loaded correctly. After several attempts to solve the problem, I decided to clean the CS4 (App Cleaner) and start over. Once I had reinstalled CS4, it asked me to enter the serial number that I did. Installation program tells me now that I have an incorrect serial number. I guess that there is a file somewhere on the hard drive, or a server file, which tells the charger that I try to install on another computer, when I'm alone liscenced for single use? Any help would be appreciated. Also, I never solved Pro9 Acrobat question. I am running Yosemite 10.10.5 on an iMac mid 2011.

Opening a program (e.g., ID) I have a new option to check, but the serial number is shown as wrong! So what's past?

  You don't need to install the CS3 software, you must only select CS3 is the release candidate and enter its serial number.

  I know I might be in the wrong forum now, but I don't know where else to turn...

  I have an older version of the Creative Suite (4 SC). I have it in a box, a tent to install it on my new mac, I have a serial number, but it seems that it is a number for an update from a previuous version. I don't have the number of CS3 (remember even never have it...), so I'm not able to record 4 CS... I tried how to contact adobe, but need me only in circles and Im ending up here.

  I've managed to install CS 4 and CS6 upgrade; the number of CS4 series has always been recognized as valid. Once a Windows fatal accident forced me to reinstall all my applications, I can't reinstall the upgrade of the CS6, because CS4 serial number is not recognized as valid. What should I do to restore the validity of my CS4?

Finally, I was transferred internally to a Customer Service Rep who kindly informed me that I have CS4 registered my Adobe ID and I can go to a CC non-students (with the $29,99 by month supply) of my student CS4 in Australia.   I purchased CS4 a retailer recorded some time ago, but now when I try to save the download, it says the serial number is not valid. Now, I am unable to reach the dealer. I recently moved from pc to mac and want to purchse CS5. It is better to try to save the CS4, so I can benefit from the reduced rate to upgrade to CS5?
